The room is very spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent. I couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing at all! The hallway was also quiet! It's clean and tidy, just one stop from the exhibition center, and the bus is convenient. Getting to and from the airport via the Airport Express is also very easy! I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area. Great value for money! The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel, just a quick walk over, which makes getting to Tung Chung by bus super convenient.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of great food options right downstairs. Kowloon Park is just across the street, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The room amenities are comprehensive, and they even provide complimentary Watsons mineral water. The service was truly excellent. I encountered an unexpected problem during my stay: I woke up the next morning to find the arm of my glasses had come off, and I had a flight to catch, so I was quite anxious. Since I had just bought the frames from Puyi less than a month ago, and I have severe myopia, I tried contacting the Puyi sales team to see if they could send someone to help, but received no reply. My only option was to ask the hotel front desk if someone could take me to get them fixed. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly calm and collected, and immediately proposed a solution. They arranged for a concierge to come up with a small screwdriver to see if they could fix them on the spot. The concierge was also wonderful, holding up their phone flashlight the entire time to help me see. The hotel's service attitude and calm approach to handling problems are truly commendable. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, The Mira will definitely be my top choice.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The room was tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom area was spotless, making for a truly reassuring stay. The bed had just the right balance of softness and support, and combined with the plush bedding, it was incredibly relaxing to lie down on. What truly stood out was the soundproofing; the room was remarkably quiet at night, with no external noise disturbances, allowing for a perfect night's sleep and effectively easing travel fatigue. While the room windows don't open, drawing back the curtains revealed a partial sea view, with the sparkling ocean surface complementing the distant cityscape – a pleasant little surprise during the trip. A heads-up for future guests: the hotel uses UK-style power outlets, so remember to bring a travel adapter. Also, toiletries are not provided, though disposable slippers are. Be sure to pack your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and other personal care items. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They spoke Mandarin, so communication was seamless, and both check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. There were only a very few staff members who seemed a bit cool, but it wasn't overtly rude and didn't detract from the overall experience. The only thing to complain about was the hotel's internet, which was extremely slow. Streaming videos and loading web pages were constantly buffering. For those who rely heavily on a good internet connection, I recommend preparing a data plan beforehand. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's within walking distance of the MTR station, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to get around and find food. If I visit Hong Kong again, I'd very likely choose this hotel. I recommend it to anyone prioritizing comfort during their stay!

We stayed in a family room and it was great. The room was spacious and included breakfast. For the New Year's Day holiday, the price was very affordable, definitely worth recommending. The only thing to note is that the hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own.

The room was clean and tidy with an excellent view. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes. The service was attentive and thorough, making us feel right at home. The restaurant manager was humorous and engaging, clearly prioritizing the customer experience.

Free birthday cake. *Checkout time extension on request  - We told the receptionist staff we might need to check out slightly late because we wanted to have the birthday cake after breakfast. She generously allowed us to check out by 12:30pm, though we left by 11:45am to head to the Ocean Park in the end.  *Hotel breakfast is recommended Topped up for hotel breakfast buffet which finished at around 10:30am. Thumbs up for the excellent sea view and food choices. The hotel’s Instagram offers Buy 1 get 1 free lunch and dinner buffet from today till March 2026. Check it out. *Some hotel amenities are closed  Swimming pool and the seafront passageway on the ground floor are closed. Therefore 1 score is deducted for this.  *Storage tip for Ocean Park  - Ocean Park provides locker rental service of HK$140 per day. Therefore we can simply put our bags in without returning to the hotel. The size of the locker is not large though, can put 2 medium size backpacks. *Conclusion It took about 10 minutes to travel from the hotel to the front gate of Ocean Park by taxi at the fare of around HK$42. The hotel provides free shuttle bus option though. Very fine and clean luxury hotel which is value for the price convenient for a trip to Ocean Park.

I stayed here for 2 nights right before Christmas. The price wasn't too bad and quite acceptable. Check-in and check-out were both quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room size is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and the mini-bar had a good selection of complimentary drinks, which were replenished daily. The location is also excellent; it's very convenient to get a taxi anywhere. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Love everything about this hotel! The location is very nice, even it's not in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui but close enough to walk, ~10mins for walking to Tsim Sha Tsui. K11 Art mall is in the middle on the way from hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui so we stopped by for popular tea shops, CHAGEE and Heytea, everyday during our stay in this hotel. We booked premier room to enjoy the sea view and it's worth it! The hotel is located on the Mody road which have a beautiful Christmas decorations that can be seen from our hotel room, Avenue of Stars is also across the road. Room is true to pictures, all amenities are provided everyday, all staffs we met are easy approach and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for luxury hotel in a budget!

This is my second stay here. Last time it was for Andy Lau's concert, and this time for Jacky Cheung's. The hotel's location is excellent with fantastic views. Right outside the lobby, you'll find restaurants and a Starbucks. Go down an escalator and you're at the park and the seaside. The metro station is also conveniently close, and there are many affordable small restaurants nearby. The service is top-notch; the front desk staff was pleasant to interact with. I put on the 'do not disturb' sign last night, but in the morning, after customer service confirmed with me over the phone, a staff member was waiting at my door to deliver a razor as soon as I opened it.

Facilities: All facilities are very new, and the ventilation system is excellent. Hygiene: The cleaning staff did a great job, but there's no overhead rain shower, only a handheld showerhead. Environment: The hotel is filled with a pleasant fragrance, very comfortable, somewhat like Diptyque's Baies, but not overpowering. It's right next to the seaside pier, which you can see during breakfast in the morning, though the sun can be a bit strong. Service: I have to particularly praise the hotel's shuttle service! It's fantastic and saved me a lot on taxi fares! First, there's a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, running every 30 minutes. Look for the hotel's exclusive white bus with a red Sky Marriott logo in the center of the front. Then, there's also a shuttle from the hotel to Tung Chung MTR station, which saved a lot of money!
