We were happy with everything — a perfect option for an overnight stay during a long layover. We stayed for one night and it went smoothly, even though the hotel is close to the airport (we didn’t hear any noise at all). The condition of the room was okay. There were some scuffs on the walls and damaged floorboards in a few places, but we didn’t see this as a big issue for a short stay. We really appreciated the very early breakfast — even with our early flight, we had time to eat. The breakfast was simple but had a wide selection. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients.

Very nice hotel, very nice and convenient location, near the hotel many shops and nice restaurants, very clean and food is very nice, stuff are very friendly and helpful

Outstanding. We chose to stay at the same hotel on our way back to Istanbul. . 24-hour reception is helpful, expected from a city hotel, but this is more local, so we weren't sure. We arrived at 3 am and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend Service was exceptional. Beautiful view from the rooftop, where we had breakfast.

Our stay at Wanda Vista Istanbul was mixed. The bathroom drainage was clogged, and the washing machine was extremely dirty, clearly not cleaned or maintained. The air conditioner made a strange choking noise, and some lights and sockets in the room didn’t work properly. However, the staff were very polite and helpful, and even though we arrived early, they didn’t charge extra. They also changed our room to one with better facilities, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was still poor.

Beautiful view, good service, good breakfast It’s in a great spot with lots of local cafes and restaurants, also great shopping centres close by The only issue was a bit of mould like smell from the bathroom Maybe due to the timber floors getting wet and not drying properly in there

This hotel is one of my favorite in Istanbul as I love the location and the great facilities that the hotel has. The gentleman at reception Eray does an excellent job and I really appreciate that he tries to provide me with a room upgrade when available. I should also add the the cleaning staff are so nice and do an excellent job. As always I strongly recommend this hotel for your travel to Istanbul.

The room wasn't big, but it had a washer, dryer, stove, and dishwasher. Parking was available, but the underground parking lot with its motion-sensor lights was a bit scary at night. The only downside was that they didn't proactively provide the Wi-Fi password. I expected a simple password or something written down, but I was busy unpacking, so I asked my boyfriend, who only speaks basic English, to go downstairs and ask. He came back to the room saying the front desk had entered the password for him, and he hadn't gotten it for me. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. Anyway, I still had data on my SIM card, so I didn't bother going downstairs again. (Plus, the elevator goes directly to the parking lot, so you don't have to go to the front desk). Also, I don't know if there are any schools nearby, but every morning from 10 am to noon, they play music very loudly, like a school's sports day broadcast. Plus, there are a lot of cars downstairs, so light sleepers might get woken up. Overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. It's very suitable for business travelers or those who need to cook and do laundry.

An unexpectedly great experience! I initially thought it would just be an average stay since it's a 4-star hotel, but the service and location were excellent. There was a national football match happening right next door that day. The rooftop restaurant has unbeatable views and is even a Michelin-starred establishment. The service was very attentive, and it's super close to the airport bus stop.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded one of our rooms to a larger one with both a double and single bed, which was a lovely surprise. The team went above and beyond they took the time to explain the Istanbul map to us, recommended must-visit attractions and local food, and even helped us book an authentic Turkish dance show. The room was new, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect safe, walkable, and close to major attractions like the Blue Mosque. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I’d love to come back again in the future. Keep up the great work! 🌟
