My stay here was absolutely fantastic, truly deserving of a glowing review!
The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing, with superb public transport connections nearby. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local dining spots and tourist attractions. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring new and comprehensive facilities. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbance. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes.
Overall, it provides exceptional value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning to come to this area.

Facilities: Satisfactory. The elevators require a room card for access, which provided a good sense of security.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and highly comfortable.
Ambiance: The setup with shopping downstairs and accommodation upstairs was pretty standard but convenient. There was also a doorman, and it felt very comfortable and quiet.
Service: While there was a language barrier, I didn't encounter any issues that required specific assistance from the staff.
Just a note: there's a 200,000 deposit (likely local currency) which can only be paid by bank card or cash – a minor inconvenience.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this place again, as transportation, dining, and shopping options are all incredibly convenient.

I visited Jeju in May and chose this hotel. From Jeju Airport, you can easily grab a taxi. Just tell the driver 'Hotel Sirius' – they all know it. The ride to the hotel takes less than 10 minutes and cost around 30 RMB (when converted).
The location is extremely convenient. There's a convenience store right outside the hotel, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Shilla Duty Free is also just a short walk away.
The rooms were cleaned daily, which was great. On our first day, the bathroom drain was clogged, but the front desk promptly sent someone to fix it. Excellent service!
Also, if you're looking to explore by public transport, you can easily reach Hamdeok Beach and Seongsan Ilchulbong. The bus stop is less than a 15-minute walk from the hotel!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel features an infinity pool on the rooftop. From the window, you can see the sea just a few hundred meters away. Its location is extremely convenient: a CU convenience store and the 202 bus stop are right downstairs. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 30-minute bus journey to Aewol-eup on the west coast, making it perfect for exploring the western part of the island.

The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate.

View is decent and service is great. The staff will leave a bag with clean towels and water if you do not want room service. GS25 just downstairs, and CU a walk away. No laundry services on site but there’s a self-service laundromat just a 4 mins walk away. Laundry costs abt 10k and detergent is provided. But the hotel listing included a swimming pool which we were excited for, only for the pool to be empty.
Brilliant hotel, can’t fault it at all. Loads of shop and places to eat in the mall. We got free tickets to the theme park and water park, while both were not massive the kids had a great time. Worth noting that even though the tickets were free you will send up spending money 🤣🤣 for the theme pack you are only aloud on 3 rides unless you upgrade. The water park you have to pay for everything. You have to rent life jackets regardless of age if you go to the wave pool. Even my self, 43 male extremely competent swimmer had to rent one. All seats are paid for as well. Anyway though we love it’s there and the hotel roof pool was brilliant. We actually tried to book an extra night but they were fully booked. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice however even though we booked as a family of 4 the children do not get breakfast so that cost around £25 a day. Loverly food though
The price is good and the cleanliness is satisfactory.
The bathroom has a bidet, but it's not usable. It's located in an alley, so novice drivers should be careful because of the cars parked there.
I arrived at 3:00 PM to stay overnight, but the entrance to the alley was under construction, so the navigation system led me down a narrow alley, which was very difficult. Upon arrival, the parking lot was small, and I had to park in the tower parking lot myself. Therefore, novice drivers should be very careful.
I was satisfied with the environment and cleanliness, but the parking and breakfast might be disappointing.
Our group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained.
However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.

2205092****This hotel is super convenient, with a great location right across from the duty-free shop. Just one street over, there's a popular sandwich shop with delicious food, and two streets away, you'll find the保健路 (Baojianlu) food street and sports goods street, where the black pork BBQ is amazing. There's also an Asian pharmacy downstairs, making shopping easy. There are 2-3 Olive Young stores nearby, and a BHC fried chicken place about a 15-minute walk away. I'm very satisfied! The front desk staff all speak Chinese. You can take a free shuttle bus from the airport and store your luggage until the afternoon. There's a GS25 convenience store in the lobby, and another supermarket across the street with even more variety. Paying the deposit with 300,000 KRW in cash is more convenient than using a credit card, as it's returned upon check-out. I recommend booking a local day tour; a mini-bus will pick you up at the hotel. The itinerary to Udo Island was great. Room prices were a bit high in August, but usually, a round-trip flight and room would probably be a few hundred [currency]. Lastly, Jeju Island in August was incredibly hot, and the air conditioning in Korean cars idling was really not effective enough.

Great
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a modern, trendy aesthetic, making it very photogenic. Our ocean-facing room was a bit small and dated; there wasn't enough space to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. The hotel pool is free before 11 AM; after that, reservations are required, with two time slots available. It's best to avoid weekends as it gets very crowded with local visitors. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. Room service is managed via a self-service QR code system, which is quite convenient and hands-off. There's a convenience store to the left of the hotel, convenient for picking up breakfast. Jungmun Beach is within walking distance, though its sand quality isn't as fine as Woljeongri's, and there are hardly any shells. Both the Teddy Bear Museum and BHC Fried Chicken are conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Directions to the pool are a bit unclear. For nearly 2500, the value for money feels a bit low. The ”most beautiful Starbucks” (Starbucks The Wave) is also nearby.
KKesavan (K7)I stayed one night at Jeju Ollero, but it felt like three days of pure relaxation. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, cafés, and the scenic promenade.
The lounge window offers stunning views of the calm, deep-blue ocean, and the coffee shop next door was the perfect spot to soak in the ambience. Even more interesting for me as a royalist was to be greeted by Queen Elizabeth II memorabilia. 🥰
Mr. Yun and his family were exceptionally welcoming and even allowed me a late checkout at a small cost. I highly recommend this homestay and will definitely return on my next visit to Jeju.

NNov13The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a popular fried chicken spot where there's usually no wait! It also features a convenience store where you can pick out and cook your own instant noodles, offering a unique chance to experience the local instant noodle culture. Three hotels are interconnected, with an outlet mall downstairs offering a wide range of outdoor leisure and golf apparel brands – a definite plus for golf enthusiasts. Below ground, there's a casino, and outside, you'll find two theme parks: a water park and a Larva-themed amusement park. A heads-up for the water park: bring your own towels and water shoes, otherwise you'll have to buy them there. They don't accept Alipay or WeChat, so make sure to bring a credit card. Even life vests are only available for rent. It feels like money is being spent at every turn – quite the commercialized setup! However, seeing the kids happy made it all worthwhile!
QQFQFQFClean and spacious room. Nearby there's convenience stores and live music. One thing I have an issue with was that they didn't allow food deliveries which was a shame
GGuest UserOur second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.
KKarina_kkDisadvantages: It takes around 10-20 mins walk uphill to a bus station, which is a bit tiring on hot days. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby, but many of them are closed, so the choice is very limited.
Advantages: Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot. We stayed in the main building, and were lucky to be on the first floor with a direct entrance to the pool. There is one indoors pool and two outdoors as well as a hot tub. The breakfast choice is not very wide, but it perfectly matched our taste and we loved it. The staff is nice and helpful. We would like to return to this hotel next time.
AAnonymous UserGreat Stay in Seogwipo – Exceeded Expectations
The hotel has a very convenient location, with multiple bus lines passing by and a bus stop right in front. There’s a 7-Eleven in the lobby, which is handy, though I preferred the CU store about 100m away.
It’s easy to walk from the hotel to Jeongbang Waterfall, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, and Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market.
The staff were friendly and helpful, with luggage storage available.
The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. I was also impressed by the modern automatic toilet system.
Overall, this stay was beyond my expectations – highly recommended!
