There is no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I asked the front desk for two sets. When I checked out, I actually charged the cost of 6.6 Euro toothbrush and toothpaste. I was speechless.

Prima hotel, goede locatie.. uitstekende service met vriendelijk personeel. Als u van honden houd danwel bezit is dit een unieke gelegenheid om met honden te verblijven.. nimmer in een zo hondvriendelijk hotel verbleven.

It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes).
The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room.
The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.

Hotel was very nice, beautiful rooms. Very friendly staff. However, the spa did not live up to our expectations. It was smaller than it looked on the pictures. Also, the gym was very small, it had few gym equipment. Overall it was a nice stay with beautiful views on the beach and the city.

Nice staff, Thomas showed us the facilities, Gijs and Gwen also did their best for the good atmosphere only 1 at the farewell, no attention at all, it shouldn't be like this

GGuest UserA very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

The local of the hotel is unbeatable, train and tram stop right on the door step and it’s within walking distance to many attractions. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful! We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

GGuest UserWe stayed with our family. It's a very decent hotel. The location might seem a bit awkward without a car, but it's a pristine place nestled in nature. The staff is attentive, the room is clean, the bathroom is spacious, there's an ironing board and iron, and the closet is quite adequate. We loved it and recommend it to you.
