"The room is just perfect for 3 adult people and the amenities were perfect for a seve-day stay: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, tissue, towels. There were hangers and 3pais of slippers. The aircon is very good as well as the water, super strong pressure. There is also a ashower heater which was pre-set to a moderate hot temperature.. There is a refrigerator, hair blower, TV which we didn’t use because the wifi has strong connectiviy. The security is excellent. There was only one problem though: the late check in which was at 4pm Al though EE were allowed to enter the room at 2pm. Our arrival at the AirPort  was at 3am so we were problematic on where to spend the remaining hours before we could check in. Other than that, we were fine, Thank you, Stag Haven. Till our next Taipei visit."

"The homestay is very beautiful, and there is an elevator, the room is a little old, and the bathroom and the ceiling of the room are not sealed, it is connected, so that someone goes to the bathroom too loud, and the sound of the air conditioning in the room is also very big, but very close to the beach and Kenting Street, very convenient"

"Checking in is very easy, and the environment is super clean, really powerful, the disadvantage is that there is no elevator, if you want to carry your luggage on the 3rd floor, you need to work hard, many of the rooms are good, but the handheld shower, the water volume is a bit small, can be improved, there is a chandelier in the room Bluetooth speaker is really cool, The sound quality is not bad, the bed is also very good to sleep, it has not slept so well for a long time."

"Room is in a hotel but check in is not at main desk, there is a keypad on the room’s door used to enter the room. Good location - very close to McDonald’s and Starbucks, and there’s a lot of smaller shops within walking distance. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I return to Hengchun."

"The location is excellent. Given the nature of the region in Taiwan, it is difficult to find affordable accommodation, so I am satisfied in that regard. Honestly, if you are very particular about cleanliness, you should go for a 5-star or higher luxury hotel; however, if you don't mind that much, I recommend it! You can think of it as staying in an officetel (apartment) for a few days, and the noise level is comparable to that of a standard apartment or studio. Also, since I checked in late, I found it helpful to take the key box with me. However, please note that towels and similar items are not provided in large quantities."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and Alex was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did he prepare a welcome gift for us, but he also provided a lot of useful information that made our trip much smoother. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, with all the facilities you could need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. On the day of check-out, Alex even surprised us with a thoughtful souvenir! "Breakfast is a breakfast voucher given by the guesthouse. You can enjoy an optional breakfast of NT$60 at the three nearby breakfast shops. Several breakfast shops are clean and tasteful. The location is near the railway station. When you go to the business district, you can ask the landlord to call for a taxi. Our Taroko chartered car is also booked in advance by the landlord. The price is reasonable and the driver is very nice."

"Just like the photos when I booked, I was lucky this time. I booked on the same day, and the guesthouse called that afternoon to confirm check-in details. They thoughtfully added me on Line and sent me messages, which put me at ease. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel very welcome, especially since it was our first time visiting Chiayi. Upon arrival, the staff explained the surroundings and recommended nearby attractions – very authentic! The lobby was spacious, warmly decorated, and stylish. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean; although we didn't have time to use it, it felt like home. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Chiayi – thumbs up!"
