Good location, and a decent selection of food for breakfast. Plus, the chef even made an omelet, so I'd rate the service highly. But the cleanliness… the shower was inconvenient, with no door, so water got all over the floor. The room had a very unpleasant smell. The furniture was dirty and old. There were black hairs on the door and the hairdryer. I really didn't want to stay there at all.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and included plates, cutlery, a kettle, tea, and sugar. The bathroom had towels, liquid soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The closet in the room contained a safe, slippers, and hangers. The staff were helpful. It's within walking distance of the square, restaurants, cafes, and transportation. I recommend it.

Location is excellent on road close to market room are soo tinny but location is best staff is also polite and main 24 hrs Mc Donald in your hotel

Great location, many restaurants and coffee places nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the lady at the breakfast buffet for her help and kindness. However, my room had a couple of issues that need to be fixed. When I first went in, I kept hearing some beeping noise, which came from the motion detector, so had to have a technician come in to switch it off. Then in the bathroom, I didn't have hot water in the sink for the first day, and then on the second day only hot water and then the next day no hot water.... The left faucet was impossible to turn. Apart from the room itself, was overall satisfied of the building and other facilities.

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was prompt. They have a gym, pool, and sauna, all of which are new and well-maintained with good service, including fitness coaches available for guidance. It's conveniently located right next to a scenic area, and getting a taxi is easy.

This hotel is located near another airport in Istanbul. It has excellent facilities, and the front desk staff was very nice, even upgrading our room. You can see planes from the room and the rooftop bar, which offers a great view. However, it's close to the road, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The breakfast was fantastic, and we even saw some airline crew staying there. The only minor downside to the room was that the shower water was too hot, but thankfully there was also a bathtub with a showerhead, so we ended up showering in the tub.

Otopark ücretsiz olması ve aracını kendin park etme seçeneği güzel. Otopark aydınlatması çok zayıf, asansör ile otopark a indiğinde, indiğin katta aydınlatma yok karanlıkta arabayı park ettiğim yeri bulmakta zorlandım. Otopark in bulunduğu katta atıl eşyalar olması da 5 yıldızlı otel için eksi bir görüntü. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. İş seyahati için tekrardan tercih edilebilir.

Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.
