"Amazing location and some of the best service we have ever experienced at a hotel."

"Location: Perfectly situated right in the heart of Turkistan’s main sightseeing area. It is in a pedestrian zone, so it is very quiet. A Magnum supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop right nearby. Service: Excellent welcome; they even helped me print a document. Setting: A high-quality, well-laid-out hotel. It may not be ”Hilton” standard, but the quality is excellent considering the price point. Room King-bed room: Exactly as shown in the photos. Well-designed (includes a workspace) and very pleasant, featuring a bench seating area and plenty of natural light. I stayed on the 5th (and top) floor, enjoying views of the mausoleum, the stunning sunset, and the wonderful colors of the sunrise over the mausoleum. High-quality bedding and clean, high-quality linens. Spacious, clean bathroom with good hot water pressure. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided in dispensers. Very good Wi-Fi. Well-placed power outlets and USB ports. Good lighting. Very large TV screen with international channels available, though it is not a Smart TV. One downside was the lack of sufficient space to set down luggage. Another drawback was the air conditioning: effective, but too noisy. Breakfast The buffet and breakfast lounge occupy a large, pleasant space near the reception. It wasn't busy during my stay, so there were no issues with space or accessing the buffet. Buffet: Very basic products that were almost identical from one day to the next. It is certainly not gourmet cuisine, but honestly, you leave satisfied if you aren't too fussy. Raw vegetables, cold cuts, fresh fruit, dried fruit, dairy products, pastries, and a few hot dishes. Fruit juices and hot drinks. Downside: The buffet is set up quite late. Officially at 7:30 AM. On Sundays, it wasn't ready until 8:00 AM. There were no salad dressings (oil, vinegar) available for four days—only on the last day, and even then, just 30 minutes before the buffet closed. The overall management of the breakfast buffet is clearly the hotel's major weak point, especially considering its general standard and brand. FACILITIES *The room was equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, and a small mini-fridge—though it didn't actually keep anything cold. *Bottled water, coffee, and tea provided daily. *Luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out. In conclusion, A great place to stay and highly recommended—provided you aren't too fussy about the breakfast buffet."

"The receptionist asked me to pay, which I had. The room key card didn't work when we went back and we had to go down to have it fixed. The breakfast was ok though it was not a buffet. There was only one waiter serving all the guests, though there were not many."

"The hotel was much better than I expected. However, even the locals didn't know where to check in, so I did get a bit lost. If you are traveling to Turkestan, I think the location and price are the best. I went on a business trip this time, but I think it would be great to go with children as well."
