Things to do in Song County

The scenery was alright, and there weren't too many people. However, the service needs improvement. For example, bus safety measures need to be more comprehensive, and traffic management needs to be more effective. It's not enough to just have good advertising on social media.

Luhun Scenic Area is located in the northern part of Song County, Luoyang City. Centered around Luhun Reservoir, the scenic area covers approximately 60 square kilometers and is open to the public free of charge. Developed in 1992, the area boasts 50,000 mu (approximately 3,333 hectares) of water surface and features a 22-kilometer ring road around the reservoir. It also offers floating recreational islands, boat rides, speedboats, fishing, and other water sports. The scenic area is clearly visible from the Luhun Service Area, with the reservoir right in front of you, offering a beautiful environment.

The primeval forest landscape. Thousands of peaks compete for beauty, the rocks are jagged; the pools and waterfalls are linked, and the ancient trees are towering. The mountains are green and lush; the Funiu Peak is so high that you can reach the sky with your hands. Enjoy the azaleas in spring and avoid the heat in summer; the autumn leaves are gorgeous and the snow is spectacular in winter. It is adjacent to the 5A Baiyun Mountain and Yao Mountain, and is connected to the primeval forests Longchiman and Baotianman. There are also scenic spots such as Xitai Mountain, Longyin, Wolong Valley, Wudaotan, and Yangshan in the surrounding area. It is very convenient to live in a farmhouse or Checun Town at the foot of the mountain. It is a tourist destination with big mountains, big waters, and great beauty, and a very cost-effective scenic spot.

九龙瀑布，位于洛阳市白云山景区，主体瀑布落差123米，在丰水期还是很壮观的。如果在春天或者冬天，水量就少了很多。参观的时候要做好失望的准备。

It was a wonderful and impressive experience, well worth the trip. I learned a lot and was truly impressed. The tour guide was very friendly and provided exceptionally professional explanations, capturing the wonders of history while also addressing the political demands of each dynasty. Definitely worth it!

Our tour guide Jackie did a great job guiding us around this massive archeological site. He shared a lot of interesting stories and information and answered all our questions. He also helped us communicate with the taxi driver. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.

The scenery is beautiful, and the light show at the Golden Summit is also very nice. However, the management of the scenic area needs improvement. While one cable car is under maintenance, the other should be properly managed. The queues were too long; the first-level cable car took almost two hours, and the second-level cable car took almost an hour. My legs were already exhausted before even entering the scenic area. Also, each cable car can only hold eight people, but some only had four or five people on board before leaving. Staff should arrange for them to wait until seven or eight people are on board before letting them off, which would shorten the queue time.

天池山景区又是一个洛阳人周末的好去处！因为这个景区可以开车，所以自驾游是一个比较好的选择！建议把车停在中间停车场，进行徒步！爬到天池山景区！拍照后稍微休息一下，穿越到伟人石像处，大约要3小时！搭乘景区区间车到中间停车场进行午餐。野野炊也不错！这景区春夏，秋都可以去。最美是天池的秋倒影十分有意境和山水画的画面感！值得多前往

It's entirely a man-made tourist attraction, selling emotional value. Those who enjoy interacting with NPCs and watching performances might find it worthwhile. The Battle of Tokyo in the Song Dynasty is indeed excellent and well worth seeing, although the queues are quite long.

It was a pleasant experience. We arrived at around 7 and spent 1-2 hours walking around. Views are mesmerizing and it's fun looking down on busy streets at night.
