The location at the Richmond foothills makes a perfect base for enjoying the local mountain biking. You are about 1 km walking distance to the Richmond Mall and Queen Street shops. Only 300 meters to the local dairy/pub and fish/chips shop. Tahuna beach is a 12 minute drive and Rabbit Island 15 minutes. Enjoy a beautiful scenic drive to famous Kaiterteri beach at the beginning of the Abel Tasman National Park where all sorts of activities await from Kayaking, Scenic boat trips and the Kaiterteri Mountain Bike Park.
