3rd time staying in this hotel and always a good experience! booked the triple room this time. room has 3 single beds. bed is comfortable and room is clean. really like the toilet of this hotel lol, its clean, shower is decently sized, lots of countertop space. room had a nice view of the sea outside! theres a few washing machine and dryers for use too. service was great too I shipped a parcel and front desk helped to receive it.
BUT for this particular room type.. its abit of a squeeze to open 3 medium size suitcase. aft opening all 3 suitcases the space left to walk is quite narrow.
location is quite good and convenient for driving ~ many parking lots nearby. also walking distance black pork street, dongmun market and a shopping street. theres also a big CU right infront of the hotel. supermarket a short walking distance too!

I bought a last-minute ticket to Jeju Island and chose this hotel mainly because it's right above Lotte Duty Free, close to the airport, and has convenient bus access nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options in the area. The two ladies who helped me check in and check out both spoke excellent English. Even the gentleman downstairs at the lobby entrance, who handles the free shuttle and luggage storage, spoke decent English, so communication was a breeze. Room cleaning was thorough every day, and my pajamas were always neatly folded! The ocean view room overlooked the airport, so I could watch planes take off and land, although there was definitely some noise.

The room was great. On the first day, the mini-fridge wasn't working. I told the front desk, and by the time I came back, they had replaced it with a new, working one. The room was very warm; I didn't even need to turn on the heater. There's a McDonald's downstairs and an Olive Young (or something similar) cosmetics store not far away. The prices there were lower than those near the duty-free shop, I'm not sure why. You can use Gaode Maps to navigate to Udo Island, but don't trust its travel time estimates. It might say 1 hour, but it actually takes about 1.5 hours. I rode more bus stops than I ever have in my life – 82 stops! The sink in the bathroom drained slowly; I basically had to wash for a bit and then pause. The hotel's location is good for walking to Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro. I found a 5-pack of banana milk for around 4980 won at a large supermarket near the hotel, while it was 1800 won per bottle at 7-Eleven.
During the October National Holiday, which coincided with a Korean holiday, the hotel was fully booked. We were assigned a room on the outermost side, meaning everyone walked past our door. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent, and I barely slept a wink the whole night. We only managed to switch rooms on the second day. The hotel's breakfast buffet required waiting, as their capacity to handle guests was poor; we waited for about 30 minutes. The service was lacking, making for a less than ideal experience. If you're traveling with children for the theme park, I'd recommend choosing Shinhwa Resort because it includes free tickets to both parks. Also, the food throughout the entire resort area is quite mediocre. I'd advise against visiting Hanrawon; the service, taste, and value for money were all disappointing.

Even with the language barrier, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, communicating with us through a translation app the whole time. The hotel is located right by the sea, offering beautiful views, and it's conveniently close to the Udo Island ferry terminal and Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak.

Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for a small room, but there was plenty of space to open two large suitcases and still move around. It was also very clean, with daily housekeeping. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, which was a big plus. Most importantly, the location is absolutely fantastic – getting anywhere is incredibly convenient! 😘

We stayed in the ocean suite which was spacious. Very family friendly hotel with big living area, and great view. The hotel has a fun large kids playground at the basement and a laundry room. The counter staff spoke good English and provided good recommendations and information.
This hotel is one of the dreamiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is a bit far off but that is exactly why I love it so much. The area is peaceful and quiet, and it's just you and nature. Owners were helpful and kind. I would love to come back here again in the future.

Getting here from the city center involves taking bus 510 and then about a ten-minute walk. However, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring attractions near Seogwipo. They offer luggage storage, even utilizing a disused restaurant space specifically for this. The sea view rooms are well-located; I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for the best views, as my room was on the fifth. The room itself was just average; it felt quite cramped with two suitcases opened, and the plush carpet looked a bit tired. The bathroom had a shower, which I actually liked as it's quite uncommon in Jeju. There's an infinity pool on the 7th floor, though it does incur an extra charge. While the front desk staff's English was passable, most communication was still in Korean. Overall, it felt like a domestic budget hotel with a sea view, which is understandable given the price point.
The environment and the pictures are exactly the same, and the facilities aren't old. The indoor pool is a bit of a walk from our building. The free airport shuttle is spacious and comfortable, and it departs on time. The check-out policy isn't very user-friendly. We told the front desk in advance that we wanted a 2 PM check-out so our child could nap, but they started calling us at 1 PM, and by 1:30 PM, a staff member came to our door to urge us to leave. The nap was completely disturbed, and my child didn't get to sleep. The children's section of the buffet only offered chocolate ice cream and desserts. Our child, who is under two, could only eat some seaweed rice balls and red bean buns. If you go late, the red bean buns are sometimes gone for the day. For the adults' food, we could only eat some rice noodles, braised beef with carrots, and boiled eggs. Most of the other dishes had a strong pepper and garlic flavor, and our child complained they were spicy and wouldn't eat them. We really didn't see many vegetables. Occasionally there were some mushrooms, but they were either sweet or spicy. It's not very convenient for young children to eat there. There are also limited restaurant options nearby. The grilled pork was too thick and not tender enough to eat. The pool was fun, and the children's area was large and great to play in. The balcony door in our room kept the noise out at night. We stayed on the 7th floor. We didn't even go to the beach because it was too far to walk with a child. We took a taxi to a different bathhouse.

NNat 李凤临Not a real 5-star for sure. Staff very rude and arogant, facilities nothing special, BREAKFAST overpriced - they won’t let you in after 9:30, they’ll remind you twice to hurry up and they’ll kick you out at 10:00, gym and sauna too… good location if you want to hang down town and be close to the airport otherwise far from everything… No early check in- unless you want to pay 25€ to get into your room at 13:00!!!! I will definitely never come back again… too much waiting in line for everything, and little enjoyment…a waste of money! The only person that smiled and was polite was the cleaning least on Floor 15. Such a sweet soul. Mostly Chinese guests that they rip off for the big rooms and decent food… 🤯🙄😤🤬

Great
GGuest UserThe cleanliness was excellent, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and greeted me. The highlight was definitely the superb pool experience. We also enjoyed breakfast at the adjacent brunch place, where you can get a discount on drinks by showing your room key.
GGuest UserI stayed at Jeju Ollero for a week and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was spotless, beautifully minimal in design, and the view from my window was simply stunning.
The owner was warm, kind, and always respectful of privacy — yet readily available whenever I needed help. The surrounding area felt peaceful and local, away from commercial crowds, with many hidden gems and delicious food spots to explore.
A special thank you to the owners for helping me carry my heavy luggage up and down, and for the legendary smoothie — it’s truly a must-try!
Highly recommend Jeju Ollero for anyone seeking comfort, kindness, and a touch of Jeju’s authentic charm. 🌿💛

EElena18Great big room, air conditioning worked well. There is tea and coffee in the room. The mattress was a bit soft for me. Who came up with breakfasts until 9.00?!!!! People are on vacation. Breakfasts are good. There is a swimming pool with a view on the roof. There is a street with cafes and bars two minutes from the hotel. There is also a 7/11 there. Another 2 minutes and there will be a beach. There is a cool tiny bar with good music on the street with the hotel, very soulful

AAnonymous UserDo not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.
GGuest UserWe loved the HILLSIDE SUITES. Amazing property. We stayed in the Hill Suites and the ocean view room was stunning. Huge room, immaculate and very comfortable. The property is meticulously designed, although the main building is a little dated in its structure which is revamped from an old hotel it doesn't spare on grandiose. I think the main lobby needs a nice welcoming flower structure that would top it off full points for me.
BBepis Boi UltraSimply lovely. We arrive at the hotel via car, and the check-in was smooth. Even though our room is mountain view, its actually quite nice, as the hotel seem to be surrounded by nearby farms. The location of the hotel is pretty isolated but its not an issue. Just a short walk from here and you can see the beautiful coastline of South Jeju. Our rooms were also provided with Nestle Dolce Gusto Machine, which my mum was excited about as we tried its Lemonade and Ice Peach Tea. The breakfast buffet was really good and had beautiful views of the seaside, together along with the pool.
