Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.
They spoil you here! They have a WhatsApp set up for their guest services and it made it all the more spoiled. I was at the spa and I needed ice for my drink that I brought there and all I did was message and they brought it right to me. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was free shuttle service to Agua Azules and the town, which was perfect because we booked parasailing with Agua Azules and they dropped us off right at there steps. The room was clean. The property was beautiful. We got to see sloths, iguanas, and monkeys! The monkeys were right outside our hotel building (we booked a vista suite) when checking out.
wonderful place surrounded by nature - maccaws monkeys humming birds visiting daily. easy to get to the beach or town via the reglar cheap shuttle bus. sweetest host and doggies. breakfasts deserve a michelin star
This is a fairly standard all inclusive. Staff was friendly and helpful and property was nice. Food was good as well. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Rooms need renovation at this point. I would still recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable priced all inclusive.
Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The owner was personally involved and met with the customers. Food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The facilities were fair, rooms and bathrooms need upgrades. Room service was hard to order. The roads need to be fixed, paving the Main road into the resort would make driving to the facility easier.
Very nice resort with high quality equipment. Very nice are also the pool and the pool bar. Super we also found the fitness area. Very large and excellently equipped. We found it not so nice that there was little daylight in our room (standard room in the ground floor) and the restaurant. At breakfast and dinner were not all the options good. The staff at the restaurant was very overloaded at times of impact. Consequently, lack of coordination and long waiting times. However, they were always very friendly. We would always be asked proactively for allergies, but the answer (no wheat) to it was always ignored and not taken into account at any time.
A frechness was the breakfast to go, when we had to go before breakfast: a untoasted flavorless toast bread and a apple for say and write 15 USD. That's not possible! What has disturbed us very much is the hotel's client, or at least part of it that is most negative: larger groups of Americans, for holidays is equal to a collective beauty. These groups were always very noisy at the pool and restaurant accordingly. That has made the relaxation partly impossible.
The cleanliness of the hotel was kinda of disappointing. Our room didn't appear to be properly cleaned. Bath towels were all over the place, and there was even a rotten mango on the nightstand. Hotel staff was friendly, and they have a nice pool.
Rarely, the experience is very poor, the service is very good, but the hotel is super noisy all night, the club is high all night, where the sound of the decoration is getting up in the morning, super silent, not sleeping well, this price of breakfast really Very poor, only two choices, rice and pancake single point, but also not good, and no self-selected things, close to the beach but this beach is not good, the only good thing is that the hotel is very responsible for our care Car, at night, get out of the car to get the clothes security to verify the identity before leaving, the personnel service attitude is also good

Amazing
GGuest UserBeautiful location and for the most part the service was great. First the pluses ....beach is super and the staff down by the beach was friendly and welcoming and they do a great job of creating safety (lots of lifeguard drills it appeared!) and overall the sense of a lovely vacation feel. There are golf carts to take you everywhere on the property, which is pretty necessary as the property is steep and quite spread out. You just give a call and someone shows up in minutes. Many of the drivers have a great personality, just made it surprising when a few of them seemed not friendly--and for us there was no need to speak English--I was always happy to try my Spanish! Ditto for the staff in the main restaurant--some were friendly and welcoming and a few others were all business and not very welcoming or patient. On with the plus items...the beds are very comfortable, rooms are private and quiet, and the policy of free mini bar snacks (with free restocking) is wonderful! The monkeys and iguanas --and sloths--on the property are terrific. There is a dinner in the beach restaurant on Wednesdays, Sats and Suns and since we were only there for the Wed dinner, I wish that the staff at breakfast had reminded us of it and also, there could be a small guide in the room that would include the beach dinner evening schedule as well as a map of the nature trail --with distances. We wanted to walk it ourselves, without their guide, but didn't have a good sense of the overall length of the trail. There was a little sense that they wanted to encourage us to sign up for their guided (for a fee) walk. The food in the main restaurant was good, but not exceptional and the dinners are quite expensive. The breakfast has many choices and again, it's good but not exceptional--but nice that it's included in the room price. Overall, however, it's a lovely place, clearly the nicest place to stay in Manuel Antonio, but also quite pricey, which you know if you're reading this! Trip.com had the best price by far, at least for November.
GGuest UserHotel very well located just in the entrance of Manuel Antonio Park (beyond 100m). You can enjoy the facilities of the hotel the lighthouse, making the experience even better. The staff of the hotel are very careful and friendly
NNazar HanchevskyiWe had a very great experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, the terrace was very spacious, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. We really loved everything about our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even if something wasn’t working properly, they were always ready to assist quickly and with a positive attitude.
The only small downside is that the hotel is located about 20 minutes uphill, so getting there can be a bit challenging. If you don’t want to spend time driving up and down every day, you might prefer booking a place closer to the bottom.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!
JJosueThe front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).

AAntenor Jr.Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

GGuest UserJaco really isn’t for families anymore. The hotel shows a picture that it is next to an empty plot: Well that is a 20 story building now. Some AC units are too old, making very loud vibrations.
We had 2 cockroaches in the room despite closed windows.
If you need to be in Jaco, check out the hotel on the other side of the creek. If you have a choice, drive a couple more kilometres to a nicer village.
GGuest UserThis is a WONDER-FULL place to visit!!! Accommodation is spacious, open, beautiful, down to earth, quiet. Walk down to waterfall for a swim each day was good exercise and delicious. Birdwatching tour with Allan was so informing... his enthusiasm is contagious. I recommend this Nature reserve for a laid back easy vacation. I will be back again. Staff is honest, sincere and caring.
