I had a great experience with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur.

Pros: The room comes with a balcony, great for enjoying the views and taking sunset photos. There's a garden downstairs for walks, and the air is very fresh. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water are provided, and the cleaning staff are very efficient. The hallway is relatively quiet, and the service is excellent. There's a golf course, perfect for those who enjoy playing to pass the time. Cons: The overall room decor is a bit dated. There's no overhead light; lighting relies solely on floor lamps and bedside lamps. It feels a bit like an older 4-5 star hotel in China. The shower is in a bathtub, which can be slippery. Upon check-in, they requested a 250 MYR deposit plus a 'tourism tax' of 7 MYR per night. I've stayed in many hotels in Malaysia, and this is the first time I've been asked for a deposit and this particular tax. Tips: Bring your own slippers. The central air conditioning is very strong, so you might want to bring a long-sleeved pajama top. The front desk informed me that check-out takes 15 minutes (first time I've encountered such a long wait; I was a bit emotional during the interaction, but it ended up being processed in less than 5 minutes. Still, I recommend allocating sufficient time). I wouldn't specifically book this hotel again unless it was for convenience to UKM.

The bestest hotel i ever stayed really satisfied with the environment very clean and neat and the staff really friendly even i’ve check in around 3am but they were so helpful will choose this hotel again And the room 1201 was the best with city view☕️

Host is a fast reply and provide all the details on how to parking & check in. But its hard to get free parking space & just spend a lot of time to find parking nearest with the block. Futon/extra bed is comfy. Water heater is good but the toilet sometimes smelly but bearable. Please consider a dustbin inside the toilet.   About the room there’’s A lot of mirrors. If you plan to use the unit you maybe can consider to bring ur iron.  Suitable for people who want to attend convo in UiTM Shah Alam as its very near. Overall Can repeat and recommended.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. Breakfast spread was good but quality was so so. Service at the coffee house was also quite inconsistent. Getting cold milk for my tea was unbelievably hard. Listening to the guest is important. Concierge were great. Room was dated and the lights flickered (514). Need to be checked.

This is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality. I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time. So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink.However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived. I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink. At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care. Great service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward. What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily. It made me feel truly cared for. Thank you to the entire team. What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward.

The hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room starting to have some smells. The furnitures also look outdated. The lobby and walk way is a bit hot and it’s not preferable especially in such a hot country. Worst part is the air cond in the room is not functioning well. Sometimes it is working fine but sometimes it doesn’t and it happen in the midnight which we felt no air cond at all. Receptionist asked why didn’t inform earlier and I told them it’s not a good idea during midnight when all my kids are sleeping. Good to have daily free chocolate session but many flies were spotted around the food, it happens to the breakfast buffet too. Good to have free shuttle to airport and Mitsui Outlet but the time is pretty limited and we are forced to spend extra money on grab car. One thing to note is that if you want to go some where from the hotel no matter how near it is, the starting rate for grab or taxi will be at least RM30 as the hotel is located in the airport zone. I think the hotel is best for those who need to join the exhibition at its convention centre.

Very clean, double-storey, very cost-effective, decorated in prison style, each room and living room has air conditioning, kitchen facilities are complete, and there is a refrigerator. There is a high-speed rail nearby, and there is a slightly larger shopping mall and many restaurants diagonally opposite (10 minutes walk). The only drawback is that there is no front desk, and you need to go downstairs to communicate with the security guard at the door to communicate with the hotel.
