The room was spotless, I was really impressed when I walked in. The staff provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. The swimming pool is great for both friends and family. The hotel also has restaurants and bars available, making it very well-equipped! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel actually has two buildings, quite close to each other, so make sure you're looking at the right one. Inside, the hotel is really nice. The bedroom is a good size and having two air conditioners in the room was amazing – I slept so deeply! The pillows felt like ergonomic pillows. The bathroom was fine with good water pressure, and all the amenities were provided. The pool on the 8th floor probably has a great view, especially in the evening. P.S. The coffee downstairs is delicious and so fragrant! P.S. We visited during the Songkran festival, and the front desk even gave us a small gift. Thank you!

The hotel offers a wide variety of food, and the dining area is spacious. The staff are also very enthusiastic. Most importantly, the surrounding environment is excellent and very quiet, which is perfect for those who need absolute peace and quiet to sleep.

Friendly english speaking reception. Checked in before 2 PM. Room was clean and well lit. I was given the wrong room, as in a twin and was supposed to have a double bed, not 2 singles. I did not bother complaining as i was on my own, The wifi setup is quite cionfusing and never did work. I used my phone as a hotspot. Fairly quiet but some rooms will get noise at nigh from nearby bars. Overall a pleasant stay.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is great, with a private beach. It's a shame the entrance is away from the main road and there are no convenience stores nearby. The staff service is excellent. The restaurant is small. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. I recommend booking a room with a sea view; otherwise, you'll get a room with no view at all.

I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

Nice and spacious rooms. Staffs are willing to services but staffs in the restaurant should know and recommend promotions to customers. We had dinner near the beach and ask staffs for the promotion but no one can answer. After finish dinner, my husband asked manager at the front, he said ”you can get 15% discount for food if you apply to be member of Centara” but we had already check bill. Staffs must improve this. Anyway, The breakfast is great. Variety of many choices. Taste good too. Overall is great for my familes.

I took my family on a 3-day, 2-night long weekend trip. The hotel was packed, fully booked, but the staff service was still excellent. There are two water play zones; the swimming pool closes at 8 PM, while The Wave artificial sea closes at 6 PM. The kids absolutely loved The Wave. The welcome coffee machine was available until 5 PM. The room was clean and up to standard. However, the facilities and food were a big problem for us: 1. The elevators were small and very slow. With so many people, we had to wait a long time during the mornings, noon, and evenings – around 15-20 minutes. 2. We had to queue to get into the restaurant, waiting about 15-20 minutes. It's not advisable to go when you're very hungry, or you'll get frustrated. 3. The breakfast variety was good, but the food was too salty. Many dishes that shouldn't have been salty were excessively so, like Tom Kha Gai, Tom Lued Moo (pork blood soup), and the bacon was extremely salty. There was only salted butter for toast, no unsalted butter. 4. The snacks and instant noodles in the room were complimentary, but only provided for one day. We stayed two nights but didn't get a refill on the second day. 5. When we returned late at night after going out, there was no parking available in the building, so we had to park in the open lot next to it.

The hotel location is very close to walking street. The interior of the rooms are very Thai which is nice. Staff are nice too.

The hotel is a low-rise property surrounded by lush greenery, which makes the environment feel very calm and refreshing. We stayed on the 3rd floor, not far from the elevator. It was very quiet and comfortable for resting. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful with several areas where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool was not crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and was definitely worth it, just like many reviews mentioned. The shrimp were very large and tasty. Overall, it was great value for money and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. The hotel also prepared a surprise birthday cake for my partner, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We really appreciate the hotel for making our stay even more special.
