"Very friendly staff. I enjoyed the sea view and 2 swimming pools. Good breakfast. The safety box did not function then the mechanic fixed it but still the 0 pad button doesn't work. They joined the bed and the power point for the lamp near to the bed was blocked by the bed and the room was so dark that I could not do my work, but they provided another lamp for me and moved the bed out for the first lamp to have its power point, so, it fixed the problem. The room door could not lock when I left the room before it was fixed later. There are some ants on the table. The floor is a bit run down, but the hotel has started renovating some rooms already. The bathtub had some hairs, but they offered to send the cleaner to do a deep clean. It's not a very smooth stay, but all in all, I think this hotel worths the money. Maybe it's not perfect, but I feel the staff has service mind. Maybe I can come back here again after they finish all the renovations. In summary, I am satisfied."

"A new, QUIET hotel, no cigarette smell, with a powerful air conditioner. We moved here from a hotel on Walking Street in search of peace and quiet. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. For everything else, it's better to rent a scooter or take a taxi. The staff are lovely. The room is spacious. The linen is clean. Around the hotel, there are cafes, restaurants, laundromats, scooter rentals, and so on."

The shower gel and shampoo didn't have any Chinese labels. The quality of the bedding was quite average; it made me a bit itchy after sleeping on it. It would be perfect if they improved the quality of the bedding and the toiletries."

"The hotel looks very nice from the pictures but effectively is a bit run down . The staff were great . They went that extra step to try providing the best possible service and they succeed . Need to pay more attention to the cleaning of the room and the pool area . For a week it was ok . First night no AC . Second last night work in progress and no water the whole morning . More than that I will find hard . They have an excellent breakfast/brunch style buffet for just 250 bath ."

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.

This is a true family-friendly hotel that caters to all your needs when traveling with kids. The water park can keep the little ones entertained all day with water slides, a lazy river, and a diving pool. It would be even more perfect if they had a wave pool. The water park connects directly to the beach outside, so you can also swim in the sea or play in the sand. A bit further down the beach, there are seafood sashimi stalls where locals buy their fresh catches – the squid cup and squid sashimi are absolutely divine! Back to the rooms, all of them offer stunning oceanfront views with an endless horizon. The beds are comfortably firm, but the air conditioning is indeed quite noisy with a strong airflow, and since the control panel was broken, we couldn't adjust it. So, we turned off the AC at night and opened the balcony door, falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves. Also, the water in Pattaya isn't particularly clean; the filter in my portable shower head turned completely black. The hotel breakfast is incredibly lavish, almost to the point of being overwhelming, and the staff are all warm and friendly. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star resort in an international tourist city. Highly recommended!

We arrived quite late last night for check-in, and the whole family was pretty tired. However, the service from three staff members – Kim, Pot, and Mos – was incredibly heartwarming. They were polite and efficient throughout the process, and they genuinely 'put themselves in the customer's shoes' to help us find solutions, rather than just rigidly following procedures. Encountering such a warm and thoughtful team even with a late check-in really helped our trip start off on a great note. If hotel management sees this review, I sincerely hope Kim, Pot, and Mos can be properly recognized and praised! As a customer, seeing a hotel with such outstanding and responsible employees makes me genuinely happy for you. Next time I'm in Pattaya, this will definitely be my top choice!

The hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

This five-star luxury hotel is located on a private beach, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service. I was impressed and delighted; it's definitely worth the price. I will come back again.
