The hotel boasts an excellent location, with many places easily reachable on foot. Furthermore, a tram station is conveniently located right outside. Despite the breakfast having room for improvement and my room facing an inner courtyard, I was very impressed with the hotel overall. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip! 👍🏻💪🏻

We made a reservation for one night with friends online. The hotel's location and cleanliness extended our stay for three more nights. Hotel staff are respectful and helpful. Nothing to say, we recommend it.

Location is excellent on road close to market room are soo tinny but location is best staff is also polite and main 24 hrs Mc Donald in your hotel

Excellent stay, breakfast much choice for small baby to any age, staff is good and everyone taking care like family

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

The hotel is very new and luxurious, close to the subway station, breakfast is good! The hotel management is not perfect, the room given at check-in has been occupied, such a mistake should not be for the five-star international brand, but the front desk does not even apologize, does not take the initiative to greet guests, does not take the initiative to tell the wiff password, does not take the initiative to tell the breakfast time! No sense of service.

The hotel is located in the Asian region. The service is very good. I had problems and they were handled immediately. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. I will go there again next time.

In itself a fine hotel, but for 5 stars I actually expect more. The bathroom is on the small side, no bath. Breakfast was fine, the omelette is an absolute must, quite a lot of choice, coffee/cappuccino below par just like the juices in the machine, very watery in taste. I did not use the Spa or swimming pool so no opinion about that. Location is on an industrial estate so not much entertainment in the immediate vicinity, if you want to see something you have to rely on transport. This part of the city is not suitable for walking, poorly maintained sidewalks, no pedestrian crossings and a lot of dust from speeding traffic.

Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.
