Ubicación: Excelente, ubicado en la avenida principal y muy cerca de la terminal fluviomarítima.
Servicio: Los chicos de la recepción super amables y atentos.
Instalaciones: Las camas son cómodas, pero los muebles son antiguos y algunos rotos.
La pileta externa ,al no ser verano no está disponible, pero es una lastima que el sector no se encuentre habilitado para ir a tomar mate o sol.
Cada piso dispone de una pava eléctrica y una mini heladera. En el primer piso hay un sector en donde hay sillas, mesas y microondas.

La ubicación es excelente, frente a la costa, a menos de 2 km del centro de la ciudad y con supermercados en las proximidades.
El personal es amable y con muy buena disposición ante cualquier inquietud por parte de los huéspedes.
La habitación cuenta con mini bar y jarra eléctrica, lo cual resulta sumamente útil.
Las instalaciones son agradables y se encuentran en excelentes condiciones de higiene, particularmente el área de piscina climatizada que es sumamente disfrutable (la misma se encuentra a disposición de los huéspedes de 8:00 a 22:00 hs)
Cómo sugerencia, sería interesante que ofrecieran la opción de té completo en el horario de la tarde.
Si bien el hotel cuenta con restaurante, también existen algunas opciones en las proximidades que pueden salvarte de un apuro.
¡Definitivamente, un lugar para regresar!

I have visited this hotel on several occasions and have always appreciated its excellent location, just a few steps from the centre.
However, on this occasion, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. The room I was assigned had the air conditioning located very close to the bed, which caused cold air to blow directly, even when setting it to 25 degrees. Turning it off was not an option, as the heat became unbearable.
In addition, I had a problem with the service at reception. An employee informed me that I could come before 2:00 p.m. to check if my room was available. However, upon arrival, the receptionist responded in an unfriendly manner, assuring me that the room was not ready, without even asking me which one was assigned.
Breakfast remains an awkward aspect. It is not possible to help yourself freely, as it is always necessary to request what you want and the staff serves it. In addition, the variety is quite limited: there is little offer of cold cuts, cheeses, teas and fruits. In fact, on this occasion, the only fruit option available was fruit salad.

Hotel is very nice, next to the beach and in a very quiet area. Excellent service, staff is trained really good. Room was amazing, with kitchen and large balcony. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. Only thing is breakfast was repetitive, its exactly same every day, for short stay its okay, but would get boring if we stay more than 5 days...

The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room Was missing coffee and a bath mat for the shower. Overall it was a great stay. The pool outside was beautiful and clean, unfortunately the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water was swamp green and hadn't been cleaned properly .

The room was very comfortable, clean and organized, the bathroom was also spacious, the reception girls were very nice and careful to the guests, the breakfast was simple but tasteful. There is tasty water, tea and filtered water all day available for everyone. The location is very good, inside the historic center and where everything happens.

La habitación asignada era muy bonita, pero con falencias importantes: el aire acondicionado instalado a un metro por sobre la cabeza emitía un ruido que hacía imposible descansar. No había mesita de luz ni velador. Al comentar esto en recepción, destaco la gran disposición de Micaela para que mi estadía fuera agradable y me cambió la habitación. Quiero destacar y agradecer toda su gestión y la de todo el personal.
