This hotel surprises us, all in a good way. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we realised how small it was. We saw the stairs and started to fear there’s no lift but there was a unique working lift that could fit all 4 luggages and us both. The hotel room was small (we booked quite last minute and missed the bigger room) but the location was awesome, right in front of Gulhane Park, tram station and within walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, many restaurants and souvenir shops. For breakfast, due to the size of the hotel, we anticipated that they will only serve bread and juices but alas! they have almost a full spread and better - a chef! Since the room was small and not so conducive for us to have our packed food in the room, we were always welcomed to go down to the breakfast area anytime. Special shout-out to Emir, the friendly guy at the reception counter and the skillful and accommodating chef. All in all, our stay was perfect due to the cleanliness, amenities, and location. The size of the room didn’t bother us as we only came back to sleep. Very value for money! 👍🏽

The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a short walk from Taksim Square, shopping malls, and restaurants. Our room was spacious and came with two beds. It was well-equipped with towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, glasses, cutlery, plates, and a kettle. The room itself was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great location, many restaurants and coffee places nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the lady at the breakfast buffet for her help and kindness. However, my room had a couple of issues that need to be fixed. When I first went in, I kept hearing some beeping noise, which came from the motion detector, so had to have a technician come in to switch it off. Then in the bathroom, I didn't have hot water in the sink for the first day, and then on the second day only hot water and then the next day no hot water.... The left faucet was impossible to turn. Apart from the room itself, was overall satisfied of the building and other facilities.

Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients.

Overall it was good, i did not eat there so i wouldn't know about the food, the room was good, the view not so much, location might be good for some people, but it is too far away for most, it was clean and service was quite good, the swimming pool was clean but the there was too much chlorine in it and it was quite irritating, fancy hotel over all, but i doubt i will ever go again because of the location.

The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was prompt. They have a gym, pool, and sauna, all of which are new and well-maintained with good service, including fitness coaches available for guidance. It's conveniently located right next to a scenic area, and getting a taxi is easy.

Wow! The service from the moment we got out of the taxi to our checkout!! Amazing! This hotel has made me prefer Marriott to any other hotel in the world. Great staff and very helpful. Will definitely book again if not in Istanbul then definitely anywhere else. Super impressed!! Beautiful see view room and the cherry on the cake for me and my trip!

It's about a 40-minute drive from the new airport. The surrounding amenities are pretty basic, but the hotel itself has food, drinks, and even a barbershop. Breakfast options are limited, but the room size is good, and it offers decent value for money.

Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.
