Отель находится в центре Владимира, рядом с Золотыми воротами и другими достопримечательностями. У отеля есть своя парковка. На этом все его преимущества заканчиваются. Бельё и полотенца приемлемой чистоты. В номере был шампунь, гель для душа, жидкое мыло и туалетная бумага. Это всё обновляли ежедневно. Мусор выносили, но уборка номера за 2 дня не проводилась. В целом отель очень уставший, давно требует капитального ремонта. В санузле номера постоянно пахнет канализацией. Всё оборудование отеля, мебель, стены и полы - необходимо менять. Балкон во время дождя протекает. Ощущение, что попал в 1996 год. Можно остановится здесь на 1-2 ночи, если нужен именно центр города, но в других случаях стоит поискать более приличные варианты.

Ночевала в номере студия, номер двухместный с двуспальной кроватью, кровать удобная, постельное бельё чистое и новое, полотенца тоже, на полу ковролин, номер довольно просторный, холодильника нет, кондиционера тоже, сейфа тоже нет, но есть фен в ванной, также кладут шампунь и гель для душа. Гостиница недавно ремонтировалась, сменилось название, сейчас она называется не Доброе, а Авлад. В гостинице сейчас не работает столовая, нет никакого питания, поблизости также ничего нет, до ближайших магазинов надо ехать, автобусная остановка прямо около отеля, доехать не проблема. У гостиницы есть своя бесплатная парковка, очень удобно для тех, кто приезжает на машине. Ожидала худшего от данной гостиницы, но оказалась очень даже неплохая гостиница.

Отель очень понравился. Он расположен подальше от центра но мы приехали на машине поэтому самое то что нужно) Сосновый бор,нам разрешили поселится с нашей собачкой, попросили небольшую доплату. Очень понравился ресторан,вкусная еда и особенно кофе.
