⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Thistle Express Luton. The hotel is ideally located in the town centre, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and inviting. I would highly recommend Thistle Express Luton to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and great-value stay. I will definitely return on my next visit to Luton.

Lovely hotel bus stop just outside is possible to walk uphill to airport about a 15-20 mins depending how fit u are can also walk from train station but a steep incline with cases but quick easy hotel for a early flight water was included too and breakfast but couldn’t take advantage as early flight w

Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

The accommodation is just a few minutes walk from the airport. The insulation is good and you can't hear anything in the rooms. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied, something for everyone.

Unusual accommodation in the middle of a university that is also a Hall of Residence for students. Rooms are very clean with good amenities The canteen food is good and reasonably priced

This is an airport hotel so I guess you can’t expect that much from the quality of beds and interior design. It is good for its price and location, specifically it only takes 10 min to walk to the airport. Speedy check in and out, very welcoming staff. Be careful not to go to the Holiday Inn Express one which 2 min away.

I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Amazing place to stay, great value for money! Staff excellent all round. Very clean and does the job!

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.
