"This hotel is located in the heart of the city, on Hongqi Street. It's right next to the famous shopping mall 'Zhe You Shan' and across from the Changchun Film Studio Museum. With the #54 tram stopping right outside, getting around is super convenient, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The surrounding area has great transport links, and taxis are easily available. The front desk staff, especially the lovely 'A. Ice' (that's her WeChat name!), was incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and they were quick to resolve any issues, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and the mini-bar was complimentary. The views from the room were expansive, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which made for a really pleasant stay overall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Changchun."

"Its basically a spa, getting in and out of the spa is very troublesome as they keep your shoe as hostage and you are required to queue to check for payment every time you need to leave the hotel which is extremely time consuming. not suitable for family holiday hotel. Alot of additional charges especially for kids using the sauna."

"The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Stayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program."

"Location: It's near Changbaishan Station and offers a shuttle service, but during peak season, three people squeezed into the back row was quite uncomfortable. Room: The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was made up. The split-level setup was relatively comfortable. The hot springs were great. Breakfast variety and taste were just average. The 'Little Explorer' activity turned out to be just hotel staff leading a craft session. There was no public notice or mention at check-in. It was only when I asked at the front desk upon checkout that I was able to get two craft kits."

However, communication was a bit challenging since no one at the reception spoke English. "We stayed in the family deluxe room, the 'Dinosaur Water World Stone Age' themed room. The room design was quite unique and my child loved it, but the cleanliness was subpar. The floor felt sandy when you walked on it, and there was a constant layer of white dust on my phone screen and the wall light switches, which appeared every time we moved even slightly. I'm not sure what it was. There must have been a lot of dust mites on the bed. My child's legs were itchy and had small bites, and since it's not summer, it couldn't have been mosquitoes – it had to be dust mites. I felt itchy all over too while sleeping. It seemed like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, just superficially tidied up, without proper wiping. Perhaps it's because the room is large and has two floors, but in terms of hygiene, I felt the value for money wasn't good. We just stayed for two days for the child's happiness. The hot springs and water park were nice, but the water in the water park was too cold. Initially, we weren't allowed to bring towels from the hot springs area, nor could we wear slippers. The water park didn't provide towels or slippers either. My child's lips turned purple from the cold. Kids don't mind when they want to play, but it was really cold for adults, and we worried about the child getting sick. Also, walking without slippers was very slippery, and I was afraid the child would fall. Later, we saw people wearing slippers, so I went to the front desk to ask where we could get some. The front desk said that management had just changed the rule, and now we could bring towels and wear slippers. Then, there was a sushi stand nearby. I asked if it was chargeable (intending to ask if it required cash or room key payment), and they said yes, it was chargeable. Immediately after, I overheard a male and female hotel staff member laughing, as if implying, 'Do you expect it for free if it's not chargeable?'"

"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The experience was superb, and the location is absolutely perfect, really close to the famous Instagram-worthy wall. "The Crowne Plaza Changbai Mountain truly exceeded our expectations and was the most satisfying choice of our entire trip to Changbai Mountain. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the North Slope entrance of Changbai Mountain. It boasts an exclusive green channel to the scenic area, meaning no need to wake up early and queue in long lines. We could easily enter the park, saving a lot of time. The overall architecture is in a forest cabin style, surrounded by dense trees, creating a serene and quiet environment. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated with wooden furniture and landscape murals. The space is spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also has its own natural forest hot springs. After a day of exploring, a soak there washed away all the fatigue from hiking. The staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of exquisite and delicious dishes. Choosing this hotel for your trip to Changbai Mountain is definitely the right decision. The experience was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit."

"This hotel, nestled in Beihu Park, is truly upscale. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are brand new, and the service is exceptionally attentive. A special shout-out to Lin Yuzhu, a server at the hotel's breakfast area, who was incredibly thoughtful. When my child accidentally spilled a plate, she immediately helped clean it up, showing great warmth and attentiveness. She definitely deserves a thumbs up! The hotel's accompanying ice and snow playground is also a lot of fun, and the best part is there's no waiting in line, so you can play to your heart's content."
