The location is excellent, right in the center of town and only about a 10 minute walk to the bridge. The room was just enough for a couple with two check-in-sized suitcases. The breakfast and coffee were good enough if you’re in a rush. However, there were a few issues during our stay. There was no hot water after about 5 minutes of showering each day. We stayed in a corner room facing the main road. From Friday to Sunday, between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM, the restaurant across the street blasted loud music and non-stop chatter. Even with earplugs, the noise was still very noticeable…quite frustrating after a long day of travel. We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said this was the best they had available.

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which reflected the local culture and history, without sacrificing comfort or luxury. The hotel's staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was a memorable one. Whether it was arranging for transportation to the falls or suggesting local activities and attractions, they were always available and eager to help. The food at the Azambezi Hotel was truly exceptional. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious local and international cuisine, and the presentation was always impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Finally, the hotel's location was simply unbeatable. With its proximity to the Victoria Falls, I was able to explore the area easily and take in all the breathtaking natural beauty of this world wonder. The hotel also offers a range of activities, from river cruises to guided tours of the falls, ensuring that there was always something to do and see. In summary, the Azambezi Hotel is an outstanding destination that I would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls. With its beautiful setting, exceptional service, and top-notch amenities, it truly exceeded my every expectation. Also if you are lucky you will see some animals roaming around the garden as I spotted this elephant at night in the car park!

Wonderful stay. Staff were super warm and welcoming! We had an incredible stay! The rooms, while small are clean and comfortable. The pool area is stunning. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful time!

The hotel is generally in line with its price, but in the photo it looks better than it is in reality. The room is generally clean but the water works with interruptions. There was a bad water pressure in the evening. You can stop for one or two days but it will not fit for a long stay. With children too would not recommend. Breakfast is, but it is uniform. The location is not very successful, it is quite far from the city center (going on foot, but honestly not the best idea).

Both sides of the road are their homes. Zimbabwe prices are much more expensive than Zambia and Botswana, but there is WiFi in the room, and there is breakfast. You can reserve it late and the service is good! There is no free vehicle, this town, no matter where you go, it is 10 dollars a car, several times more expensive than Shanghai!

Had a great stay here - very comfortable resort with super friendly staff. I was amazed one day to see elephants across the road feeding on a tree. It was a wonderful surprise Breakfasts are good here too! Highly recommended accommodation.

Stayed three consecutive nights, very clean and very good service. Around 800 meters there are PickPay and OK local supermarket chains. The hotel's evening package is $ 32. It is convenient to book Rafting, Devil ’s pool, Lion walk

Had an excellent stay. Nice facilities and a cool lookout tower. Food here was great and we had dinner each night we were there. Walking distance to the town - about 25 mins so that’s an option too.

Great room product and service was friendly. Location is not that great though - bit far off. And the pool is unattractive comparing to the pictures.
