The hotel is on the mountain, with a good location where you can see the mountain. It is very close to the tourist goods street, which is very convenient for shopping after dinner. The hotel staff are very service-minded, polite and thoughtful, making customers feel very warm. The room is large and clean, the milk tea for breakfast is delicious, and it can accommodate Chinese people. It is a good stay experience! Thank them for their service.

Generally, it was a decent hotel compared to other available hotels near Swat. Location was good too. However, given the price that we paid, we dont think it was a 4-star hotel. At best, it should be rated between mid tier to upper tier 3-star hotel. While the rooms were clean, it took some time for hot water to be available. Basic amenities were not available in the room and had to be requested, though the staffs were friendly and helpful.

The view and the location is really nice. The room was spaciaous and cozy, loved the view from the room in the morning. The only thing I wouldn't recommend while staying here would be the room service food. It's not on par with the rest of the services provided at the hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel manager confirmed pre-paid booking on phone but upon arrival negated same and told to pay in cash thus creating embarrassment. The standard room was actually a shared room with no acoustics standards and a room in two bed mini apartment, should have been mentioned that way in description. Rest it was ok for a short halt.
