The room is clean and well-organized, with six people sharing one room separated by curtains, providing good privacy. Both the room and shared bathroom can only be accessed with an access card, ensuring safety and privacy. The shared bathroom is well equipped and even has a Dyson hair dryer, which is a nice surprise. There is a common space where guests can eat their food and relax. The hotel also provides free tea-time snacks and supper from 3 pm to 9 pm, featuring tasty Taiwanese-style food. Additionally, there is a game area where guests can play and socialize. Overall, it’s a comfortable and thoughtful stay, especially for solo travellers."

"This hotel has a pretty good location; you can walk directly from Tainan Station, it's not far at all. The staff here are very kind and lovely. There are complimentary snacks available for all guests in the lobby on the first floor. The staff provided excellent recommendations for everything, including detailed instructions on house rules, how to use the room, and how to operate the hot and cold water system in the room. The bedroom size is just right, and there's a TV. The area around the hotel is a bustling community with many shops. If I have the chance to visit Tainan again, I would definitely stay here. It's really great, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Tainan!"

"Stayed in 2 different rooms. The 1st day room was awful on 9th floor. The bed was super hard like spring mattress with no give especially when sleeping sideways. The bathroom was old and dirty bathtub and the carpet was icky. Asked for a room change as I can't stand the room and I'm a pretty tolerant person. Luckily they offered 7th floor room, much better and probably newer with electronic card key, fresher cleaner bathroom and comfier bed. The 2 rooms has the same room size."

"We had chosen to stay in this hotel not because of it’s great location nor the value for stay but because of the wonderful staff who had impressed us with the famous Tainan hospitality. I had came to this hotel first time few years ago as the solo traveler came to Tainan for its famous history and Local cuisine. Now few years later, i had returned year after year and had brought my husband to visit this beautiful city and chosen to stay in this hotel because of my friendship with YaA-Ping and the hotel manager throughout the years. It is a special bond and it has made my trip very memorable and I had recommend it to others for this hotel of these special friends. They truly made this place stands out."
