It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place
If you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.
A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing
Polecamy!
Food is very good, you can rest
Dinner also has a lot of choice.
Water in the jacuzzi could be warmer, but it's said there's a renovation in November that maybe they'll do something about it.
We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏
We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The hotel beautiful. Loved the acqua de palma toiletries. A couple of critiques would be. A coffee machine in the room would be an added bonus and the spa areas a little warmer. The bar area is lovely as is the rest of the hotel. We’d certainly stay here again 😊
Kolejny pobyt w tym wspaniałym hotelu.Wg mnie najlepszym w Zakopanym.Pokoj.Otoczenie.Wygodne łóżko.Cisza i spokój.Bylem wielokrotnie i obserwuję jednak powolny spadek jakości usług.
The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland.
Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague.
Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel.
Overall, would go back just for the hotel
Beautiful quiet hotel, nicely decorated. Warm atmosphere.
The room with mountain view is just superb.
Location close to the main street, without having the disadvantages.
we will surely return
The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday.
The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
MMarius ZI would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.

MM7057****The transportation is quite convenient. You can take the SKA1 directly from KRK Airport to Krakow Zablocie. You can also walk there by following the navigation. The environment is good, the breakfast and fruit are also good. The gym on the 6th floor is open from 7 am to 10 pm. You can also take the SKA1 to the Salt Mine. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square. Wawel Castle takes a little longer to walk.
RRick GolsteijnAbsolutely a good hotel and good location.
the only thing that bothered me was that the light from the TouchPad to control the room is always on.
JJiutianxuannvThis time I chose a hotel of the same brand, and it gave me a different feeling. It was very comfortable to stay in. The decoration of the room is very distinctive, and all the embellishments are very detailed.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Mercure Krakow and I have to give it a full score! Whether it is the location, service or facilities, it is far beyond expectations and fully worthy of the quality of the Mercure brand.
**🛎️ Thoughtful and thoughtful service**
The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic, fluent in English and patiently answer all questions (special thanks to Anna for travel advice!). A welcome drink coupon was given upon check-in, the room was prepared in advance and luggage storage was provided proactively. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and even the skin care products were neatly arranged for me, full marks for details.
**🏨 Comfortable and modern facilities**
The room design is simple and stylish, and the soundproofing effect is excellent, and the hustle and bustle of the street can't be heard at all. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with sufficient water pressure, and the exclusive Mercure toiletries have a high-end fragrance. The hotel also has a gym and a quiet office area, suitable for both business and leisure.
**🍴 Amazing breakfast! **
The buffet breakfast is so rich that it is dazzling: freshly baked waffles, Polish sausages, fresh fruits and organic yogurt are my favorites. The freshly ground latte from the barista is the perfect start to the day. If you don't want to go out, dinner in the hotel restaurant is also worth a try. I recommend trying the upgraded version of traditional Polish dishes!
**💡 Extra points**
- Paid private parking is available, which is friendly to self-driving tourists
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi, with smooth Internet speed
- The concierge can book tickets for popular attractions (such as the Wieliczka Salt Mine)
- Environmental protection measures are in place to reduce the use of disposable items
Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, this place can meet your needs. I even received a small souvenir when I checked out. How can I not love such a thoughtful hotel? I have recommended it to all my friends who plan to come to Krakow, and I will definitely choose Mercure next time!
