The location is fantastic, right across from Workers' Stadium and west of Sanlitun. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making travel incredibly convenient, and taxis are easy to find too. Within a kilometer, there are tons of dining options, backed by a major commercial area – highly recommended. As for the guesthouse room itself, you get what you pay for, and the value for money is pretty good. Housekeeping cleans daily and replenishes toiletries. The kitchen cabinets also have plenty of disposable items you can restock yourself (bed sheets and duvet covers are not changed by default; you need to message the housekeeper via WeChat if you want them changed), which is quite considerate. The two large beds are perfect for a family trip. The room comes with a drum washing machine and detergent, and there's a drying rack on the balcony, which is very handy. Overall, our stay here was quite pleasant.

I'm extremely satisfied with my stay at Fudi International Apartment! The apartment has a practical and well-proportioned layout, excellent natural light and views, and is fully furnished—just bring your suitcase and move in. The surrounding area has mature amenities, making life incredibly convenient. The property management is professional and responsible, the community is clean and orderly, and security is excellent. It's suitable for both short-term stays and long-term residences, offering exceptional value for money—definitely five stars!

Huge thanks to the owner! Even though he was injured, he personally came to pick us up, which we really appreciated. We were also very touched. When it was time to leave, we didn't have enough time to eat, but the owner told us to take our time and finish our meal before heading out. We're very grateful!

Perfect for a family of four. The room was well-equipped and spacious enough. The shower pressure was amazing, honestly the best I've experienced in a hotel! 😁 The internet speed was fast, and the service was excellent; big shout-out to the handsome guys at the front desk. The surrounding area is also very convenient for getting around.

The cleanliness was quite good; there was no dust on the wardrobe or the desk. It's a three-bedroom unit. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom but no balcony or TV. The bathroom lighting is very dim, and there's no light above the bathtub, nor a non-slip mat. You have to climb in and out to shower, which isn't ideal. The other two rooms are fine, and the common bathroom is quite spacious. Also, the main door has no soft-close mechanism, so it slams shut with a loud bang. A buffer would be helpful. It's rare for a serviced apartment to have a kids' play area. It's not big, but the children had a lot of fun. However, for someone with allergies like me, it was a disaster. The kids' socks were filthy when they came back – there was too much dust.

Hello thank you for a very comfortable stay. Its location is also very near subway station which makes it easier for me to visit tourist attractions. There is 7eleven and luckin coffee nearby. The host is also very friendly and tries his best to understand me despite the language barrier. I hope to be back again next time.

The room is spacious, clean, and convenient, with easy access in and out. After informing the staff, we were able to check out smoothly. The price is reasonable. The location is close to amenities and the subway station.

The hotel service was excellent; everyone from the security guard downstairs to the front desk staff and managers were very welcoming. They even brought packages I ordered up to my room, and the robot delivered food from outside. The chef in the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This hotel is a 3-minute walk from the subway station and directly across from a park, so the environment is excellent. The most surprising thing was the soundproofing; despite facing the street, I heard absolutely no noise. Before bed, I enjoyed a hot bath with strong water pressure and stable temperature, and even the shower gel had a high-end fragrance. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly ground coffee and handmade wontons were incredible—I left stuffed every day. The value for money is truly exceptional! When I'm utterly exhausted from a business trip, this hotel is a lifesaver. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the desk crevices. The bedding was soft and breathable, giving me the most peaceful sleep I've had in ages. The gym equipment is brand new, and a run after work was incredibly stress-relieving. Plus, the breakfast even has freshly made noodles with a fried egg, which was hearty and comforting—all the details perfectly cater to business travelers' needs. I'm definitely staying here whenever I visit this city again!

The soundproofing in the room was really poor. The TV in the room next door was blasting until past 1 AM, which was very disruptive. I specifically requested a high floor for a quiet stay, and I mentioned this well in advance. Instead, I was placed right next to the elevator, which was incredibly noisy. To top it off, the air conditioning was very loud and didn't cool the room effectively.
