WWangFrancesthe hotel is under renovation with work at the exterior. It blocked the view of the room which was never mentioned. We experienced a hot water tap problem and no technicians are available at the evening time when we need to take a bath.
Overall experience is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

VvincentLocation super great! Bars are in walking distance but away enough from the facility so that cause no noise. Staff is very friendly. The shared bathroom is not very clean. But it is not the staff to blame. It is caused by some guests who do not exploit the facilities properly, like throwing paper napkins into the sink, taking shower without closing the glass shield or not flushing after using the toilet. Print out and put up some instructions would be helpful.

GGuest UserWe’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

GGuest UserOverall it was ok, the room was extremely dusty even though I had informed them that I had dust allergies, pillows requested arrived at 11:30pm at night while I was fast asleep,
Plus point gym, swimming pool, breakfast host one was really friendly one was really short and sharp, had to be asked for milk in the coffee machine bearing in mind I went in the earliest due to work

GGuest UserCome out of the train station, you can see at a glance, the location is too convenient for tourists. The room was spacious and the facilities were slightly old, but the health was not bad. Breakfast is very good, there are six or seven packages to choose from, try four of them, all good.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are not far away. The marina is walking distance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.
