The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

La experiencia es muy chévere, son muy atentos y rápidos para poder solucionar problemas si así se requiere. De pronto puedan poner un cartel para saber donde parquear las motos porque me sentí perdida con eso, y que haya un poco más de variedad de fruta en el desayuno. Las instalaciones divinas y la piscina también!

Very close to the airport, and there is a free bus transfer, but you need to contact the hotel in advance to make an appointment. The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the stay was good.

🌟 Just had an amazing stay at NH Hotels Cali Royal! It's perfectly situated near shopping malls and a golf resort, making it super convenient. The staff were truly outstanding, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. And can we talk about the breakfast buffet? So many delicious options! Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono.
Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo.
Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo.
El bar cierra pronto
