"Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Empfang, Zimmer, Lage, Poolanlage ausgezeichnet. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war der Service im Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich. Es ist Bedienung an den Theken und diese wurde rationell und schnell abgehandelt. Da keine Beschriftungen an den angebotenen warmen Speisen auslag, musste man natürlich fragen, was oft zuviel war und schnell abgehandelt wurde. Auch hätten die Speisen wärmer sein können. Ansonsten fürs Auge hervorragend. Wir würden trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkung wieder kommen!"

"Supertolle Lage direkt am Strand. Traumhafter Blick beim Frühstück oder Abendessen direkt aufs Meer. Zimmer waren sehr schön und die tägliche Reinigung hervorragend, auch die Damen des Zimmerservice muss man hier besonders loben. Aber auch die Kellner (sprechen stellenweise auch gutes Deutsch) verdienen ein besonderes Lob. Wir kommen gerne wieder…"

"It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna."

"Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime! The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us. The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here. We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed. The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear. Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use. If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice. The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city and 20 minutes from the airport, so I have plenty of time. The hotel service is average. There is no water in the room, so you need to buy it yourself. Only on the first day. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is also very small. If you go to the toilet, you will bump into other people when they come in. Breakfast was pretty good"

"T Hotel is a typical business-oriented hotel, well suited for corporate travelers, conferences, and short stays. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the overall experience is generally satisfactory. However, I would recommend avoiding the hotel during peak periods, especially when large conferences or events are taking place. During these times, the property can become extremely crowded, which negatively impacts the guest experience. The breakfast service is the area that most needs improvement. While the selection is acceptable, the breakfast area struggles to cope with high occupancy levels. When the hotel is full, the dining room becomes noisy, chaotic, and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Better organization and additional staffing during busy periods would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, T Hotel is a decent business hotel, but it performs best outside peak conference seasons, when guests can enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay."

"We really enjoyed our time at Palazzo Doglio. The location is fantastic – just a short stroll from the old town, with charming cafés, restaurants, and the waterfront all within easy reach. The hotel itself is elegant and stylish, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. If we had to wish for one thing, it would be a rooftop terrace or a pool to enjoy the Sardinian sun after a day of exploring – that would’ve made it perfect. Overall, a great base for discovering Cagliari in style and comfort."

"Petite structure paisible avec du personnel compétent qui a le temps de s'occuper de vous et qui cherche à vous faire plaisir. Absence d'un bar regrettable surtout que toutes les installations de relaxation sont disponibles (véranda couverte, sofas moelleux, petites tables, ..)"

"We would have expected more for a 5-star hotel. The floor around the pool bar always looked dirty due to old stains from the dates in the palm trees. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least the soft drinks in the room to be free, instead of charging a whopping 6 euros for them. The prices are far too high overall. A cocktail served in a martini glass cost 18 euros! Dinner buffet per person 65 euros WITHOUT drinks, far too much, at least soft drinks and maybe a table wine could have been included. Breakfast was the same every morning. We know from 4-star hotels that there is also, for example, a glass of prosecco for self-service - unfortunately not here. The evening program (music) was always too loud for the small area and the number of guests present. In the room we missed hooks to air out worn clothes, and a line or clothes rack for wet swimwear would have been nice on the balcony too. Even in our current 4-star hotel there is a small clothes rack on the balcony! Unfortunately we won't be coming back."
