I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Taal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

The room facilities are old, but fortunately the space is spacious, there is no better hotel nearby, the location is good, it is a good choice to go to Badayu, and the holiday is not recommended.

We decided to check out this property and has a pleasant experience; Viewpark is a gem of a hotel with own charm. It is complemented by Siglo, it's restaurant that serves delicious Filipino food, As a suggestion and not a complaint, perhaps the size of Siglo as a breakfast place can be expanded and offer say buffet breakfast instead of a set menu choices. The reception people are very warm and attentive to details, they take time to engage their clients in a wonderful manner. It has a lot of amenities, mostly in good order, although the games and gym room has some room for improvement where some maintenance are in order. It's hard not to like Viewpark, needless to say we will be back and very likely for a longer stay!

Everything was great. From the security guard, to the receptions and all the staffs are very accommodating. The room is spacious and the bathroom was great with its bathtub. The pool is big and there is a gym and spa. It was a lovely stay. It's just a little far from convenience store but overall was great.

With previous stays at Anya exceeding expectations for relaxation and rejuvenation, it's regrettable to highlight shortcomings in our recent visit. Housekeeping fell short: patio uncleaned, bath towels not replenished, essential toiletries missing unless requested. This contrasts with Anya's usual high standards. #AnyaExperience #ServiceReview 😞

Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness. Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.

MMargo ELashApart from the surroundings being naturally beautiful with trees, lake, etc., for this kudos for the way the place is designed… nothing much special about this place unfortunately. We were not impressed given all the hype in Social media platforms. Here are a few things I have noted that made me feel not worth coming back for: 1. Check in process is so Manual - we arrived right on check in time by 3pm. Lots of paperworks to be done, asked for each guests IDs, took photos of it. 1 paper we need to fill out with guest names etc, another paper to sign acknowledgement on rules, etc - literally in pen and paper. After all the paperworks, that is the only time we were briefed of the facilities map, where to go, what to see etc. So for this part alone - is almost 1 hour. Since we have to go to each room/suite, we had to wait for buggy to bring us, another waiting of about 30mins., we even needed to approach again the reception desk to ask where is the buggy just for them to check again. Come on, this is already 1.5 hr of us paying for the stay and yet we haven’t utilized the room and facilities itself. We were only able to settle in our rooms almost 5pm already. 2. Restaurants, I understand all are organic. Hence charges are high. We went to the Indian Vegetarian restaurant and ordered - Parata, Fries, Fried Tofu, Palak Paneer and 2 juices our bill is about 3,500 pesos. For it being homegrown plants and organic, we accept that amount is that high. However, we were only 3 tables filled in the restaurant, not full house and yet food took almost 1 hour to arrive. 😕 3. All else comes with charge if you wish to utilise, like massage, water therapy and all. Charges for each of this service is already same as how much the room cost. Free sessions - Yoga in morning is good. Sound therapy - not so. Room wise is ok. It is a expected with the rates they charge, you expect to be in a decent room at least. Nonetheless, it was good for experience. But may look out for other places with same facilities that will make you feel the value for money. Main disappointment we have is all the waiting time we had faced, while being there on non-peak days (weekday) and yet for each thing we had to do/request, we had to wait minimum 30mins before getting the service needed. Meanwhile, check out wise - everything was done fast and 12:30 sharp we were on our way out.😂 I am sharing based on what I have personally experienced, some may have enjoyed and experienced otherwise, unfortunately not the case for our group.

GGuest UserPool is cloudy. Other stores have better longganisang Lucban. Old scratched wooden floors and peeling wall paint. The dumplings at the Chinese restaurant was the best. They didn't charge corkage for the cake delivered through Food Panda. No Grab Car, need to take a bus or 2 jeepney rides to SM. Overall, good place to stay.

GGuest UserThis is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.

GGuest UserPROS: We enjoyed our stay although it’s only for 1 night. We tried to extend for another day but they were fully booked. The place is nice, rooms are clean & spacious with a good view of the Taal Lake. We had a relaxing massage we booked in their Spa after a day of swimming. We also enjoyed our dinner and drinks at terraza restaurant mainly because of the live music and very accommodating & friendly staff. CONS: The place was a bit busy & noisy as there were a lot of guests. This place, apparently,is a popular venue for some company’s team building, so expect lots of busses and employees/ guests doing team building activities, lots of people in the swimming pool & in restaurant (especially during breakfast). There are some amenities (ex billiards & darts) that you won’t be able to use if there is a company team building booked for the day (as they prioritise those guests), which I think is unfair as we are all paying guests and it’s included on what we paid and there’s no one using them at that time. Wifi connection is extremely poor! We used our mobile data all throughout our stay. TV didn’t work at all. We have to call the staff, about 4 times before finally someone came to check but still didn’t make the TV work. Front desk need more staff; there’s always a long queue of people & it takes time before staff will be able to attend to you

GGuest UserThis was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes. 1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful. 2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate. 3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol 4. Room - clean and comfortable! 5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines. I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it. In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!
