Stayed in room 1024
Pro:
Room clean
Efficient check in and check out
Nice view of mountain and trees
Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting.
Cons:
Unable to set AC
QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service.
At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024.
No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot
Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.
My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.
This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues.
We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles.
Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room.
Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour.
I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.
The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.
A boutique hotel (seemed to be called “El royal hotel” by locals) at city center which is just a few minutes walk from the Praga street. However, the facilities inside the room are quite old, like the toilet and very poor sound proofing, (you could literally hear the customer from the next door, laughing and jumping). In terms of the cleanliness, it was generally ok, except shower towel, literally a “grey” color one, not sure whether it was so old or not washed thoroughly, I did not use in the end. Hotel staff were general nice and friendly, but the language skills (English) might create some miscommunication.
This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots.
Thank you, GH Universal. I hope the points I've raised can be addressed for future improvements.
A Fantastic Stay and the Perfect Birthday Surprise!
My recent visit to Botanica Sanctuary was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it highly enough. We stayed in one of the Family Lofts, and the layout was just perfect—it felt spacious, modern, and really well-designed for a family. We especially appreciated how well the space was utilized.
Beyond the room, the staff and service truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. They genuinely went the extra mile, which really elevates the experience.
A huge highlight was the lovely little birthday surprise they arranged for us. It was so thoughtful and made the day feel extra special. The mirror art decoration was such a creative and beautiful touch, and the delicious slice of cake was the perfect way to celebrate. All the little details showed how much the team cares. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with excellent service, this is it!
Suitable selection if you want to avoid busy Puncak street but still with some decent green and resort hotel vibes in nearby Bogor area.
View to the Mountain is superb and hotel lfacilities still well maintained.
Amenities provided is very basic eventhough good enough.
Good options if you are family with children and eager to spend their many facilities and entertainment provided especially on weekend
Surely will come back again
The staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The bathtub is amazing ! It comes along with the bubble bath and bath ball that was provided by the hotel per day❤️ the view at the club lounge at night was breathtaking. Recommended hotel at bandung👍 not forgetting the wide array of breakfast every morning.

Bbastian16The hotel was in good location.
Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room).
After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy.
After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge.
The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom.
In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it.
It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service
HHartosoWe had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gesture—highly recommended!
NNaddyaaisyaThe location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.
OOmar Basri RozduanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day.
One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!
BBayusatriowIf you're craving an escape that's both refreshing and visually inspiring, Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar hits the sweet spot.
Tucked away in the cooler, greener side of Bandung—up in Dago Pakar—this hotel blends Sundanese heritage with modern aesthetics. From the lobby alone, I knew I was in for a treat. Wood carvings, vintage tiles, curated art pieces... it felt like walking into a living gallery.
But the real magic? The view. Imagine waking up to pine-covered hills and misty mornings from your balcony. It’s a retreat above the clouds.
🚗 Getting There
From Bandung Train Station: ~30 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing app
From the city center: ~20–25 minutes
The road winds uphill, so expect slightly cooler air the higher you go. You will feel the difference.
🎯 Nearby Attractions & How to Get There:
Tebing Keraton – 10 min drive
For a sunrise above the clouds. It’s a cliffside viewpoint with jaw-dropping scenery—bring a jacket and a camera. The road is narrow, better with small cars or scooters.
Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) – 7 min drive
Forest park with light hiking trails, Dutch & Japanese caves, and peaceful greenery. Great for families with kids or elders.
Dago Dream Park – 15 min drive
A family-friendly amusement park with Instagrammable spots and kid-friendly rides. You can rent an internal shuttle to explore.
Lawangwangi Creative Space – 5 min drive
Art gallery + café with a stunning sunset terrace. One of my go-to places for coffee and creative vibes.
Cafe D’Pakar – 5 min drive
Open-air dining with epic views of the valley. Come early for a spot by the edge. It gets chilly in the evening—pack a sweater.
🏨 Why I Loved the Hotel
Infinity pool facing the forest 🏞️
Spacious rooms with local design touches
Bathtub with mountain view (yes, really)
Rooftop bar + locally inspired cuisine
Peace and quiet — yet not far from the city
✨ Final Thoughts
Hotel Indigo Dago Pakar is more than just a place to stay—it's where nature, culture, and creativity collide. Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a creative workcation, or a family staycation, this place delivers on all fronts.

GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. JJaseSmith1970Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip to Bogor. Staff are all very friendly and polite; however, daily room cleaning was basic and breakfast service, particularly resetting tables and clearing away was poor. If you’re a westerner, you will have to ask for a knife every breakfast time! Breakfast food was good but spoilt by the fact the lids on the food warmers were kept open and so the food was not hot. Room service food was great quality and cheap. Bizarrely, you could order food 24/7 but not drink. Recommend the all you can eat dimsum on Saturday lunchtime - lots of food and drink for a very low price. Rooftop pool was a great facility, but sometimes overran with kids. Bit of a mixed review but would definitely stay here again as overall was great value for money.
RRichie BurnOverall, my stay was pleasant. The location was decent, with a few convenience stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist when needed.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, with visible marks and scratches on the walls. The bath towels were also of poor quality and didn’t dry you very well after a shower. Aside from that, the general facilities were acceptable, and I wouldn’t mind returning.
