The hotel is a bit far from Pudong Airport. The shuttle to the airport runs hourly by bus, and it takes about ten minutes to get there. The hotel's hygiene and facilities are pretty good. I was given a room on the first floor, very close to the lobby, so I could just open the door in the morning and head straight to the airport shuttle bus.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is its biggest advantage. The ride takes about 20 minutes, and buses run hourly. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance. I was transferring at Pudong Airport T1. The shuttle pick-up point is across the zebra crossing from the exit, down to parking lot B1, then up the elevator to the 1st floor's ride-hailing waiting area. Walk a bit further past spot number 1315, and wait at the parking lot exit. The shuttle is shared by several hotels, not exclusive to this one. This morning's drop-off took about 30 minutes, so if you have a flight, it's best to leave early. I had originally booked a single room without a window, but the front desk upgraded my room, which was great service. They provided a toothbrush and toothpaste set, and disposable towels. The shower pressure was strong, and there were two complimentary bottles of mineral water in the room. The only downside was that the duvet cover had many holes and was very old. I suggest the owner replace the damaged duvet covers immediately. Overall, as an airport transit hotel, it's very economical and practical. I'll definitely come again.

When you enter the hotel, you do feel it’s a five star venue. Super clean, fashionable, smells nice everywhere, lounge music is playing, not crowded. The room was amazing, with a great view, sparkling clean. Coffee machine, tea and coffee selection (no creamer for coffee though, I hope they can fix it). The swimming pool is beautiful, but very shallow, I not 1.2 meters deep. What disappointed me is that the sauna and steam room weee turned off for some reason. It’s possible to turn on the sauna and wait for about 20 minutes while it heats up, but the steam room is impossible to use. Room service speaks almost zero English, although they tried their best and still served well. I ordered sone pizza, which had nice topping, but a processed dough, like in a frozen pizza from a supermarket. Food is the weakest point of this Radisson. Breakfast is average, like an average 4 star hotel. No cheese at all. Poor cold cuts selection. You won’t stay hungry, but don’t expect much. In general, it’s still a very nice place and I think I would come back if I go to that area.

The hotel provides free parking, so self-driving guests don't need to worry about parking. It's also just 4 kilometers from Florentia Village, making shopping and entertainment conveniently accessible. The dining options are abundant and high-quality, fully satisfying diverse culinary preferences. The buffet breakfast at Excellence Western Restaurant includes continental, American, and local specialties, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety to kickstart a vibrant day. Lunch and dinner feature authentic and flavorful Cantonese and local dishes with hearty ingredients. The Cantonese dim sum at Zhen Cui Xuan Chinese Restaurant is exquisite and delicious, and the private rooms are spacious, perfect for family gatherings or business banquets. Ruixin Bar offers unique drinks and desserts, and the outdoor terrace allows guests to enjoy drinks while admiring the scenery, creating a delightful experience. The facilities balance comfort and entertainment, providing an excellent overall experience. The hostel has a spacious common area on the first floor with sofas, tables, and chairs. The second floor has two facing rooms, each with its own lock. The environment is nice, the rooms are clean, and the owner is very friendly. There are also convenient restaurants and drinks nearby, making it very cost-effective. A good option for solo travelers.
