The hotel's location is indeed quite good, very close to the Ferris wheel. It was lovely to take a stroll along the river with the kids. The hotel staff are quite friendly, especially the male duty manager who was working yesterday. When we went to the front desk to pick up our takeout in the evening, he saw our little one and even gave them a panda cake, which made the child very happy. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and objectively speaking, the room service is quite efficient. The only minor flaw was that the hand soap in the room, despite looking like there was plenty left, just wouldn't pump out no matter what – quite strange!

Coming to Tianjin this time, choosing this hotel definitely didn't disappoint. Right across the street, the Northwest Corner breakfast scene is bustling with local flavor. Jennifer's service was also incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive; she patiently guided me to the parking spot and even recommended some great restaurants nearby. The service was absolutely top-notch, and I'll definitely be back!

This five-star hotel is centrally located, about a ten-minute drive from Tianjin Station, so it's quite close. Upon entering, I immediately felt a warm atmosphere, greeted by a lovely lady, and a gentleman helped with my luggage. The front desk attendant who checked me in was very enthusiastic. The room was spotless and neatly arranged. Checkout was quick and efficient.

The Haihe Riverside Hotel boasts an unparalleled location, offering absolutely stunning views. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed, panoramic vista of the river. At night, the shimmering city lights make you feel truly immersed in the vibrant urban atmosphere, all while enjoying the hotel's comprehensive facilities. My check-in was slightly delayed due to a hotel event, but the butler thoughtfully arranged for iced coffee to be delivered to my room – much appreciated! If I had one minor quibble, it's that some of the facilities and decor feel a bit dated. For instance, the shower and toilet amenities aren't as modern as what you'd find in a brand new hotel. A coffee machine in the room would also be a lovely addition!

The location is great, just a stone's throw from Xikai Church, with several shopping malls nearby. It's really convenient for dining and getting around. I appreciated being able to extend check-out until 2 PM; otherwise, with the typhoon causing massive flight delays, being stuck at the airport would have been quite painful. Now for the downsides. The hotel is advertised as a 6-star hotel by some organization and meets domestic 5-star standards in terms of room decor, but there are many flaws in the details. 1. The toilet space in the suite is only big enough for a single suitcase, yet the walk-in closet is disproportionately large in comparison. 2. For a 5-star hotel, there's not even a set-top box. They use an analog cable TV system with incredibly poor picture quality, let alone premium channels like HBO. 3. The front desk staff lacked smiles throughout the check-in process. We had three people staying and an extra bed was added, but they didn't even think to provide an extra set of slippers, toothbrushes, or towels. 4. I used my Ctrip membership to redeem a complimentary mini-bar feature, but I wasn't informed about it upon check-in. I had to repeatedly confirm myself to find out it was actually free. Overall, the service still feels like most state-owned hotels from 10 years ago. In today's highly competitive market, this is clearly not enough.

My stay at the Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe was an incredible journey for both mind and body, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Every detail held a delightful surprise! The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right by the Haihe River. It's within walking distance of the Ancient Culture Street and the Italian Style Area, and the Haihe River cruise terminal is just outside the door. Whether you're city walking or hitting up attractions, it's incredibly convenient. The moment I opened the room door, I was stunned by the view. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking view of the Haihe River. During the day, I watched boats cruise by on the sparkling water, and at night, I enjoyed the neon lights reflecting on the river. The dazzling lights of the Tianjin Eye were practically at my fingertips, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The room experience was simply flawless. The spacious layout was well-designed, with a modern luxury decor that exuded elegant quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The viewing bathtub by the window was definitely the highlight – soaking in the warm water with the river view, all my fatigue melted away. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary and fully stocked, and thoughtful touches like custom scented toiletries and capsule coffee made it feel just like home, full of warmth and prestige.

I recently stayed at (Tianjin Railway Station) Lia! by minyou perennial tianjin located near Tianjin South Railway Station, and it provided a very comfortable experience despite being a bit away from the city center. The hotel gave a great first impression with its clean and well-maintained appearance. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tianjin South Railway Station, making it easy to travel around by train or bus. Although getting to the city center takes some time, the quiet and peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless and modern, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. One feature that really stood out was the hotel’s automated delivery system. Using a robot to deliver food and other items to the room was incredibly convenient, and it also added a sense of security through its contactless service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with meal deliveries or arranging taxis. They were very professional, and communication was smooth, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh salads, bread, and egg dishes, all served in a relaxed and welcoming dining space. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay near Tianjin South Railway Station. The excellent staff service, modern conveniences, and comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable and satisfying visit. Special thanks to Nami for her exceptional service during my stay.

Hotel is very clean and just walk in to the sub way and high speed railway station. Hope to book the next time

There is Metro Line 9 and a bus station nearby. You can park for free if you drive. The bathroom is large and there are several elevators. There are plenty of parking spaces and a shopping mall behind. There is Qixian. You can eat seafood in a few minutes by car. It is half an hour's drive from Dongjiang Qinhai Park, which is very convenient. I will go there again next time.

The hotel refused to turn on their central AC unit in late April so the room AC is on fan mode only. Our room was 26c showing the manager did send up a tech guy and tested the room temp was 26 as showing on the display and the air wa very stuffy. They said it’s cold at night so building is not turning on the AC but the windows does not open !!!The manager did offer free breakfast and delivered a fan to my room. lucky we were only there for 2 nights in the stuffy room but I will not be staying again.
