Such a WONDERFUL hotel I never stayed before. This is a new, eco, comfortable & beautiful place that I don’t want to leave. It is very suitable for any tourists especially for family, I will highly recommended & must visit again next time.
I made a reservation online, but wanted to change the number of nights I was staying, so I tried to change it online, but it didn't work out and the accommodation fee was automatically deducted from my account. I consulted the hotel, and they quickly handled the process, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.
The service was also polite, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious.
If I had to say something, it would have been great if I could have seen the view from the hot spring on the 10th floor.
A hot spring hotel with a great value for money.
It was quite late when I checked in, but the front desk staff still patiently explained it to me. It was a very good experience.
The room and hot spring were both great, and the price was very reasonable.
I will stay here again when I go to Yamagata next time!
Thank you for the hospitality!
Very few people, very quiet. There are 5 pools for men and women in the hot spring, including the largest stone bath Totoro Totoro hot spring. There are samurai costumes for taking pictures, and there are free bozi sodas in the afternoon.
Sehr ruhiges Umfeld, 10min vom Bahnhof.
The room I booked was a single-bed room without a bathroom. It was a Japanese-style tatami room with a bed and table converted into a wheelchair-friendly room. The price was relatively cheap. There is no problem if you use it as a budget hotel room, but if you want to experience a hot spring hotel, it is recommended to choose a Japanese-style tatami room.
Absolutely lovely place. At first I thought I'd be uncomfortable with how spaceous the room was (I'm a very jumpy solo traveller), but the room was just so comfy with an excellent view. The heater was a bit hot, but there was an electric fan too, so all was great.
The hotel allows you to have a free 50 minute private bath each night, and the private baths are amazing, able to accommodate up to five persons and with windows to let in the light and stuff. Excellent onsen water -- very acidic and very hot. Takes some time getting used to the heat, but once you do it's a heavenly experience. There are also public baths (free of charge) that you could enjoy throughout the night and into early morning (they're closed for cleaning only during 9-12 in the morning), one indoor and one outdoor, both connected to one another. The outdoor one is a bit small, but it's so refreshing to be able to flee from the stifling indoor onsen to enjoy the crisp winter air while soaking up in the heat.
The meal was very delicious.
The bath was also a very pleasant bath. I also wanted to go. The personality of the mother was also very good.
Then, it was a nice inn decorated on the whole side of the building such as paintings and bronze statues.
The whole hotel gives an old impression.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled and the temperature cannot be set.
The bathtub is small and it's not possible to relax in it.
I think there is a reason why it is cheap.
There is a multi-story parking lot behind the hotel where you can park for 750 yen per night.
I think the Washington Hotel in front of Yamagata Station is several times better.
Free fruit, snacks, mineral water and so on.
The soundproofing effect of the room is good, and the chicken calls downstairs can't be heard.
The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic about introducing there are good things to eat there.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautifully decorated in Japanese style. There is stunning scenery outside the window of our room. The dinner is surprisingly good with excellent service, well decorated dishes of tasty food. Definitely will stay here again in next visit to North East Japan.
