I can’t recommend it enough! Even before my arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. I reached out to them via WeChat with a few questions, and their response was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided all the information I needed and made me feel welcome even before stepping foot in the hotel. Upon arrival, the warm hospitality continued. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I could need, including a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transport. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. From the helpful communication before my stay to the incredible service throughout, I truly felt well taken care of. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Once again a great Somerset experience! The room was very spacious and clean. There were even toys for our daughter. The breakfast was a good selection, both Chinese and Western. The fitness centre and children's playground were also impressive. The location above a mall and the metro is unbeatable! The staff spoke very good English, which is not usual in China. We would love to come back! All in all a very good performance, please keep up the good work!

The room facilities are very new, with washing machine, projector, air conditioner, and desk. The window is quite large, which is convenient for drying clothes. The room we were given has plenty of sunlight in the afternoon. This is the best apartment I have stayed in so far. I was very surprised. The front desk service is super good. If I have any questions, I will send WeChat and they will reply immediately. I couldn't find the location when I checked in online, and they came to pick me up. The room is very clean and the air is good. I am willing to come again. Recommended

Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport. 2 complaints: 1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker. 2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

It snowed heavily on the day we went and the water pipe burst, so the water didn't come until 9pm. The hot water was not very hot and I was shivering from the cold after taking a shower the next morning. The air conditioner is above the bed. When I entered the room, I found a lot of black and dirty stuff on the quilt cover. Later, the waiter came and replaced the quilt cover with a new one. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, kept apologizing, and also gave me calendars and coffee. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it has everything you need.

The room was well-equipped and spacious. But the most important thing about accommodation is sleep. Living on the 25th floor, I could hear the drums from the bar every night in the early morning. I don't know what's so good about it all day long. It's played during the day. There were also construction teams. The sound insulation was so poor that I couldn't sleep at all. I closed all the windows as soon as I entered the room. Later, maybe the aunt came in to clean and opened the windows again. I didn't expect anyone to open the windows, so we were still tortured by the construction team at two in the morning! It was deafening! It felt like it was drilling next to my ears! Later I found that the window was open. I was really impressed.

The hotel located next to the shopping mall and opposite to the river. Nice place to walk and chill. Moreover, the metro station is next to the hotel in front of Starbucks. It was neat and clean hotel and well equipped. We where traveling with our two dogs and this hotel is fully dog friendly. However, covered parking is not provided and there is no EV charging at the hotel parking but there is some in the shopping mall parking next to it. Parking charges 5rmb per hour or 30rmb or night. The only issue with the room was its narrow staircase to access the second floor.

If a friend comes to Wuhan, I will definitely recommend him to live here. I stayed in two apartments in three days. I wanted to extend my stay but was booked. It was also good to change to another apartment. The real thing is exactly the same as the photo, clean and warm, and there is Shahu Food downstairs. Street, the transportation is also very convenient. We went to the Yellow Crane Tower, East Lake Greenway, and the Provincial Museum. They are all very close and can be reached within 20 minutes. The customer service lady is warm and thoughtful. I will come again if I have the opportunity.
