Having stayed twice, the hotel's shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The room's location is surrounded by numerous massage and hair wash places, all at reasonable prices. There's also a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The room itself is spacious, with a large bathtub, and we opted for a balcony with a sea view, offering an endless vista of the sky and beach. Breakfast is also very appealing, with a huge selection.

The front desk staff spoke English and were very nice. The hotel offered good value for money. I originally stayed for one day, but then extended my stay for two more. It's a short walk to the beach, and you can get a sea view from the 6th floor and above. Overall, a very satisfying hotel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc travelling as a large family group with young children. The villa setup was excellent for families, spacious, comfortable and great for spending time together while still having privacy. The service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful family-friendly touches during our stay. The resort itself is beautiful and very relaxing with plenty of pools, beach access and facilities to enjoy. One unexpected highlight for our kids was the daily complimentary Chocolate Hour at the lobby lounge from 3–4pm which quickly became part of our daily routine. We also loved the Elements Spa, the cocktails at Waverly Lounge and the overall relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. The location is a little more peaceful and removed from the busy central areas of Phu Quoc which we personally enjoyed, although you will likely use taxis/Grab if wanting to explore further around the island. Overall, a fantastic resort for families, groups or anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday with excellent hospitality and good facilities. We would happily return.

Not the first time that I’ve stayed there but this time there was quite a bit of garbage in the water and on the beach. While the garbage was not the hotels waste, it was sad to be in the ocean with all of the plastic bags etc around. Many of the guests there put forth a strong effort to clean it up, and there was effort from the hotel staff as well to get what was washed up, but sadly we felt like more could have been done (ie sweeping the beach). We also would like to note that the service around the beach/pool could have been better because they were sold out of many options for our entire stay. All of this would not deter me from staying again. The rooms are amazing, the bathrooms absolutely incredible, breakfast is great, the grounds are gorgeous. But it was sad to see the lack of care regarding the ocean that could have been easily cleaned.

Great value for money, the room was clean, and the view was absolutely fantastic – we could even watch the fireworks from our room! The rooftop pool was also lovely, offering panoramic views of the town and stunning sunsets. For the price, we were extremely satisfied with such a high-quality place.

Coming from JW Marriott, I needed a little time to adjust. The rooms are pretty standard; if the price difference isn't huge, definitely book a sea view, otherwise, it really doesn't feel like a vacation. The hotel area itself isn't very large. There aren't many Chinese guests; instead, you see a lot of foreigners, possibly long-term residents, already lounging on the beach chairs by the pool in the mornings – very relaxing. However, for those of us who like to explore and take photos, it's not ideal. A few hundred meters south along the beach is another popular hotel, Dusit, which has live band performances in the evenings and a much better atmosphere. Oh, and the breakfast here is quite good. While there isn't as much variety as at JW Marriott, the quality makes up for it. The service was very warm and welcoming. They proactively helped us with our luggage. They even offered us drinks while we waited for our Grab.

The Vibe & Rooms The first thing you’ll notice about Bliss Phu Quoc is how spacious and high-quality the rooms are. If you appreciate a room that doesn't feel cramped, this is a major win. The hotel truly comes alive at night—the lighting creates a fantastic atmosphere that makes the whole property feel premium and inviting. Location & Amenities The location is a standout feature. You are just steps away from the beach and several major attractions, making it easy to hop between the sand and the city. Just blocks away, there is a massive, relaxing swimming pool that is perfect for a lazy afternoon. For foodies, there’s a local market and numerous restaurants nearby serving incredible local cuisine and fresh seafood that you shouldn't miss. (The Wi-Fi Catch) While the hotel is excellent in almost every other category, the Wi-Fi is a significant drawback. During my stay, the connection was very unstable. The staff mentioned an issue with the optic fiber cable, which might be a temporary or regional issue, but it was enough of a struggle that I chose not to extend my stay. The Pool & Family Vibes: It is frequently cited as a family-friendly spot, with the pool being a highlight for those traveling with children. The Internet: While the hotel advertises high-speed Wi-Fi, regional issues with Vietnam's undersea fiber optic cables (like the APG and AAE-1 lines) often cause intermittent slowdowns across the island, which explains the ”optic fiber” explanation given by the staff. Attractions Nearby Suoi Tranh Waterfall: Located about 9–10 km away, this is a beautiful spot for a light hike and a dip in natural rock pools. Duong Dong Market: The island’s largest outdoor market. It’s perfect for experiencing local life, buying souvenirs, and trying street food. Truc Lam Ho Quoc Zen Monastery: A stunning, peaceful pagoda overlooking the ocean, offering some of the best views on the island. Sao Beach (Bai Sao): Famous for its powdery white sand and turquoise waters—it's often called the most beautiful beach in Phu Quoc. Phu Quoc Night Market: A vibrant evening destination where you can find endless stalls of grilled seafood, rolls, and local crafts.

This hotel is perfect for family trips with multiple people. The location is absolutely incredible, facing the clock tower with fireworks views. There's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. An automatic elevator right outside makes it super convenient to explore all of Sunset Town. Remember to visit Time Corner beforehand to try their breadfest buffet – it's an amazing deal at 159,000 VND. Having explored the northern, central, and southern areas, Sunset Town in the south is definitely my favorite; it feels just like being in Venice.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and tranquil environment. The room amenities are well-equipped and fully functional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the food is fresh. The staff provides excellent service, with a friendly attitude and a willingness to help. The only minor drawback was that the door lock broke one evening, and it took the staff two hours of effort to finally get it open. Although our plans were disrupted, the hotel made every effort to offer various forms of compensation, and a customer service manager proactively contacted us to provide assistance. Overall, I would still highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Just got back from Phu Quoc and honestly, staying at M Hotel made the trip even better 💙 The location is also super convenient! Close to restaurants, night market and LUA Spa etc., making it easy to explore the island without spending too much time on transportation. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was definitely one of my favorite spots in the hotel. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. If you’re looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view, great location, and a relaxing vibe in Phu Quoc, M Hotel is definitely worth considering ✈️🌴

GGuest UserFrom the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality. This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

VvivinhkIt's a bit old, but still very well-maintained. It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport and they offer a shuttle service there and back. The breakfast is great, with pho and DIY banh mi. The front desk staff are all very friendly and patient. I'd definitely come back next time!

MMIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

WWanjiejie0420Pros: If you're looking for a quiet place to simply 'lie flat' and relax, without needing to go out or have amenities nearby, this hotel offers decent value for money. The northern part of Phu Quoc Island is indeed tranquil and perfect for unwinding. Cons and Warnings: 1. **Extremely Remote Location** The hotel is in the northern part of Phu Quoc Island, with virtually no dining options or other facilities nearby. Getting around is very inconvenient. Finding local food is almost impossible, and taxi fares to any destination are expensive due to the long distances. 2. **Airport Transfer Service** The 'airport transfer' provided by the hotel is actually a free shuttle bus with fixed schedules. If you miss a bus, you'll have to take a taxi to the hotel yourself, which costs about 100 RMB (approximately $14 USD). It's advisable to confirm your flight schedule aligns with the shuttle times in advance. 3. **Room Choice Matters Significantly** My ground floor room (1106) had a mediocre view; there was hardly anything to see. I recommend requesting a higher-floor sea view room for a much better outlook. 4. **Facility Issues Not Properly Addressed** The sink in my room leaked for two days. I reported it to the hotel, but no compensation or practical solution was offered, which was a very poor experience. Summary and Recommendations: * **Suitable for**: Guests who don't prioritize location, simply want a quiet rest, and have no plans to go out – the 'pure lie-flat' type of traveler. * **Not suitable for**: Travelers who value convenient transportation, nearby amenities, and responsive service. * **If you choose to stay**: Make sure to confirm the airport shuttle schedule and try to book a higher-floor sea view room.

包姆The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. Our kids developed rashes after frequent contact with the couches, which looked quite dated. The amenities were also so so, no body lotion / insect repellent as most hotels would have provided. The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale. I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice. But the hardware and maintenance were really three star max.

GGuest UserWe went as a 3 generational family and it was a perfect vacation for us! The villa was nicely maintained and decorated, and the food at the restaurant offered a good selection. We loved the pho bar and bahn mi in the morning, and being able to order a full barista menu at breakfast. Some points of improvement: - training for staff. Many of them didn’t speak English or wasn’t eager to help. Jenny at the restaurant was great, and housekeeping was on time and helpful. - the beach was incredibly dirty. Filled with cigarette butts and general plastic littering. It was something that was overlooked and I didn’t feel comfortable going back with my children after the first day. - some healthier choices for the kids table at breakfast would be appreciated. It was all sugar: donuts, marshmallows, chocolate eggs and muffins with chocolate sauce and jam. - the kids club was pretty sad and even though we had two children with us (6 and 4 years old), we didn’t even visit it once. It just seemed like a completely overlooked part of the hotel, and didn’t even feel clean. The new playground was lovely (when the sun went down) and it’s obvious that they are trying to continuously improve the resort (with the building of the new kid-friendly pool, and the landscaping). However, we don’t think we will return unless there are more activities geared for children. We ended up staying mostly in our own pool and brought our own games to play in the villa.

EErickTo summarize ”Chez Carole” failed to impress me. I stayed 6 days early November. As mentioned by other reviewers there is a lot of potential but... The beach and the tranquility are definitely a plus. The beach is nothing extraordinary but it is ideal if you just want to relax and enjoy ”farniente”. However there long chairs are far from comfortable. Plain hard and heavy wood (or good imitation) with nothing on top to soften the contact ;-) There are a couple of ”kayaks” and 2 ”surf” boards to use for free. What I missed most in the hotel was facing caring and welcoming employees. There was no hello, no good morning (except at the restaurant for breakfast and even there not always) or good day. Mostly no eye contact. With very very few exceptions the staff was distant, not welcoming and, well, not helping really. John the manager does his job professionally but I missed a deeper contact. Chinh in charge of the egg station (very good omelets) and pho was great and fun and helpful. So was Thienh (?) in the kitchen cooking wonderful plates with fish for me every night. A bright smile. A desire to please guests. Genuinely. I loved that ... and of course the food he prepared. Tâm in the restaurant was also very professional and helpful. These guys helped me feel better at the resort. Hospitality throughout Vietnam is absolutely great so my experience ”chez Carole” surprised me quite a bit. Overall the resort feels old and just maintained to survive. Dull in my opinion but, agreed, this is very personal. Also it is obviously in a remote place. It is some 2 or 3 Km walk/drive to the closest village therefore renting a motorbike or using Grab (or just asking the hotel for taxi) can be something to consider. Btw the closest Vinbus (free electric buses throughout the island, running every 15 minutes or so) stop is roughly 4 Km from the resort. I booked one of the cheapest rooms. Spacious with a desk, a good sized fridge, a locker and an efficient air conditioning system. Weird enough the fridge would only work with the key in the key holder. So taking the key with you would shut down power (electricity) for all devices, including the fridge. Not ideal to keep anything cool in the fridge when leaving for the day... The breakfast was nothing exceptional I found, especially for guests suffering from food ”incompatibilities” (in my case ”sugary” items because of diabetes due to surgery). For ”normal” people the spread was quite good with a large sweet section (breads, cakes, fruits). Unless you really want it quiet, secluded, next to a beach and with an affinity for more ”traditional” housing architecture resp. feeling with an interesting pricing, you may want to also consider other options.
