I always stay at this hotel for my business trips, and it's a great one. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, perfect for Chinese palates. It has a pool, a gym, and even a shopping mall with a Starbucks downstairs, which is really convenient. Highly recommended!
As previously written, to get to the hotel you need to overcome a steep downhill (very steep!), and when you have two healthy suitcases and rain - the task is not simple. There is a loader in the hotel - you can ask him for help.
The hotel itself is located next to the most beautiful terraces (go to the reserve itself, but there the views will be humble).
You must take a bike - because the heights are over (we were on foot, which we later regretted), not to call a taxi in this area. And not all locals agree to take a money.
The hotel is a pleasure: A chic look, very responsive staff.
Minorities:
There is no shower cabin, the water is flowing on the floor to the toilet, because of which the constantly wet floor and legs (traces start to stretch across the whole room), raw.
There is no vai faya, but we are not critical.
No noise isolation - both the neighbors from the bottom and everything that is happening around.
Breakfast is normal, but it didn't like that one portion for two. If the salad for two is enough, here is no omlet at all. It's a minus.
In general on 1-2 nights are good.
The hotel is beautiful and wonderfully situated in the forest.
Beware! The rooms are very noisy.
What bothered us more was:
The restaurant wasn't cozy, and the staff was inattentive. The food was just okay.
Since there are no other dining options nearby, we were practically forced to eat at the hotel restaurant.
Additionally, we wanted to organize a guided tour in advance, and unlike other hotels, this one didn't get back to us at all.
The newly opened hotel's decor and facilities are acceptable; however, the service really needs improvement. The most frustrating thing was the indifferent attitude of the front desk staff. Because I woke up late, I called the hotel hoping to delay my check-out, but was immediately refused; the reason given was that all rooms were booked, even though the booking platform showed more rooms available than the previous day. How can such inhumane management retain customers?! Because I needed to stay an extra day for work, I decisively booked another hotel!
FLC Group's resort hotels have good facilities
As far as you can see, you can see the group's private beach, which has beautiful scenery and a large pool for use.
But on the day of check-in, there was no hot water in the bathroom at first. I asked the counter and someone came to deal with it. They explained that there were very few tourists in this season. Because the pipeline was very long, the water needed to be continuously drained to get hot water. The water was drained continuously for more than 30 minutes. The hot water is really coming. Still a little outrageous.
The exterior was very nice, but the room was average.
There was no place to wash clothes, which was a problem when staying multiple nights.
There was no conditioner as an amenity, so it would have been helpful if there was.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, but there were no spoons, so when I asked for some I was told they couldn't be brought because they had been washed, which was disappointing.
I felt that a first-class hotel in Vietnam should provide a little more training in terms of service, etc.

Late review
I went to the FLC resort on the beach called Samseon, recommended by my wife.
As someone who was new to the ocean view in a private pool, it was the best.
But it wasn't a good thing that there wasn't anything to enjoy nearby.
It's great for relaxing without going outside and playing in the private swimming pool and the ocean in front.

GGuest UserIt's nice resort but due to lack of customers, restaurant services not very good. Not many foreign tourist in this town. Don't expect many convenience you can find in bigger city. Unless you like more expensive seafood, not many choices nearby. Do get up early to see the fisherman coming back from sea.
GGuest UserI've been very welcome at the Pu Luong Jungle Lodge. The staff is very friendly and kind. They make sure we spend a good stay. They also provide all the information to know what to do in the corner what is really good. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by rizières. The swimming pool is very beautiful. I could check in in advance as well as make the room a little later to have it until the hour of my departure. This was very kind from the staff.
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is a little strange. Car goes through a gate to many different buildings. The hotel is located at one road end. Need to walk outside gate to get Grab. Ten minutes walk from beach. AC not cool enough. Will not stay in this hotel again.
BBao Dang QuocGoing in the low season, so there is almost only my family to stay. Empty, only a few restaurants open. Suitable for those who want a quieter space than a vibrant space.
제제주빌더The second visit to Tyne Hoa was chosen as a lane because there was no room, but it was more than expected
Friendly staff Everything was satisfactory
It is a hotel I want to visit again
