A gem of a hotel, tucked away on the University Campus. Lovely furnishings, excellent food at reasonable prices, beautiful bar and restaurant. We’ll be using this one again.
I had a pleasant stay here with my family.
We stayed for pleasure/business off-base, and from the moment we arrived, the reception to the domestic has been brilliant and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Leisure facilities and areas were all clean and tidy, very appealing. Leonardo Hotel taught of everything, so you can pack light, all necessities were provided and in vast quantity, Thank you, Leonardo!
The centre of the stairway also gives a cruise ship vibes (I will add pics), which I thought was brilliant, and have I mentioned the breakfast. Now, this is the first hotel I've been to where i see they offered takeaway supplies (containers, tea cups) for people on the go, SPLENDID IDEA, and the breakfast was lovely.
The overall aspect for me was the ambience, which flows through the entire property. Every room you enter gives that tranquil feeling, from the low lighting to the smooth melody, it makes breakfast feel like I'm in a 6* restaurant.
I recommend this place for anyone, it is also great for kids, my kids (1, 16, 9) enjoyed it, especially the pool.
I will definitely come back!!!
hotel location is bit of middle of nowhere in remote countryside, good for large groups and wedding venue. i just had to book for the stormy night, worked fine and good stay, staff is also friendly.
Be going to this hotel a few times on my travels when I have up work away . Gym and fitness area. Is great and the hotel itself is pointless. The staff are always there to help you if you need them .
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional from the youngish gentleman who checked us in to Julie at the breakfast reception. Probably one of the very best breakfasts we’ve ever had including many 5* hotels. Julie is also an amazing ambassador.
Excellent pool and gym plus huge car park at just £6 - we all hate paying that extra charge but they all do it now.
To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.
The family rooms were fairly big with two nicely sized beds and a decent sized bathroom.Breakfast was alright with average sized portions of hot food but there wasn’t any hash browns. The leisure centre was very good, the pool depth was 3ft (1m) on the shallow side and the deep end was 4ft (1.2m). Children were also able to enjoy the saunas and jacuzzis if they were above the age of 8.
Wedding.
