The room was spacious, and the two 1.5-meter beds were very comfortable. The only issue was that I booked two nights on separate reservations. On the first day, when I checked in, they said they'd link both nights and activate the room key. However, on the second day, the key didn't work, and I couldn't get in. Even with my child, the staff insisted I go to the front desk to reactivate the card before they would open the door for us. It was clearly the hotel's mistake for not linking my two separate bookings for both days. It was such a hassle, running back and forth. The upside is that the hotel is directly connected to the airport, which is very convenient. The shuttle bus staff downstairs were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful with information on how to get around. A big thank you to those two. Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of great food options right downstairs. Kowloon Park is just across the street, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The room amenities are comprehensive, and they even provide complimentary Watsons mineral water. The service was truly excellent. I encountered an unexpected problem during my stay: I woke up the next morning to find the arm of my glasses had come off, and I had a flight to catch, so I was quite anxious. Since I had just bought the frames from Puyi less than a month ago, and I have severe myopia, I tried contacting the Puyi sales team to see if they could send someone to help, but received no reply. My only option was to ask the hotel front desk if someone could take me to get them fixed. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly calm and collected, and immediately proposed a solution. They arranged for a concierge to come up with a small screwdriver to see if they could fix them on the spot. The concierge was also wonderful, holding up their phone flashlight the entire time to help me see. The hotel's service attitude and calm approach to handling problems are truly commendable. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, The Mira will definitely be my top choice.

If you're looking for a slightly better stay in Hong Kong, this is a good option. The price is quite reasonable when split among a few people. 😎 Amenities and Facilities: They're pretty good. We chose this place because we didn't want a cramped room. There aren't any universal power adapters in the room, but there are USB ports, so charging isn't an issue. 😇 Service: I think the front desk staff are generally fine, but checking in takes a long time because of the queues. There were five or six staff members handling check-ins, but it still wasn't enough for the sheer number of people. We waited for about half an hour. It truly lives up to its 'popular hotel on Xiaohongshu' reputation!

My stay at the Regal Hotel exceeded expectations. The room was well-maintained, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. I especially loved the hotel's pool and gym, which offered great views. The breakfast selection was rich, with plenty of Chinese and Western options. The front desk staff could communicate in Mandarin and proactively offered transport advice. Although it's not in the city center, there's a bus terminal right downstairs, making it very convenient to get to the airport and downtown. It's quiet and offers great value for money.

This is a fantastic hotel! The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the lobby always had a lovely scent. The location is absolutely perfect – you can get to the hotel lobby directly from Mong Kok MTR Exit C, just head up to the fourth floor. Plus, it's connected to a huge shopping mall where you can ride Hong Kong's longest escalator. This stay completely changed my previous negative impression of Hong Kong accommodations. My only regret this time was not being able to try the hotel breakfast! I highly recommend booking a package that includes breakfast, because finding good food in Hong Kong can be quite challenging!

The location is excellent. I saw reviews saying the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, which some found inconvenient, but I thought it was perfect. It runs from 8 AM to 11 PM, going back and forth between the hotel and Ocean Park, with one stop at Wong Chuk Hang in between. There's a Southside shopping mall there with plenty of food and drink options. Plus, the south side of the island is much quieter than the north, making it a great spot for a holiday, and many locals come here. We booked a connecting family room. After checking in, they opened the doors right away, which was very efficient. The front desk staff and other hotel employees were all very friendly and welcoming. The old stereotype of 'mainland Chinese tourists' being 'qs' (rude/low quality) is completely gone, in my opinion. The breakfast was also good, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. The noodles they cooked were quite tasty. The only minor drawbacks I found were that the manual flush button for the toilet in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient to reach, and there weren't enough towels. Two small hand towels weren't quite enough; an additional medium-sized one would be better. The bath towels, however, were large and very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The hotel was generally clean, and I was pleased with the room condition at first. However, my experience changed when I discovered brownish water flowing from the bathtub. After checking with the hotel staff, I was informed that it was due to an emergency water stoppage earlier, which was disappointing. The location was acceptable, though it required a bit of walking to reach the nearest station.

Love everything about this hotel! The location is very nice, even it's not in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui but close enough to walk, ~10mins for walking to Tsim Sha Tsui. K11 Art mall is in the middle on the way from hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui so we stopped by for popular tea shops, CHAGEE and Heytea, everyday during our stay in this hotel. We booked premier room to enjoy the sea view and it's worth it! The hotel is located on the Mody road which have a beautiful Christmas decorations that can be seen from our hotel room, Avenue of Stars is also across the road. Room is true to pictures, all amenities are provided everyday, all staffs we met are easy approach and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for luxury hotel in a budget!

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Housekeeping was very responsive; they even sent up congee when my child fell ill during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Whampoa shopping area, so we were able to visit Don Quijote. The ferry terminal is right outside, making it a quick 10-minute trip back from North Point. The coastal views are absolutely stunning. My husband said he definitely wants to stay here again next time.

The room was very clean, and for the price in Hong Kong, it was surprisingly spacious. We even got an upgrade, and the view was fantastic. The toiletries were the usual Marriott quality. The downside is that the soundproofing in the room was really poor... It felt like it was carved out of a suite, and having a door directly facing the bed made it uncomfortable to sleep. The light control panel in the room was faulty; the lights turned on in the middle of the night and wouldn't turn off no matter what I tried. It would be perfect with some upgrades!

GGuest UserIn my early years, I often collaborated with the Kerry Group. If the 80s belonged to the Ritz-Carlton and the 90s to Hilton, then Shangri-La has since reigned as a 'heaven on earth,' truly living up to its name. If you're tired of monotonous experiences, then after trying the 'local flavor old-brand royal' hotels in Hong Kong and Macau, you'll tell yourself not to challenge yourself again as you get older. These '特色皇家老牌' (characteristic royal old-brand) hotels will only transport you back to 1960s state-run guesthouses, complete with grumpy staff, rattling air conditioners, and 'flavorful' showers that fluctuate between hot and cold – much like the declining British Empire. Be kind to yourself. Stepping into the familiar Shangri-La lobby, it's a unique experience, like escaping a disaster. After returning from Victoria Peak to Hong Kong University, I had the best sleep I've ever had in Hong Kong. The service is excellent in that it doesn't add to your troubles when you're already feeling weary. Aside from some doormen who exhibit a 'Hong Kong style' of judging people, everything else is outstanding. Especially noteworthy is the polite and graceful lobby manager in red. I witnessed a small incident where she treated customers speaking Japanese and Chinese with equal respect – a definite plus. A unique environmental feature is that Hong Kong Park acts as the hotel's backyard, a luxury usually reserved for national guesthouses.

YYiqiqukanhai58The hotel's location is excellent. From West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, head towards Elements Mall. Once inside Elements, continue following the clear signs to the hotel. The entire walk is indoors. It's also convenient if you exit at Kowloon MTR station; just walk into Elements. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and friendly. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very welcoming. There are clear signs leading to the hotel entrance. You take the elevator to the 6th-floor lobby where staff direct you to the front desk for an easy check-in process. Because of the convenience and excellent service, I extended my stay for an extra day. On the first day, I wasn't familiar with Elements Mall, but once I got my bearings, it was very easy to get around. To travel from Hong Kong to Macau or Zhuhai, you can simply take the cross-border bus from within Elements Mall, which is incredibly convenient!

YYyy1cantHaving stayed at many Ritz-Carltons in mainland China, I have to give the highest praise to the Hong Kong Ritz-Carlton. As soon as I entered the lobby, a very handsome Asian gentleman immediately came forward to assist me. His service was impeccable, leaving a fantastic first impression even before check-in. Check-in was on the 103rd floor, and the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming. Her colleague even offered me tea to quench my thirst after a long journey. When I went downstairs for a smoke, a server was always there to light it for me. No matter where I went in the hotel, someone would personally escort me, which really sets it apart from almost all luxury hotels in mainland China in terms of service. Upon entering my room on the 106th floor, the view overlooking all of Kowloon was truly stunning. What made me particularly happy was that the hotel TV was specially set to Simplified Chinese for me, displaying my name. Many other areas also had information in Simplified Chinese with my name on it, showing great respect for mainland Chinese guests. The breakfast restaurant, also on the 103rd floor, offers a view of the entire Victoria Harbour. I was pleased that although hotel slippers aren't allowed in the breakfast area, the server thoughtfully prepared an extra pair for me to wear in the restaurant. I had a similar issue at the Conrad Hangzhou before, where the server arrogantly told me to go back to my room to change. I highly recommend the lounge bar on the 103rd floor; the ambiance is lovely, and the drinks are delicious. There's also a mall right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for luxury shopping. My only slight regret is not being able to experience the top-floor bar. Overall, this was truly a textbook example of a hotel stay – high standards, high quality. I hope the hotel continues to maintain such service and quality. See you next time, Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong!

LLee ElvinaThe hotel has been there for a few years and it was the first time we visited and it was a surprise on the upside. We booked the standard room but the room is spacious enough and nicely decorated with an open view. The hotel is located in the central part of Sai Kung and is yet able to maintain its own character with a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn’t mind trying their sea view rooms next time.
