Our recent stay with OZO has been very pleasant. With spacious room and good aminities the hotel exceeded our expectations. A special mention to the staff. Right from the check-in to check-out, the staff has shown extraordinary service. Mr.Demeijer has helped us to book an Uber going beyond his responsibility. A sincere thank you.

The staff were excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed for three days. The airport shuttle bus is free if you're a member. The room is quite large, which makes this hotel more convenient than staying in the city center if you're flying in and out of Amsterdam within 2-3 days, as you don't have to drag your luggage into the city. Plus, you get more space.
The price always fluctuates; sometimes booking early is more expensive than booking closer to the date. I booked early and ended up paying over 700 more for three days.
(I don't recommend the breakfast. We bought two separate breakfasts for 19 euros per person, and there was very little to eat – mostly basic bread items. It's not even close to the quality of breakfast you'd find at a 4 or 5-star chain hotel in Sweden).
Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it.

Last weekend, I took a trip to central Amsterdam, and it felt like stepping into a postcard. The air was crisp, carrying the scent of freshly baked stroopwafels and roasted coffee from the cafés lining the narrow streets. I wandered along the canals, their calm waters reflecting rows of gabled houses in shades of brick and pastel. Cyclists glided past effortlessly, bells chiming as they weaved between tourists and locals. At Dam Square, the hum of street performers mixed with the chatter of people from all over the world. Later, I visited the Anne Frank House, a sobering yet powerful reminder of history, before ending the day with a boat tour at sunset—the city glowing in golden light, bridges lit like necklaces over the shimmering water.
I've been in the hotel several times.
Since I'm alone, I feel very well at the hotel.
Unfortunately, the spa area was not useful on the first day, but it made the stay not less beautiful.
The rooms are small but always super clean.
This will not be my last stay this time. 👍👍👍👍
The hotel is located on the 2****th floor of a multi-purpose center that was being busily painted, even on Easter Sunday. It lies on the edge of an industrial estate next to a residential area in Assendelft, and if you cross the railway line and the main road, you walk into a street in Krommenie containing a number of fast-food outlets and eateries. A little further on, in the side streets, there are also shops such as a supermarket and a store where, to quote comedian Peter Heerschop, they sell all sorts of things you didn't know you needed.
We just barely managed to find a spot when parking. There are also parking spaces under the building, but they were not in use. Perhaps this will happen in the future? The escalators were not working, and with our luggage, we took the elevator to the 2****th floor, as indicated on the door of the complex.
The hotel itself is straightforward. A reception where English seems to be the main language, where you are politely welcomed and can also buy coffee and sandwiches. Immediately behind that are a few corridors containing the rooms. In the hall behind the reception, there is a vending machine with soft drinks and snacks.
It states that the rooms have no windows, and fortunately, that is not entirely true. The rooms are situated along skylights. Your window looks out over the street onto the window of the neighbors across the street, but thanks to film, you cannot see each other. It does create a nice Droste effect! And, importantly, there is daylight in the room.
Inside the room is a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and sink. The sink is opposite, and underneath the sink there is even a handheld shower for the toilet, which you only see, by the way, when you are sitting on the toilet. There was something strange going on with the shower and the sink; the water pulsed—a strange sensation, but you do get clean regardless.
The beds are fine. I found the pillows a bit thin, but my girlfriend thought they were fine. The heating/air conditioning took a bit of figuring out, but once it works, it works perfectly.
By the way, there are no Dutch channels on the TV, mainly news channels.
All in all, a fine hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and you only have to mention to reception that something isn't working properly or a light is broken, and they try to fix it. And most importantly, you can sleep well there too.
The hotel was in a good location for the Amstelveen marathon. It was only 5 minutes by tram to get there. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel was quiet. The air con in the room couldn't be turned off so my nose was wrecked after two nights sleeping with it on.
Located near to a neighbourhood and tram location. Ease of travel to Amsterdam City.
Booked Junior Room with kitchen and the amenities were extraordinary.
The room was indeed very clean.
Shoutout to Mr Steve, which he happened to be around the reception desk when we arrived and shared some guidelines to explore the city.
Will definitely book again if visiting to Amsterdam next time.
We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The check-in was done really quickly as 2 hours before usual check-in which was perfect as was had a toddler with us plus lugage. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly good size for us. Bathroom was really clean. Room smelled fresh. We had breakfast each morning and it was a lovely open buffet with alot of choices, warm and fresh food. The dining area, bar area was really big, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our 2 nights/3days stay. Definitely would recommend. Its not really far from Central station as well so perfect.
The church hotel idea is interesting, and the workers were really nice. 🥰🥰 However, in my opinion, this place doesn’t deserve $155. When I booked it, I was on the way and made the reservation quickly. I knew the room would be small, but not this small. It wasn’t just small, the main wall was slanted, which made the usable space extremely narrow.
I immediately took a picture of the toilet upon entering, as it had a yellow stain inside. The beds were comfortable, but there was no closet, not enough hangers, and the bathroom was extremely small with a tiny sink, making it impossible to place a toothbrush or makeup bag.
The location is not bad, but you do have to walk at least 20 minutes (and 4 minutes with ferry) to reach Central Station. If you take the train, it’s about 11 minutes of walking plus 2 minutes on the train. Overall, in my opinion, the price paid definitely does not match the quality offered.

Unexpectedly, it is worth staying again! Quiet and comfortable, the front desk staff can speak English and French, communication is very convenient, sound insulation is also good, and travel is very good.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large, and the breakfast is plentiful. There's a park nearby, and dining options are very convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere. I'd definitely consider booking here again in the future, especially since the Ctrip price was excellent. It would be even more perfect if I could earn Accor points!
GGuest UserThe room itself was impeccably clean—truly spotless. Full credit to the cleaning team.
Regrettably, other areas fell short. The €10 ”complimentary” breakfast was poor: a single slice each of cheese and ham constituted a sandwich, the scrambled eggs were stone cold, and only the coffee was passable.
Furthermore, the modern HVAC system was undermined by a needlessly complex room control panel that easily reset itself, requiring a trip to the front desk for help. The neglect extended outdoors, with litter like old plastic bottles and other garbage scattered all around the grounds.
In stark contrast, the hotel staff were exceptional. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist with every request were a standout positive.
The takeaway is a clear mismatch: a management strategy focused on austerity, valiantly offset by a staff dedicated to guest satisfaction.
My sincere thanks to the guys for their efforts.
AAnonymous UserThe room itself was decent – spacious and well-equipped. However, there was no deadbolt on the door, and the walls seemed to be thin partitions, so soundproofing wasn't great. On the other hand, the price was incredibly good. For this price point, being so close to the Sloterdijk transport hub for metro and train was very convenient for getting around. For a business trip, I was quite satisfied.
BBandar alnouhEverything was great and the receptionist was very smiling and nice. Her name was Alicia. Thank you. She was professional and gave good advice.
朝朝阳区MichaelThis hotel is conveniently located right next to Amsterdam Airport, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a small, converted Sprinter van with a compact luggage rack for larger bags. However, it's quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage, especially for a family or two traveling internationally with multiple large suitcases, it might be a squeeze. The shuttle departs from the hotel every hour on the hour or every half hour, and from the airport, it usually leaves around :15 and :45. I won't go into too much detail about the hotel itself, but the breakfast was good – they even had kimchi and rice, and someone to cook eggs and omelets to order, which was a nice touch. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool and sauna are available from 7 AM to 10 PM. I didn't get a chance to use those facilities. There's also parking available for around 20 euros a night. Overall, it's a good place and I recommend it!
GGuest UserThe room itself was very nice, and the bed was quite large and comfortable.
However!! The nearest bus stop from the airport (take bus 300) is a long walk from the hotel, involving crossing a traffic light, and it's very windy and cold during that stretch of road. Plus, the shuttle bus costs extra…
It's also inconvenient to get to the city center from here; firstly, it's far, and secondly, this area isn't included in the GVB day pass. It's located in the suburbs, and public transportation is relatively expensive.
Perhaps more suitable for business travelers…
WWangziyu999The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing and natural light. The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were responsive and paid attention to details. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it! Thumbs up! 👍
LloreleikvltWe had been really concerned after pre paying this hotel then reading bad reviews that had us convinced we would need to wear plastic suits the entire visit,, so I thought I'd give my review based around the concerns we had read, to try and be helpful ! some of the things were true , the sheets did come off the bed on mine but I wiggle but my friends both stayed on their beds. super annoying but I just slid it back on and you can always throw your cover over it instead and ask for another . Fortunately we didn't come across the bed bugs people mentioned !, the cat seemed happy and not flea ridden.. however the room was clean enough , no obvious mould. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean and quite nice
It wasn't huge but had ample.space for our things in the triple person room .
It's an old building with narrow windy stairs I'm glad the elevator worked. it's not a relax and sit in all day hotel..it's a place to sleep , shower ...charge your phone and keep your belongings.
The coffee machine was fine as far as basic goes.
The staff were fine
There was a fifty euro deposit on the desk, we just asked for a receipt after other things mentioned in reviews and were given a written one with no problem on leaving . We were offered one free housekeeping day as we stayed 4 nights but opted not to use it due to theft mentioned in reviews..
We stayed at the main hotel so I don't know if all the bad reviews were from the other or we just got lucky with our room but we had no problems, and when I went rustling down before hours looking for coffee the guy did help me before reception opened.
It's no paradise of a place , there are marks on the walls but faint...if you're fussy it's not the place for you but for the price and location, we really didn't mind it . It's a super great location as a base with a trendy area behind it
And a really cool vegan restaurant a tiny walk away a pub downstairs and metro train a stone's throw away
If you have the option to pay on arrival ask to see.your room first.you could take that route
Just to be safe, but all up it was fine..3 women travelling together there was no unsafe feeling there .
We didn't find it noisy.
GGuest UserGreat location, close to the airport with a free shuttle service. It's a bit pricey though, and doesn't include free breakfast. The room was clean, the hallways were carpeted, and the front desk staff were very friendly.
GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay at radison blu at shiphol airport. The room waa lovely. But moreover the reception staff were exemplary. The young man was lovely, he was kind to me very poliite and loaned me a charger for my phone as i had picked up a wrong conector drom home. The young lady gave me some milk for my tea and had a lovely manner. THIS MORNINGwhen i checked out i handed back the charger and the receptionist very good. THANKS ALL OF YOU.
