This feels more like a self-service business hotel, but its location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Miyazaki. The hotel offers great amenities like a microwave and laundry room, which are really handy. We had breakfast at the hotel; the quality was average, but they had a wide variety of fresh vegetables, which helped us get our greens and fiber for the day. We stayed for three nights, and Miyazaki truly exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, tranquility, comfort, and pleasant climate. The people are warm and genuine, and things are affordable. It's a perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

I used this hotel to go back to my father's hometown. It seems they also have a wedding hall. It's far from the station and downtown, but they offered to take a taxi when I checked in, which was helpful. I had a drink in the lounge and had a comfortable stay. There were some issues here and there, like adjusting the lamp in the room and mold in the corner of the bathroom. I think this is a good hotel, considering that Miyazaki has a lot of old hotels.

Room size not v big , but acceptable. One drawback is about the air conditioner, only hot air come out during window. Room v hot. i need to turn on the air conditioner and open the window. Located within a few minutes walking distance from JR Miyazaki station, Art Hotel Miyazaki Sky Tower offers an easy starting point for shopping and dining excursions in downtown Miyazaki. With a beautiful lobby and thoughtful layouts, many different room types are available, pushing this a bit beyond business-class expectations, and it delivers. Its unique architecture offers good city views and its nicely-appointed rooms provide a restful comfortable space to rest or relax in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The wireless internet was consistently fast day and evening. The front desk staff were polite and the electronic luggage check system made it as easy as a QR code.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

The hotel is located near the business district, with DONKI nearby, as well as many izakayas and restaurants. The quarantine hotel already has a parking lot, and overnight parking costs 1,000 yen. There is a hot spring on the top floor, and you can have popsicles after soaking in the hot spring. Please have ramen for supper after 9:30pm

The hotel is showing its age a bit, but it's probably the best you'll find in Miyazaki. There were a lot of Japanese guests, and I barely saw any other foreign tourists. The fireworks show at night was absolutely incredible! The only downside is that there aren't many convenience stores nearby; you have to walk through a forest to find a 7-Eleven. There are also some attractions close by, but I didn't have time to visit them.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Miyazaki Station, making travel very convenient. The hotel facilities are very new overall, and the rooms are clean and bright. There's a large shopping mall and a supermarket at the station, so dining and shopping are also very convenient.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel; the Wi-Fi is terrible. After complaining to the front desk, they gave me a Wi-Fi booster, which improved the signal, but I still couldn't access anything except WeChat. It's really bizarre.

The rooms are relatively small, which is a characteristic of this hotel. The most interesting thing is that it's located in the middle of a famous local red-light district; if you're feeling adventurous in the evening, you can take a stroll – it's a truly unique experience.
