Besides, the hotel's swimming pool is very large and beautiful. It can be used after 10 am. It will be closed at 7 pm. If you come back from the beach, it is impossible to go to the pool and play for a while. Rarely encounter a pool that is not received so early. In the pool, hotel guests must also consume to play. We ordered pizza and chips, and we left half of them without eating. We went swimming and came back without confirming to us and was taken away (the lounge chairs were all our items, and it was not long after ordering). After responding to the staff, we filled us with chips, and the pizza couldn’t make up two pieces (the waiter said we had two left, but we actually went swimming after eating two pieces) and the remaining pizza made up two ice creams for us. The attitude of the waiter, from the apology before the filling to the arrogance of the filling, is very uncomfortable. And everything would be good, but on the second day of our stay, a large group of children arrived at the hotel. And the hotel turned into a children's camp. If the children were on the beach, there were no places for other guests anymore. If the children were at the pool, the same story. And where there are many children, it is always very noisy."

"The hotel is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. The swimming pool is open to children from 9:00 to 15:00. There is an indoor heated pool and a spa. On the last night, the hot water pipe in the corridor burst at 4:30 in the morning. It took half an hour to control it. A lot of water came into the room. We arranged another room after 5 o'clock. In the end, there was no compensation at all when we checked out. I was not satisfied."

"Location is perfect, 15 seconds on foot to the beach and inside an outstanding little forest with pine trees. The hotel is very modern, facilities are great and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel shares a beautiful beachfront bar with the nearby Riviera Hotel, which is owned by the same person. However, the rooms are quite small (mine was around 9-10 square meters), which is a structural deficiency. Also, although I stayed 4 nights, was consuming in the beach bar every day, and claimed to be a returning visitor (my wife is a doctor in the region and need to come back often), my one and only request for a late check out (because I needed to work remotely on the check-out day) was rejected by the owner of the hotel."

"I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch, thrown things behind the rooms, the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest.. the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix... before an accident happens, cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. .., the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn.... It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer.... The staff is very kind!!!! Too bad"
