The room had a fantastic sea view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay, although slippers were not included. The hotel is clearly an older property, but it has been well maintained and remains in good condition. One of the standout features is the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and is a great place to relax, especially around sunset. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated. However, the presentation could be improved, as the buffet did not look particularly appealing despite the selection available. The hotel hosted several large tour groups, which made the atmosphere feel crowded at times and reduced the sense of privacy and exclusivity. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent views, though there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience and overall ambiance.

We stayed in a family room and got a 50% discount from Trip.com! 🥰 The room was great, and the bathroom was spectacular with strong water pressure. The AC was cold, and the atmosphere around the hotel was perfect for photos. The staff, from the bellhop onwards, were very welcoming, with an aromatherapy-like vibe. The highlight here is definitely the pool, but we didn't get to swim because it was a Saturday and super crowded. 😂 We'll definitely come back again next time! 💛💛💛

The hotel offers a beautiful sea view and is very family-friendly, making it a good choice for guests traveling with children. However, my room was located very close to the children’s pool area, which was quite noisy throughout the day and made it difficult to relax. The room cleanliness could also be improved, as dust was noticeable around the TV area and cabinets. The fitness center is quite small and has limited facilities. Overall, this hotel is well suited for families with kids, but it may not be the best option for travelers seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Navana Nature Escape truly lives up to its name—it is a genuine escape into peace, comfort, and nature. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm and thoughtfully designed to help guests slow down and relax. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, and the natural setting creates a sense of privacy and serenity that’s hard to find. The architecture and interior design are beautifully done, blending modern luxury with warm, natural elements. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, with high-quality bedding and well-considered details throughout. Waking up to fresh air, greenery, and birdsong was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff deserve special mention. Every team member was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. Service felt personal and sincere, which elevated the entire experience. The overall atmosphere of Navana Nature Escape is incredibly peaceful—perfect for disconnecting from busy city life and reconnecting with yourself and nature. Whether relaxing in the room, walking around the property, or simply sitting and enjoying the surroundings, everything encourages rest and mindfulness. This is an ideal destination for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a quiet, refined retreat. Navana Nature Escape offers not just a stay, but an experience of calm, comfort, and understated luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, privacy, and a beautiful natural environment. I would absolutely return.

The hotel has a great location, offering excellent views of Pattaya Bay. It also has a rather private beach area. The landscape and the positioning of the swimming pool are highlights of the hotel. The room layout is a bit odd; the space and furniture aren't well-balanced, and the space isn't utilized efficiently. However, the room is large, which means the air conditioning doesn't cool evenly, and it's not soundproof, so you can clearly hear doors opening and closing in other rooms. The breakfast spread is good and varied, with both Thai and international options, salads, noodles, an egg station, juices, and desserts. If you like a large, varied, and delicious breakfast, I recommend this place. Overall, if you're looking for good views, good breakfast, cleanliness, and large rooms, I recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

The hotel boasts a massive outdoor pool with clean water and plenty of lounge chairs. There's also a free gym, perfect for a quick workout before heading out to the night market. They offer self-service laundry, which is super convenient for multi-day trips and great for male travelers. Plus, the whole hotel has high-speed free Wi-Fi, so gaming and streaming videos are completely lag-free.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I was very impressed. In this stay, its service standards very well. I was very welcomed by the reception team. The housekeeping team greeted me with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. For me, it is the hotel that is the best value for money. For some places, you may get a room of lower quality than this. Personally, I would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a room that is worth the money. 🏆

I took my family on a 3-day, 2-night long weekend trip. The hotel was packed, fully booked, but the staff service was still excellent. There are two water play zones; the swimming pool closes at 8 PM, while The Wave artificial sea closes at 6 PM. The kids absolutely loved The Wave. The welcome coffee machine was available until 5 PM. The room was clean and up to standard. However, the facilities and food were a big problem for us: 1. The elevators were small and very slow. With so many people, we had to wait a long time during the mornings, noon, and evenings – around 15-20 minutes. 2. We had to queue to get into the restaurant, waiting about 15-20 minutes. It's not advisable to go when you're very hungry, or you'll get frustrated. 3. The breakfast variety was good, but the food was too salty. Many dishes that shouldn't have been salty were excessively so, like Tom Kha Gai, Tom Lued Moo (pork blood soup), and the bacon was extremely salty. There was only salted butter for toast, no unsalted butter. 4. The snacks and instant noodles in the room were complimentary, but only provided for one day. We stayed two nights but didn't get a refill on the second day. 5. When we returned late at night after going out, there was no parking available in the building, so we had to park in the open lot next to it.

GGuest UserSpent four nights at Sunday JA Plus Hotel in a Premiere Deluxe Double and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed to unwind after long days out. The outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoon, and the spa and gym were great additions that made the stay feel like a proper getaway. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. Excellent value for the price, and I'd absolutely book again. Jonmarc Dewalt

AAnonymous UserIt is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already. Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

BBulilannafoyuwentaiMy family and I stayed in the two-bedroom Sapphire Pool Villa at The Gem Pool Villas Pattaya during the Chinese New Year, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. From the service and environment to the smallest details, everything was impressive. It's safe to say this has been one of the most satisfying resort choices in recent years. **Service Experience: Warm, Thoughtful, and Welcoming** Even with a significant number of guests during Chinese New Year, the service team maintained incredibly high responsiveness and patience. From guiding us at check-in to attending to our daily needs, the staff consistently wore smiles and proactively offered help, allowing us to genuinely feel the meticulousness and warmth of Thai service. It's especially worth mentioning that the hotel also created a cozy festive atmosphere during Chinese New Year, making us feel at home even when abroad. **Breakfast Experience: Exquisite, Diverse, and Daily Surprises** Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Not only was there a rich variety, but the menu changed daily with hardly any repetition. From traditional Thai noodle soup and mango sticky rice to pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets, the quality was consistently excellent. Staying for several days, we woke up every morning with anticipation, and our child absolutely loved it too. **Environment and Design: Grand, Elegant, and Full of Holiday Vibes** * **Inside the Villa:** The two-bedroom layout offered expansive space, with a design that blended modern aesthetics with a resort feel. I particularly loved the living room area (as shown in Figures 1 & 2), where large glass windows brought natural light indoors. The pool and lush greenery were just outside the window, making dining or relaxing at the table feel incredibly open and uplifting. The decorative floral arrangements on the table, the exquisite chandeliers, and the wooden furniture all reflected the hotel's tasteful aesthetic. * **Hotel Public Areas:** The path leading from the villa to the public areas (as shown in Figure 4) was surrounded by dense tropical plants, like a stroll through a tranquil rainforest, offering great privacy. The hotel entrance at night (as shown in Figure 3) had warm lighting and was shaded by trees, embodying both the relaxation of a resort and the serenity of home. **Facilities and Details: Quality Online, Meeting All Family Needs** The villa came with its own pool, and the water quality was excellent, allowing us to jump in and cool off anytime. The kitchen facilities were fully equipped, suitable for simple meal preparation. Overall, it was very well-maintained, with new furniture and bathroom fixtures, and meticulous hygiene. The two bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, each with an independent bathroom, making it very convenient for families. **Conclusion** If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing resort in Pattaya that doesn't prioritize sightseeing, The Gem Pool Villas is definitely recommendable. It might not be right on the busiest beach, but this tranquility, combined with attentive service, thoughtful breakfasts, and a beautiful environment, truly made for a perfect vacation. It's especially suited for families or two to three friends traveling together – sunbathing by the private pool, strolling along the green paths, and chatting late into warm, lit-up nights – that's what 'holiday vibes' are all about.

GGuest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserThe hotel atmoshere and interior are very good which had nothing to complain but the staff needed lots more too improve, so unprofessional handling. First ,we booked 4 bedrooms in connected 2 villas and arrived hotel around 3.05 pm which we are not supposed to wait for the room as it was already late afternoon but we had to wait for almost one and a half hour to get into our pool villas. Somemore we had to wait for almost half an hour to get just a glass of easy welcome drinks while you had so many staffs walking around small reception area and lots of guests sitting and waiting for their rooms and drinks. Secondly we went out to find some dinner later but we were not sure that in room had any dishs or any kitchen eqipments for us to use so we called the hotel staff to ask if any kitchenware in room available to use and told staff that we were outside hotel. The staff kept calling me few times to check my name and room to see if we could use their kitchen equip. For these common equip the staff should had info in their knowledge of work place to reply and know need to call few time to confirm customer name to check if they can use dishes in room. Last but not least , before checked out we were told that every room had the premium coffee sachets which would be charged if consumed but we didn't have these coffee from beginning which end up the staffs just found out that hotel itself had run out of stocks and didn't put them for guest inroom. Somemore we booked the yatch to go island at 9 am and we called reception about 8.30 am that we wanted to check out and asked to send housekeeping to check our room quickly before we checked out but they never come till we had to wait for them checking our rooms till 9.30 am as they couldn't find one coffee mug while we were waiting at reception and one manager had to go to help checking too. End up the staff wanted us to go back to room to help them searching for one coffee mug which finally they themselve found at pool area. Within half an hour and many staffs searching for one mug, we thought that if you couldn't find in house you must find out in any area that guests could spend inside the villa as we confirmed that nothing were broken or were taked by us. But not asked us to go back to help housekeeping staff and manager searching a coffee mug. These were rediculous that we never had before in any resort or hotel. We were experienced such an unprofessional and such a messy staffs handling without good communication among themselves. With these hi end hotel with high prices , it was not supposed to give any excuses for any rubbished service like low cost resort at all. Btw , we were given one BD cake from night shift staff who picked up the phone from us to borrow BD candle. We really appreciated these initiative and thoughtful from her. Thanks for your concern.

SSElviraSWe stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere. For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice. Our only wish is that there will always be available rooms… because we already know we will want to come back again and again ❤️
