Overall it's good. The surrounding area is relatively safe, there are many restaurants, and the flow of people is not urgent. The only drawback is that the elevator does not require a key to go up, but everything else is generally OK.
I forgot to take pictures, so I only have two shots of the pool and the rooftop bar. The hotel is relatively new and feels very clean overall. Casablanca was just a transit point for us, and we stayed here three times in total. The hotel isn't super luxurious, but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower pressure is excellent and very comfortable. I'm very satisfied with my choice.
I was particularly impressed with the young men who handled valet parking and luggage at the entrance; they always had a smile and were enthusiastic and proactive. Thanks to Ayoub and the person in the photo! 😃
I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that
Beautiful hotel and location. First night wasn't great because I was in the older section of the hotel but the second night after moving rooms was absolutely a paradise
Great hotel, the staff are fluent in English, polite and warm, with kitchen, kitchen utensils, large living room, large room, right on the beach, downstairs is the shopping mall, there are Carrefour, McDonald's and many shops, very good holiday choice!
When booking, it was noted that three people were staying, but the room did not prepare the third person's mattress in advance.
The valet parking and luggage service were great.
The breakfast was also very rich and of good quality.
The environment around the hotel is a bit messy, and there is nothing to see. It is purely a stay experience.
Bad condition. Raw from the ocean gives you knowledge. The door is broken, dirty, yellow towels. Although the hall looks not so scary. The chairs on breakfast are as if in a pleasure. Of good - pleasant and smiling staff, no questions about them
The baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty. It felt very safe. The breakfast was good. The view room on the 17th floor gave you a view of the Hassan II Mosque and the seaside. The night view of Casablanca is beautiful
The room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.
The Northeast boss and the proprietress cook very well 👍, free pick-up and drop-off, Chinese food, delicious 😋, finally have a full meal, three meals are included 👍👍👍 very close to the airport

GGuest UserGreat location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast
MManfred JamesCheck-in was a nightmare. First they couldn't find my booking so sent me to the sister hotel saying I must be booked there. I wasn't but at least that chap was helpful, found the booking and accompanied me back to the first hotel where he explained to the first recptionist how to do his job. A rather disgruntled fellow finally issued my key but need to charge me local tax. Didn't want to take local money - had no change, and tried to make me use a card for a couple of £ , hence incurring charges, exchange rate discrepancies etc. In the end I lost my cool and just started to walk away - they suddenly found change!
But the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, much better than the Odomo I used last time. Shuttle bus every half hour compared to the every hour at the other place. I will use it again.

GGuest UserDear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special.
I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.
Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.
Sincerely,

YYUIf you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.
