Luxury Seaview Apartments in Batumi: A Review Batumi, Georgia, has emerged as one of the Black Sea's most exciting cities, combining old-world charm with modern-day sophistication. One of the most prominent features of its booming real estate market is the availability of luxury seaview apartments. Let’s explore key aspects that make these apartments attractive to investors, holidaymakers, and long-term residents. 1. Location and Views Luxury seaview apartments in Batumi often boast stunning, panoramic views of the Black Sea, making them highly desirable for those seeking serenity coupled with convenience. Located along the coastline, many of these properties are nestled within walking distance of Batumi’s main attractions, such as the Batumi Boulevard, Botanical Gardens, and the iconic Alphabet Tower. The seafront promenade and proximity to both leisure and cultural hotspots add to the allure of these homes, creating a perfect blend of urban and coastal living. 2. Architectural Design and Amenities The architecture of luxury seaview apartments in Batumi is often modern, with sleek glass façades designed to enhance the views and maximize natural light. High-end residential complexes typically offer a wide range of luxury amenities, including: Swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor) Spas and wellness centers Gyms Private parking Concierge services 24/7 security Rooftop terraces and lounges Many also incorporate eco-friendly elements and advanced technology, ensuring both comfort and sustainability. Some developments are linked to hotel chains or serviced apartment models, catering to short-term stays with the same luxury standards. 3. Investment Potential Batumi’s real estate market has been on the rise, with luxury apartments offering significant investment potential. The city’s tourism sector is booming, and Batumi is becoming increasingly popular with visitors from Russia, Ukraine, Israel, and the Middle East. As a result, seaview apartments are often rented out as vacation properties, delivering attractive yields to investors. Additionally, Georgia offers a favorable tax regime and simplified property acquisition processes for foreigners, which has contributed to the influx of international buyers. The rental market in Batumi is particularly strong during the summer months, when tourists flock to the city's beaches, casinos, and restaurants. 4. Price Range Compared to other luxury destinations in Europe, Batumi offers relatively affordable seaview apartments. Depending on the size, location, and amenities, prices range from $1,500 to $3,000 per square meter. While higher-end properties might come with a premium price, they often offer better long-term value due to their prestigious locations and superior facilities. For foreign investors, this represents an opportunity to own a prime seafront property at a fraction of the cost of similar developments in Western Europe. 5. Lifestyle and Community Living in a seaview apartment in Batumi comes with a unique lifestyle. The city offers a blend of relaxation and entertainment, with plenty of opportunities for watersports, hiking in nearby mountains, dining at fine restaurants, and enjoying a vibrant nightlife scene. Batumi also has a growing international community, making it a welcoming environment for expatriates and remote workers who appreciate luxury living with lower costs compared to other major coastal cities. Conclusion Luxury seaview apartments in Batumi offer a unique combination of modern living, breathtaking views, and significant investment potential. Whether for personal enjoyment or rental income, these properties are highly attractive to those looking for a balance between natural beauty and urban convenience. As Batumi continues to grow, the demand for such high-end accommodations is likely to rise, making this an exciting prospect for both buyers and investors

We stayed in this hotel chain for the second time (after Tbilisi), we chose them because the hotel was located near the coastline and the hotel was clean. Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note first of all its own parking; the staff speaks Russian well; cleanliness in the room; view of the sea from the room; presence of a balcony; location close to the beach; good soundproofing of the room. The hotel also has disadvantages, namely: the breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, not typical for Russians; coffee in the hotel chain has no taste; the room on the balcony lacks outdoor furniture and a dryer for clothes; there is no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. I also want to tell you about the situation that happened to us: the night before check-out, a fire alarm went off, we immediately called the reception, but we could not get through. We went down the stairs as expected, approached the girl at the reception, she replied that someone was smoking cigarettes. But I was surprised that they didn’t apologize to us verbally for this situation, after all it was the middle of the night and people woke up and got scared...

The hotel is good, but the breakfast is served in a crowed environment, and hope that next time the hotel will served the breakfast in a less crowed place. I paid my hotel to TRIP COM and TRIP has provided me with a check that contains lunches and dinners, while the hotel receptionist at Dreamland Oasis Hotel in Georgia told me that only breakfast included. Since then I have in touch with TRIP Support for clarifications, but my request has not yet been resolved and it has last for 2 days, and TRIP Support has not yet resolved my request!!! I have been a member of TRIP for some many years, and now with the support that I have been offered, and I start to consider leaving TRIP COM

1. Let’s focus on the sea view suites It is 60 square meters and has two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The bedroom and living room each have a balcony. You can go out and enjoy the scenery, but they are not facing the sea view (the sea view can only be seen through the window) There is a football field, a beach volleyball field, and a beach soccer field by the sea. The price of a 7-a-side football field is astonishingly low: 50 lari per hour, equivalent to RMB 130. What surprised me even more was that several stadiums were brightly lit all night long. There are still people playing football after a few o'clock 2. The curtains on both sides of the bedroom cannot be tightened, so natural light will come in in the morning. However, Batumi is only dimly lit at 8 o'clock in the morning. 3. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA on the first floor My wife went to the gym for two days and I went for a massage. I looked at the massage packages. There were more than ten or twenty. I felt dizzy. The back massage cost half an hour and cost 465 yuan. The technique and effect were very good, but I was half-bald. Uncle... 4. Finally, let’s talk about the front desk service. The front desk efficiency of hotels in Georgia is very low, but this hotel is not only low, but also stupid. I told the girl about two rooms, she was ok, and then gave me a room card. He said everything is OK, but then he forgot to give me his passport. The whole process was like a primary school student, but the service attitude was always very good, with a smile on his face, and I was too embarrassed to complain...

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

Facilities: Everything you need is there. I haven’t tried it for cooking, so I can’t comment on it. The shower head is very big and very hot. It’s nice. Hygiene: There is no free housekeeper, only paid ones, the overall hygiene is okay Environment: Right on the beach, easy to walk to anywhere, in the middle of the entire coastline, facing the Black Sea Service: Self-driving is not recommended, the parking instructions are not clear, you need to go around in a circle and go back to the Hilton parking lot, 40gel a day, at your own expense! ! ! ! I don’t really recommend this place for the price of Jukeng.

The room is quite big, and it looks like a decent four-star hotel. The staff are very willing to help. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, whether it is the sound from the street or the sound from the next room. The breakfast is not very cost-effective, but the day I left The packed breakfast is delicious

You could enjoy the spectacular sea view if you were assigned the room facing the sea. Easily accessible and you could find everything you needed nearby. Breakfast were simple but great. I have to thank you for the breakfast provider because I had to catch the flight early in the morning, and the breakfast arrived punctually, thanks. Room facilities were very new and clean.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The sea is nearby, and there are many cafes. Breakfasts are delicious, they cooked khachapuri, soups, eggs, the only minus is that coffee is paid, but there was instant coffee and tea. Gorgeous view from the window - the sea. You drink instant coffee and a croissant, when you have such a view from the window you forgot that the coffee is instant 😁 there were also alcoholic drinks for breakfast.
