"Gigantic hotel room for the price and Hong Kong), very impressive view. Also the small size of the hotel might be favorable for some travelers, totally up to personal opinion though. I personally prefer this type of accommodation. Also the amazing local community where people prefer bike rides, quite different vibe from people of HK Island and Kowloon. The hotel also provided 1hr-free bike rent upon my check-in. Also very amazing and friendly staff at the restaurant. In general definitely a trip worth it!"

"This has been my go-to hotel in Hong Kong for years. It's located inside The Mira Place shopping mall on Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, less than a 10-minute walk to Harbour City, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden, but as soon as you approach, someone will open the door for you. Even at 3 PM, you might not get a clean room right away, which shows how popular it is. The only thing missing is a bit of warmth in the service. The rooms come with complimentary bottled water, though they're a bit stingy with tissues. Aside from the pillows being just okay, everything else is quite comfortable. If you're an early riser, you can head down to B3 for the gym and pool. The facilities are very well-maintained."

"I had a great stay at Harbour Grand Kowloon. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and it really stood out how well everything was maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location was another major highlight—it's right next to the harbour, so the night and morning walks were genuinely special. It was a relaxing way to start and end the day, with great views and an enjoyable atmosphere. I also appreciated the room size, which felt spacious and added to the overall comfort of the stay. "The stay was quite good. The room was a comfortable size, not too big and not too small, with a reasonable layout. The only downside was the very small bathroom and this room type didn't have a bathtub. Coincidentally, the Chelsea football team was also staying at the Kerry, so there were always some enthusiastic fans downstairs, but the hotel managed security well. Breakfast was quite varied."

Hotel near Sha Tin,Hong Kong
The Regal Riverside Hotel is located in Shatin, within walking distance of New Town Shopping Plaza and close to the Sha Tin MTR station. This hotel offers a range of guestrooms with amenities including LCD TVs, mini bars and hairdryers. Some rooms offer views of the river. This Hong Kong hotel offers a range of function spaces which are suitable for celebrations, meetings, weddings and other events.Eight restaurants and two bars are also located on the premises and serve Cantonese, Italian, Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisines.Recreational options include a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool.

"I forgot to take pictures of the room... It's a bit of a walk from Sha Tin Wai MTR station, about ten minutes, but the hotel itself is surrounded by many restaurants, making it easy to find food. The hotel seems quite old, and some facilities show their age. The air conditioning is very noisy. Although I booked a double bed, it was actually just two soft single mattresses pushed together. The pillows were also very flat and soft, making it difficult to sleep. Adjusting the water temperature in the shower was a bit tricky. Even without putting up the 'please clean' sign, towels were exchanged daily. For environmental reasons, the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or power adapters for free. There was also no complimentary bottled water in the room upon check-in (though there is a tap with drinking water, so you can fill your own bottle). I recommend bringing your own."

"Beyond, beyond, beyond my expectations! Don't hesitate, just book it! I experienced the most premium and thoughtful service here. Check-in didn't even require a deposit. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, spoke softly, and were elegant and efficient in their actions. When we entered our room, an extra bed had already been added, making it comfortable for our family of three to sleep. This hotel truly provided the energy boost we needed for our Hong Kong trip! The location is superb; you can take the elevator directly from the left side of the hotel lobby straight to Victoria Harbour. In the evening, we saw the dreamy, romantic Victoria Harbour that I'd always longed for! For any travel questions we had, the concierge answered them one by one. They even pulled out a map of Hong Kong, meticulously circled points of interest with a pen, and wrote down transportation details and routes! Superb Hong Kong, and a superb hotel."

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong

9,2/10
Very Good

HKKinheiwong
Our stay at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was an incredibly delightful and relaxing getaway. The most striking feature of the room was undoubtedly the floor-to-ceiling window. The panoramic views of the magnificent seascape and lush green islands were simply breathtaking. Whether it was watching the shimmering ocean in the morning or simply relaxing on the window-side sofa in the afternoon, it was incredibly peaceful. Seeing my family leisurely admiring the sea view by the window, or my child comfortably sprawled on the spacious, soft bed watching cartoons, these moments of tranquility and relaxation are truly the most precious parts of a vacation. The interior design of the guest room also deeply impressed me. The overall color scheme of warm light wood tones paired with soft Morandi green created a natural yet sophisticated ambiance. The space was bright and spacious with excellent flow. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering just the right balance of support and softness, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The in-room amenities were complete and modern, with an oversized wall-mounted TV providing great entertainment for the kids. In summary, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel not only boasts unparalleled ocean views but also demonstrates a high standard in room design and comfort. It's perfectly suited for family trips or travelers looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle for some rest and relaxation. This is definitely a high-quality hotel I would love to visit again.

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

This is my second stay at Island Shangri-La this year! I'm extremely satisfied with both the service and cleanliness. A special thank you to Nicole Tang for helping me switch to my preferred room type! The first room was a bit off to the side, without a direct sea view, but Ms. Tang thoughtfully called to ask if we were unhappy and did her best to arrange a room change for us. It was a very satisfying stay!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel is located on a high floor, but the view is blocked by other buildings. However, it's right next to a large shopping mall and restaurants, so rain doesn't affect your ability to shop and eat. The mall is really big though… I got a bit lost. The room number at the door was designed like a book, which was quite interesting. West Kowloon is also close to some museums… I'd be willing to stay here again next time.

We booked a room with Grand Club access to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The beauty of Victoria Harbour, the elegance of The Ritz, and the art of M+ come together to create a vibrant holiday experience. This was my first stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, and overall, I had a fantastic time. First off, the ambiance was exactly to my taste – refined and perfect for a woman who appreciates quality. Every spot was exquisite, beautiful, and elegant, and the lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. I had booked a twin room, and when I mentioned at the front desk that I wanted to take some photos, they happily upgraded us to a room with a stunning window view. That instantly put me in a great mood! The front desk and elevator staff were all excellent. The bed at the hotel was my absolute favorite, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I don't usually sleep very well at home, but here I slept soundly until morning. It was so comfortable, and perhaps that's why I'd choose The Ritz again – I believe a comfortable bed is essential for a good hotel stay, otherwise it's just miserable. Plus, the transportation is super convenient. The MTR is right downstairs, which made it easy for us to take the kids to Disneyland and get around. The M+ museum is only about a ten-minute walk away, and other museums are also worth checking out. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, and the food was delicious. Time flew by; we only stayed for two days, and each day was packed with taking the kids out to play, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel amenities. However, the service and environment definitely make it a worthwhile stay.
