Amenities were fine, the bathroom was clean, however the stuff was arrogant and I was harassed by the housekeeping and manager after I used their Internet WiFi to send business and personal emails. I would not recommend using their WiFi if you decide to stay here, especially if the content of your emails is sensitive and confidential.

Bedbox Hostel is a gem!💎 As a 32-year-old solo male traveler, I found it perfect for my winter Athens adventure. The location is super central, near Monastiraki metro, making it easy to explore. The dorms were clean and the beds were comfy with privacy curtains. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Free luggage storage and a well-equipped kitchen were great facilities. Overall, it is a fantastic and affordable stay in the heart of Athens. Highly recommend! 👍

Amazing hotel! The personnel working here from the reception to the housekeeping - very helpful, warm and always with smiles! Location is superb! Walking to Acropolis and Plaka. Nearby there are lots of eateries, cafes, mini markets. Room is super clean and they even care for small details such as facial makeup remover wipes and earbuds in case you are a super light sleeper. There is a very good coffee machine and choices of teas too. When the housekeeper saw that we had two bottles of wines she even cared to put two wine glasses after the first cleaning. Another plus point is the amazing view of Acropolis from the Level 5 Terrace! They even provide a corner at the lobby - coffee machine and an airfryer for guests use! Really care for small details but it means a lot. We stayed for 5N and never regretted it! Thank you KONIAMA ACROPOLIS! ❤️ Definitely will be back again and staying longer!

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

Had a few hours between connecting flights from Athens airport, so booking a night at the Sofitel was the best option to avoid non-hotel room surprises and miscommunication with apartment owners after a 14 hour flight. The distance from the terminal gates was literally across the street which was what I had hoped for. The cons: I came in with a 25Kg suitcase which was visually apparently heavy after a long flight and the hotel booked me the farthest room on my floor. Ok, no big deal. I’m young and strong. The first thing I wanted to do was just lie down on the bed to unwind after a long flight. I pulled up the tucked blanket to find that the bed sheets were stained near the pillows. Not something I would expect from a luxury hotel. Now I’m thinking if the sheets were even clean and what was the nature of the stains. Being extremely tired, I let it go and slept far from the stains. Went to take a shower. Two minutes in, I noticed the water not draining and water level rising. Had to shorten my shower time and abort with soapy feet to let the water drain before flooding the shower. Exited the room in the morning for my flight and noticed that the door was actually not locked while I was sleeping because the latch was stuck in the door. I feel that I would have just left the hotel a note on the shower and door and not write this review but the stained bed cover is unacceptable for the price I paid.

Sometimes it's the little details that make a hotel experience go from simply pleasant to special, and in this case I have to point out two, which really pleased me.  1) They put a bottle of water in my room for free every day, even though I was supposed to receive it only on the first day  2) On the day of departure they opened the breakfast room a quarter of an hour earlier than expected, to allow me to eat and drink something before going to the airport. Usually, when breakfast is included, the hotel prepares a doggy bag for you, which is not exactly the same thing.

The room is clean and tidy, the supporting facilities are reasonable, and the breakfast variety and quality are good. The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic. It should be considered a better and newer business hotel in Piraeus. The location is very close to the ferry terminal. If you need to call a taxi, be sure to contact the hotel front desk.

The breakfast was excellent with Greek selection of foid and western style breakfast...I did overeat ! The pastry and filo were so good ..Now the location... it's way out from the city and Acropolis, so you need an Uber. It's in a sub urban neighbourhood, and there's nothing to see really... except the view of the Acropolis at night ..simply breathtaking! The room was clean. However, I could smell women's perfume on the sheets.. clearly, there were no changes done by housekeeping staff! Kinda unhygienic! I had to change beds on the other side ...the shower is tiny. If you're over 6 feet, it can be challenging! I did enjoy the cable from GER, ITA RUS , FR, and local greek channels. The lift is also tiny .. Only 2 people at a time! Overall, it's OK if you're on transit for 1 night! It's not the cheapest but the food is good

The spotless apartment (I live in No. 22) is decorated in a simple log style. On the left side of the entrance is the bathroom and bedroom with a balcony, and on the right side is an open kitchen, dining table and small living room with a balcony. The apartment has no front desk. You enter the door and room with a password. The password will be sent to your email three or four hours before check-in. If you have any questions during your stay, you can contact the property manager by email. It is more suitable for tourists with travel experience. All small appliances, kitchenware and toiletries are available, but toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are not provided. The apartment is not facing the street, but is located in a residential area between two main roads. It is relatively quiet (the pigeons coo loudly in the morning). There are at least three supermarkets within a five to ten minute walk. Yogurt is more than 2 euros for a group of three, eggs are 1.69 euros for six, and bread is more than 2 euros for a little over one. There are too many choices, and vegetables, fruits, milk, cheese and daily necessities are all available. There are coffee shops, bakeries and dessert shops scattered around the neighborhood, and the seats are all outside the store. Take the subway from the airport to the apartment (see the last photo), take Line 3 (blue line) to Constitution Square, transfer to Line 1 (green line) to Kato Patissla, exit the station and follow the navigation to walk for five minutes.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, completely like your own home Hygienic: very clean. When the proprietress took us in, she touched the floor to check the spotless degree. Environment: There is nothing to go shopping around, but convenience stores have meals. Service: Going to the city center, the proprietress found someone to take us to the driver, the price is also very fair, add the contact information of the proprietress, you can ask any questions at any time In short, super praise!

I heard that there was a shuttle bus just beyond the airport's exit 5, but I couldn't find it, and when I called the hotel, I was told that I would have to wait an hour. I had no choice but to take a taxi, which cost 40 euros for the flat rate. Even though it was only about 10 euros away, it was a huge loss, even though my English skills were poor. When I asked the hotel for more details, I was told that the shuttle leaves the airport every 0:00 and the hotel every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day! The hotel is located on a hill near the subway station, two stops before the airport. There is nothing around! The facility itself is clean and has slippers, so it is easy to use!

The hotel has a postcard-like view. The average-tasting white meals and the same old breakfast options (fried eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, omelettes, steamed eggs...) are simply the Auschwitz of eggs. But believe me, when you enjoy all this in the morning breeze of the Aegean Sea and the sunset, you will forgive everything. The hotel has a Michelin restaurant, but it does not accept children under 12 years old, so we were unable to go. I recommend the hotel's Restaurant 37, which is like Yao Ming among dwarfs and Liu Xiang among lame legs. But if I come to Athens again, I will bring my Master Kong beef noodles and stay at the Royal Palace Four Seasons again, because the moment you arrive at the hotel lobby, you will understand the tenderness and gentleness of the Aegean Sea.

We were here for two nights. We took two rooms for two with our daughter. The hotel is not new, but everything is great. Friendly staff. They will prompt and tell you everything. Not noisy, cozy. The hotel is somewhere between child-free and family-run. On our visit, probably about 80-90% were French. The housing itself feels like the style is hello my 90s, but!!! The room is clean, tidy, it’s clear that renovation was done not so long ago. The food is absolutely great!!! In general, the hotel evoked only positive emotions. There were also 7* hotels, pretentious ones, but here you can really relax, without stress. Sea, silence, food - Turks relax with a similar hotel style. I hope that if the concept doesn’t change, then when I’m in Athens, I’ll definitely stay here.

This hotel is a hidden gem, amazing facilities, rooms, location, beech, water, food, etc. Surpassed all my expectations. The Spa is also incredible, ask for Sofia as a masseus (she is world class therapist) and book her for at least twice. Then make sure to chat with Frosina about anything. Elena is also very nice and will help you out.

This hotel is located on the beach, making it easier to get to the airport than hotels located downtown. The menu for breakfast and dinner changes slightly every day, so you won't get bored even during long stays. The staff is very friendly, but the hotel is a bit old.

The hotel is close to the sea, the scenery is very good, the surrounding area is a living area, the life atmosphere is very heavy and I like it very much. The suite is set, the room is large, the view is also very good, very satisfied with the experience of staying. It is not very far from the airport, very convenient and very cost-effective.

The hotel has modern and luxurious construction. It is clean and well-kept, with a beautiful garden and modern amenities, next to the beach. Perfect for spring and autumn. The indoor pool is beautiful but while it is supposed to be a spa for relaxation, it gathers a lot of children who go to play.

We were invited to a wedding on the Athenian Riviera. We chose a Divani first location and amenities. Unfortunate, it is one of those prices hotels in the area. They also charged us €20 do use the gym and €50 to use the indoor massage therapy pool. I thought that was very expensive and should be included in the package. There is a free breakfast Buffet every morning. Nothing too extraordinary as the Greeks do not have big breakfast us as do the Americans.
