A disaster, almost everything failed, at the morning night the key didn't work and they didn't know to change it, so I had to sleep in another with all the disadvantages it causes, at the morning I ask to enter my own and without any excuse and bad face give me the New key, I go up and there's no hot water, as I was late since I was working without shower I saw and I dropped to return the key and complain, no excuse and one we feel very cold (as if it was my fault) and goodbye.

The staff were so friendly. I had to check out of the hotel early because my flight was early, so I almost missed breakfast, but it was so touching. The only regret was the weather, so I couldn't play in the pool attached to the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are friendly. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Soller.

The sanitation is OK, but the soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the snoring next door clearly, and I couldn't sleep until the early morning. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I heard someone singing karaoke, which was very noisy. There were many people in the hotel and it was very noisy. Not recommended

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

Booked the hotel for a night, not much I could do due to time constraints: Very nice location, a lot around, very good price to value deal, 10 min from airport and super easy to get taxi. Room is nice, air cons work well, next to entrance nice supermarket, a very nice reception. Pity I not had time to explore the rest.

The hotel staff were so kind, and it was especially nice to be able to rent a bicycle at a low price. The pool and facilities were good for the price. In the reviews, there were people who said the room was a bit small, but I had a single double, so it was okay~! Overall, it's close to the airport, and the breakfast quality is so good that I think I'll visit again!

TTraveler 123If you're looking for a luxurious and unique getaway in Palma de Mallorca, look no further than Can Bordoy Hotel. Tucked away in the heart of the city, this boutique hotel is a hidden gem that will captivate you from the moment you step through its doors. One of the first things that struck me about Can Bordoy Hotel was its exquisite design. The hotel is housed in a beautifully restored 16th-century mansion, and the attention to detail is simply breathtaking. From the carefully curated art pieces to the ornate furnishings, every corner of the hotel is a visual treat. The rooms at Can Bordoy Hotel are equally impressive. Each one is individually designed with its own distinct character, blending modern amenities with historic charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-appointed with luxurious toiletries. I especially loved the unique features such as exposed wooden beams and original stone walls that added a sense of authenticity to the experience. The service at Can Bordoy Hotel is top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. From arranging restaurant reservations to providing insider tips on the best places to visit in Palma de Mallorca, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. One of the highlights of my stay at Can Bordoy Hotel was the stunning courtyard. This hidden oasis is a tranquil retreat from the bustling city, with lush greenery, comfortable seating, and a beautiful swimming pool. It's the perfect place to relax with a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or simply take in the peaceful ambiance. Another standout feature of Can Bordoy Hotel is its gastronomic offerings. The hotel's restaurant, Botànic, offers a culinary journey that showcases the best of Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist. The dishes are beautifully presented and bursting with flavors, and the wine selection is extensive. I also loved the breakfast, which featured a delightful spread of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The location of Can Bordoy Hotel is also a major plus. It's situated in Palma de Mallorca's historic Old Town, just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma and the Royal Palace of La Almudaina. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Overall, my experience at Can Bordoy Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its historic charm, impeccable service, outstanding gastronomy, and prime location made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and indulgent experience in Palma de Mallorca. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories at Can Bordoy Hotel.

GgosomewhereThe hotel is located not too far from the city center, and the public transportation is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk back to the airport bus. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the attractions. The hotel suite is large, air-conditioned, well decorated, and very comfortable to live in. There is a luggage storage service, which is very modern and recommended.

SSmurki0oExceptional Business Stay at PortBlue Pollentia – A Perfect Balance of Productivity and Relaxation I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

GGuest UserWow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Much love xx

AAnonymous UserI was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

GGuest UserHotel Artmadams is a handy base for a solo business trip thanks to its position just off Paseo Mallorca—minutes from the old town and public transport. My double room was spotless, the Wi-Fi solid, and the desk big enough for a laptop-heavy workday, though the floor space would feel crowded for two people sharing. Service, however, is hit-or-miss. I arrived late and the night receptionist’s limited English stretched the check-in longer than necessary. Mornings weren’t smoother: the small buffet is arranged almost randomly, plates are hidden in odd spots, and staff give instructions only in Spanish until you look confused, which makes breakfast more stressful than it should be. The room lacked an iron and hair-dryer, both available only on request. Likewise, the pillow on my first night was thin and decorative; only after housekeeping swapped it for a better one did I learn there’s a pillow menu—useful information that should be offered at check-in. In short, Artmadams delivers location, cleanliness, and reliable connectivity, but expect to ask for basics and brace for some communication gaps.

CCindyTsangWe took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day trip Photos failed to upload to here for many times
