This hotel stay truly exceeded all our expectations and was such a pleasant surprise! When we arrived by taxi, Ton from the hotel entrance staff very enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff, PLA, and another slim lady with a high ponytail (I didn't catch her name), were incredibly welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know and helped us check in. We arrived quite early that day and originally thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in, but they went above and beyond by preparing our room for early check-in and even upgraded us – so incredibly nice! A staff member brought our luggage up, and the best moment was opening the room door to find the air conditioning already on – a total lifesaver! The hotel also has a private pool and beach behind it, which were super relaxing with amazing views. I have to praise the breakfast; it was delicious with a wide variety of options, I made sure to get up for it every morning, haha. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just a few steps from the hotel entrance, which was so convenient for our nightly pre-bedtime runs. I absolutely adore Pattaya and will definitely be returning to this hotel again. It's now on my must-stay list!

Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

Great hotel on good location and even it being near the walking street we were not disturbed by any noise. Staff friendly. Room is very big and spacious but just one thing that may be adjusted is the mirrors are not short people friendly 😅. Could have longer mirrors.

A great choice for solo travelers or families. It's very quiet and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby. There's a fantastic Bluefin restaurant next door, but it's not cheap. The gym is a bit rudimentary, almost like a basement, but with two pools, you won't have to worry about overcrowding! The sea is right outside, and the Sanctuary of Truth is next door. The trade-off is that it can feel quite isolated if you go for a walk outside the hotel at night; the nearest convenience store (Tops!) is a 10-15 minute walk away.

I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

My child had a great time. **Environment:** Very child-friendly, with lots of play areas for kids. **Facilities:** There's a kids' pool, and many children can play together. **Service:** Overall, it was good. **Hygiene:** Cleaned daily. **Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast is on the top floor, with a lovely sea view. **Overall:** ★★★★ Recommended

First off, the hotel's location is quite out of the way. The road outside is like a highway, with a lot of fast-moving traffic at night, so be careful if you're out after dark. There's a convenience store across from the hotel at a gas station, but I didn't go in to see if they sell food. To the left of the hotel entrance, during the day, there are vendors selling stir-fried noodles, pad kra pao, rice noodles, and such. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance. The staff at the entrance are very friendly and helpful with luggage, which was great. The hotel itself felt very clean upon entering, with free drinking water and coffee available by the entrance. The main draw of this hotel is its excellent water park facilities, which my child absolutely loved. We stayed on a high floor, the 22nd, and the view was decent. The hygiene was also good, though the bathroom for showering and using the toilet was a bit small. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids, considering the price. We paid just over 300 for a king-size room for one night, which was a fantastic deal compared to The Mirage we stayed at the next day! All the staff were very friendly. The hotel has vending machines for snacks if you get hungry at night, but the selection isn't huge.

Even though I arrived late at night, I was treated with courtesy. I'm not sure about others, but I wasn't asked for a deposit.

Service felt personal and sincere, which elevated the entire experience. The overall atmosphere of Navana Nature Escape is incredibly peaceful—perfect for disconnecting from busy city life and reconnecting with yourself and nature. Whether relaxing in the room, walking around the property, or simply sitting and enjoying the surroundings, everything encourages rest and mindfulness. This is an ideal destination for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a quiet, refined retreat. Navana Nature Escape offers not just a stay, but an experience of calm, comfort, and understated luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, privacy, and a beautiful natural environment. I would absolutely return.
