We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean and well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the welcoming vibes created by the friendly staff. The location is very convenient, and the view from the 19th floor was truly spectacular – a highlight of our visit. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend it to others!

I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Pontianak and had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the strong Wi-Fi.

I have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please.
However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well.
I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles.
It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.
