The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away. Since it's a newly opened hotel this year, everything looks very new and clean, and it was indeed very well cleaned. There's even hand sanitizer next to the elevator, which is reassuring, haha. Driving to the airport the next morning only took about 20 minutes, very convenient. I recommend it for a short stay~

I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious. It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself. That was a bit inconvenient. Also, the pool water was a little dirty. Using the washing machine here was great, as it was $3 compared to $6 at Marriott. When I checked in, Japanese staff helped me, but I was a bit disappointed that they kept talking to each other in Japanese and didn't provide enough information about using the hotel facilities.

The room comes with a kitchen, fully equipped with cookware, glassware, tea sets, a microwave, induction hob, juicer, and even a rice dispenser. They even give you a sports water bottle, which is super thoughtful for all the water activities. The hotel is right by a fantastic beach and a prime shopping area. The service is incredibly nice too; they offer free valet parking. When we came back to the hotel with lots of shopping bags, the staff had big shopping bags ready for us at the entrance. Such small details show how much thought they put into everything. It's really excellent!

The location was great, right next to Ala Moana Shopping Center and within walking distance of Waikiki! The amenities were a bit inconvenient, with only a hairdryer, tissues, bar soap, and body cream provided. Overall, though, I thought it was a great hotel!

Had a solo day trip and wanted to try Hotel La Croix because they had a penthouse room for under $300.  The front desk staff were helpful and very eager and upbeat in a friendly way compared to other places where it seemed more forced or fake.  Skyline Penthouse only had a city view and it was decent sized for the price. King sized bed with a massive tv across of it. Bathroom was around the corner of the tiny kitchenette area. My only complaint would be that the room did need some touching up. For example the manually operated push button curtains were frayed, torn and crumpled in some areas which were noticeable.  The bathroom though clean, had some wear on the sink’s finish and there was a flapping panel on the wall near the toilet. Minor things but it didn’t help make the penthouse seem as exclusive.  Location wise though it is walking distance to high end shopping, restaurants and the beach. It’s adjacent to more expensive hotels like the Ritz Carlton, so it’s a budget option in a great spot without having to break the bank for rooms.

Check-in is usually at 4pm, but when I went there in the morning to drop off my luggage, I was told that my room would be ready within an hour, so I was able to check in around 12:30pm. There were many Japanese staff members, so I was able to stay comfortably even though I couldn't speak English. Also, all the staff were smiling and full of hospitality, and it was clear that they put the customer first, so I was very satisfied.

Hilton waikiki resort and spa Check in was seamless the receptionist was knowledgable and informed us about multiple things to do /places to eat 8/10 The carpet in the hall ways proved difficult with 3 suitcases each so if you have numerous cases help maybe the easier option.4/10 The room was spotless on arrival could still smell the cleaning agent. The room was spacious two queen beds small balcony with table n 2 chairs. Tv/fridge/dvd player all great. Rent a dvd option is great lots to choose from. Just make sure you return it. 8/10 The iron however must not get used or inspected as when we went to use this it spit out black gunk and grit. So be careful with that. We did call for a new one and someone came within 20 minutes gave us a new one and took the old one. The lady cleaning our room was fantastic! she was there 9 out of 10 days of our stay nothing was too much trouble, we gave her a great tip for all her hard work! 10/10 The pool area does not get the sun all day so if you are a sun worshipper be aware there is times the pool area is fully shaded but it is clean - we were there December 3-13 and there was no fighting for a bed so to speak. In the height of summer that could be an issue. The pool area has 2 cabanas ($100) and 6 day beds ($45) these are an extra charge and were never used by anyone in our 10 day trip. Extra loungers that are free would be much more useful to customers in such a small space in our opinion. There is a small smokers section for those who need it. The pool bar offers drinks and snacks the service was friendly and efficient it is cashless so need card or phone with you unless you charge to room. The food menu was okay price wise (chicken tenders and fries $18) the drinks prices are elevated but i guess that is expected in the hotel bar (bucket of 4 small cans of beer or seltzer 330ml ish $25) 7/10 You can collect you pool towels at the pool using ur room card but Be aware that you have to return your towels as there is a $25 fee if you do not. We used the main stairs daily unfortunately these do not get cleaned as often as you would think. We reported spill marks on the main stairs on the second day. It was like someone spilled their cup of tea or coffee, 9 days later the spillage marks are still there. To some this might seem pedantic but this hotel is a Hilton costing approximately (AUD $3967) (USD $2580) (GPB £1929) for 10 nights bed n breakfast a clean lobby and staircase should be standard. 1/10 Be aware they offer grand vacation timeshares in their lobby unless you want to waste 1/2 a day of your holiday do not sign up it is not only 2 hours. Also do not let the staff “inflate” your income to make you eligible to sign up. They Conservatively start from USD $30,000 so if you have that to invest in your future holidays this will get you the lowest levels of Hilton timeshare points available. This is pushed in the lobby while you enquire about day trips out. 1/10 Breakfast which was included in the cost of our stay was basic there was not much variety but there was fresh fruit each day. 5/10 Overall our stay was a 7/10

The hotel is located right on the shoreline with walkable access to many restaurants nearby. It’s also a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities. The only downside is the nearby pubs open late into the night; you will hear people screaming/yelling and karaoke until about 1am. If you are on a lower floor, the waves crashing against the shore can get rough and loud depending on the tides/weather.

The Rainbow Tower is perfect for a family of four, with two spacious queen-sized beds (1.5 meters wide). This tower is one of the newer buildings within the Hilton property. A higher floor offers better views. We were on the 30th floor (upgrading to an ocean view room costs an additional $65 per day, which we didn't do). Facing directly towards the Reef Island, and with half the ocean visible, it’s a 'semi-ocean view' and still offers excellent vistas. On the day we checked in, there was some small trash left in the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. We were too late and tired to call the front desk, but when we returned from our outing the next day, it had been thoroughly cleaned, and the beds were made (we left a dollar tip each day we went out). There's no kettle in the room, nor is drinking water provided. Bring a cup, and you can get water from the purifiers downstairs. There's a coffee machine, but the water inlet had a lot of scale, so it didn't look very clean, and we didn't use it. **Convenience:** The beach is right downstairs, along with several swimming pools. It's super convenient to be able to get back to the room for a shower within 5 minutes after playing in the water. **Dining:** Across from the Rainbow Tower is Tropics Bar & Grill, which serves breakfast and lunch. It's a bit more expensive than outside the hotel, but the food is good. Coffee here is $6 with unlimited refills, and you can even take a cup to go when you leave. For kids who don't like meat, I recommend the pancakes. For meat-lovers, try the Sunrise Sando. Their signature Tropical Acai Bowl is a smoothie made from blended berries and ice, topped with granola, banana, and strawberries. It tastes a bit like ice cream and is great for cooling down after sun exposure. There's also an excellent ice cream shop in the hotel; the line starts forming around 5 PM, and one scoop costs $7.99. **Shopping:** There's an ABC Store right in the hotel, where you can buy just about anything. I compared prices, and they weren't much different from outside the hotel. There's also a cookie shop where you can sample before buying. They offer local specialties, perfect for souvenirs. **Friday Fireworks:** There are fireworks on Friday night. While simple and short, watching them from the beach is still very enjoyable. They start at 7:45 PM, so go early to the beach by the lagoon island to get a front-row spot for a clearer view. **Tips:** Keep the small card you receive at check-in handy; you can use it to get free towels on the beach. If you have kids, definitely take them to the children's pool next to the Rainbow Tower. It has three waterslides and two small hot spring pools – kids can play there all day.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and the range of pillows available. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and plenty of toiletries. The only minor downside was the view – I had a room overlooking the parking lot, but that didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the stay.

GGuest UserThe room is really big and clean. My daughter likes it here because there is a super big swimming pool. The hotel is very large. It is recommended to stay in the Makai room type. Other rooms require a ferry train or boat to arrive. The hotel has a great view, and the scenery outside the hotel is also beautiful. There is a shopping district within two kilometers, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.

3333ひろ333I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

GGuest UserTitle: Perfect Stay in the Heart of Kona 🌺 I had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right on the waterfront, with beautiful views of Kailua Bay and just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the pier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a cozy bed and a balcony where I could enjoy the ocean breeze every morning. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and great local tips. The on-site amenities were fantastic: the pool area was relaxing, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the beach right in front of the hotel was perfect for a quick swim or paddleboarding. I also loved the cultural touches, like the Hawaiian artwork and the historical displays in the lobby, which made the stay feel uniquely local. This hotel truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Hawaiian charm. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kona!

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities and scenery can be said to be top-notch in Hawaii, but the hotel service is incredibly bad. The front desk staff was arrogant and rude (I don't know if it was racial discrimination). They did not inform me of the credit card authorization when I checked in, and charged 2 authorizations of 400 and 700 US dollars. The money has not been recovered yet. When I checked out, I needed a shuttle bus to go to the villa to pick up my luggage. I called for 25 minutes but no one answered. Later, I called the room service staff to call the shuttle bus. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. The service staff in the light meal restaurant is relatively friendly, while the service staff in the formal restaurant is very rude. You have to pour water/wine by yourself. After the appetizers, the champagne was not served. I suggest that babies who can't stand being bullied should not go there, because they will really be bullied by the staff inside. Also, the snacks in the room minibar are expired.
