"Although the staff was very friendly, it was a strange experience that no one at the front desk spoke Dutch. Most people can manage with English, and most guests are foreigners anyway, but still. The room is spacious and tidy, with a wonderful rain shower, slightly too soft pillows, and a slightly too firm bed – but that's a personal preference, of course. We were allowed to park for free, which was great service! It's also conveniently close to Schiphol, an excellent location. Overall, a very solid 8.5."

The rooms are designed with a modern, practical approach, featuring wooden floors, air conditioning, a desk, an electric kettle/coffee maker, a safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi—all the essentials. The space is considered ”acceptable” by Amsterdam standards. However, it's wise to manage expectations: some guests have reported inconsistencies in cleanliness (hair/stains/old marks), and the bathrooms often have glass partitions with unsealed door gaps, offering limited privacy if you're sharing. Wi-Fi can occasionally be unstable, and the gym equipment isn't exactly new. Breakfast is generally described as basic, with its value for money being a matter of opinion (some channels list it around €17 or as an additional charge). Parking also incurs an extra fee. "The design is very novel, but the foundation felt a bit unstable – check out the picture, it seemed wobbly, and I honestly hesitated to book it at first, haha. However, once I actually stayed, the 7 elevators were super fast, and the room design was very interesting. The only downside was that the room walls were all concrete... The view was excellent though; it's so hard to find a high-rise hotel in Amsterdam! Breakfast offered a much wider variety than typical 3 or 4-star hotels. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station. I'm not sure what tracks are next to it. There's also an Upside Down Museum across the street that I didn't get a chance to visit."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, less than a ten-minute train ride to the airport, and it's right near the exit of Zuid station. There are plenty of AH supermarkets and tram stops nearby, making it perfect for a layover in Amsterdam. The only downside is the heating in the room wasn't very warm, so it was a bit cold in winter."

"Booked this hotel last minute near the airport and it exceeded my expectations! They offer a free shuttle, and while breakfast wasn't extensive, it was pretty good. Plus, the staff were really enthusiastic and helpful!"

"The hotel was pretty good, very clean and quiet. They assigned me a high floor, and the buffet selection was incredibly rich. It felt really upscale, and it's not far from my office; I can just walk to work, which is really convenient. The only downside is that it's been a bit expensive lately."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, Zaandam. It's a short train ride to Amsterdam Central, and costs just over 3 euros. Be careful, because this is not Amsterdam, so you can't use the Amsterdam tourist pass. It's a relatively new area, so there are many fast food restaurants and clothing stores. The security seemed good. It's almost a straight line from the station to the hotel, so you won't get lost. However, the hotel entrance is a little difficult to find, as it's between the restaurants. There is no front desk, so you use a machine. At the end, your room number will be displayed, so don't forget to check it! The room is small, but I only had a backpack, so it wasn't a problem. It's modern and very clean. Another plus is that the shower room and toilet are separate. The shower water pressure and hair dryer air pressure are perfect. The bed was a king size bed, so I was able to sleep comfortably. Amenities include hair and body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. The room has a kettle, a very thin refrigerator (which barely holds anything), coffee and tea, a TV, and a safe. (No hangers) There was no noise and it was very comfortable. It's cheaper than central Amsterdam, so I recommend it!"

"The location was a bit further than I expected. It took me about 10 minutes of walking from the nearest tram station, but my luggage were not too heavy so it's not a big problem to me. The price was also affordable and reasonable among most of the hotels I found in Amsterdam. Although it is a little far from central Amsterdam, it's not too complicated to go there using public transport, as you only need to get on one tram and one metro. The room was quite small, but the bed was super large for 2 people, and everything was so clean. I also received good service there even though it was a bit late (11.30pm)."

"It was decent. The hotel looks more like a ”hostel” instead of a hotel. The room lighting was on a darker setting. The temperature is a bit colder. There waa no heating rack for towel. It takes a bit more time to walk to sloterdijk station and the road is not flat. But there are various of affordable restaurants nearby. The bed and the pillow were comfortable."
