JJingchenglaoyanganThe room facilities are outdated, and the design is old-fashioned and impractical. Perhaps due to its age, many areas of the room are damaged. The room's Wi-Fi was also not working, and after contacting hotel maintenance, I was told the main line was broken and couldn't be repaired. The floor in the room was discolored, and the cabinet above the mini-fridge didn't even have an outlet for a water heater. Even stranger, the faucet on the bathroom sink was positioned so far back that it was almost impossible for guests to use without water constantly splashing onto the counter, making it completely wet. This issue could easily be solved by simply moving the faucet 2 centimeters closer to the basin. Furthermore, the hotel is located inside a forest park, and getting around relies entirely on shuttle buses, which is not very convenient. If you're staying for more than two nights, it loses its appeal! Of course, there are some good points, like the decent scenery. I even saw monkeys around the room! It's also quite cool and refreshing…! It's suitable for a one-night stay.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at the Yalong Bay Welcome Hotel in Sanya. Its location is super convenient, making it easy to get to the beach and find places to eat. The night market nearby is also bustling in the evenings. They even offer a free shuttle to the duty-free shop and additional hotel discounts. Gina from guest services was a very warm and responsible concierge; she was always quick to respond and resolve any issues I had. It was a really satisfying experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sanya.

The swimming pools are also shared, but this hotel's pool has a bubble machine, which is a bigger hit with kids! 👏 The rooms are very spacious and clean; however, the doors are quite thin, so you can hear children's noise from the hallway. Breakfast is plentiful, and the restaurant environment is excellent, serving until 11 AM. The hotel lobby offers complimentary Qingbuliang (a sweet dessert soup), which tastes great! 👍 PS: When visiting Sanya, always ask the hotel front desk what value-added services they provide. Many hotels offer free shuttle buses to various attractions and duty-free shops.

We originally booked the InterContinental just because my child wanted to feed the sea turtles, and we planned to stay for three days and then leave. But surprisingly, for the first time ever, my homebody child said they didn't want to go home! Because they're still young, they only got to feed the sea turtles and make donuts. There are many other activities more suitable for kids aged four or five and up, so we plan to bring them back in a couple of years to try snorkeling. Facilities: Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained. It doesn't feel old or dirty at all. The air conditioning at night was quiet, and even my elderly parent, who usually has trouble sleeping when away from home, said they slept really well this time. Service: The staff, from the front desk to the restaurants to housekeeping, were all very friendly and helpful. Especially our butler, Winnie, who answered all our questions these past few days – we were very satisfied.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem for a family vacation. 📍 **Excellent Location:** It's super close to the beach, and some rooms even offer direct sea views. It's only a 10-minute drive to the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex, which is incredibly convenient for those who love to shop. Wuzhizhou Island pier is also not far, making it easy to hail a taxi. 🛏️ **Room Experience:** Since I was traveling with my parents and child, I opted for the Horizon Club. The Horizon Club offers access to an executive lounge with not only breakfast but also afternoon tea and dinner, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the balcony offered stunning sea views. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with children's toiletries and a children's step stool. There's also a sofa bed in the room, which you can ask the butler to set up in advance – perfect for a family of four. 🍽️ **Satisfying Dining:** The main restaurant's breakfast spread was incredibly rich with a huge variety of options, including freshly squeezed watermelon and cantaloupe juice. To my surprise, there was even a dedicated kids' area! It offered not only dishes suitable for children like wontons, congee, pasta, steamed buns, and fried snacks, but also finely cut fruits and vegetables, showing great consideration for little ones. My child absolutely loved it. The Horizon Club executive lounge was also fantastic. Besides afternoon tea, they have an evening happy hour with different hot dishes each day. They also offered non-spicy vegetable and meat dishes, as well as fried noodles and rice, suitable for children. Everything tasted great. 🎪 **Abundant Children's Activities:** There are tons of parent-child activities every day, along with unlimited free rides on the mini-train. We participated in a dragon fruit sushi-making class, which was a wonderful experience, and my child had an absolute blast. The hotel also has an adventure zone, a petting zoo, and you can even ride ponies and ostriches, which the kids really enjoyed. The water park is also large and clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly when we visited, so we didn't go in, but it would be perfect for warmer weather. 💫 **Five-Star Service:** The hotel service was absolutely superb. Romy checked us in, and she was incredibly kind. She helped us resolve a breakfast issue and personally escorted us to the shuttle bus stop after check-in. Our luggage was also delivered directly to our room by a dedicated staff member – super nice. This vacation was incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose Shangri-La again the next time I visit Sanya!

PPingguonaiyoubingganMy parents and I came to Hainan for Chinese New Year, and this hotel in Haikou was our last stop. We stayed at this Hilton for 2 nights. The first Hilton we stayed at, the Hilton Garden Inn Sanya Yalong Bay, was also a Hilton. Overall, I've always felt that Hilton rarely disappoints, but the room facilities at both Hilton hotels this time were quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling, the showerhead was broken and spraying everywhere, and there were colored stains and hairs on the sheets. These are pretty basic issues that are hard for guests to tolerate. Prices increased during the Spring Festival, but room hygiene and hardware management should also be improved. So why did I still give five stars? These five stars are for the service, and I especially want to thank one person: our housing service officer, Xiaoyu. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM on the first night. The hotel has a meal ordering service, but I didn't see the QR code in the room. Xiaoyu patiently sent it to me. I have to say, the fried rice and wontons from Hilton that night were delicious and the portions were huge! (The pineapple fried rice I ordered at the Hilton Garden Inn Sanya Yalong Bay was also incredibly delicious!) It allowed my parents to have a comfortable dinner. Then, when showering, I found the showerhead was broken, and the pipe detached, but it didn't affect showering. It was fixed quickly the next day (no big deal). Later that night, the air conditioning started making noise (it actually made noise when we first entered, but we were busy checking in because it was so late and didn't pay much attention. Later, we woke up hot in the middle of the night, and the AC wasn't cooling; the next morning, it was blowing hot air. For 30-degree weather, this was unbearable!). Xiaoyu quickly resolved it for us. She first had a repairman come to check it. He said it was a drainage system issue and fixed it for us but suggested we observe it to see if we needed to change rooms. After observing that it was getting hotter, we decided to change rooms. Xiaoyu immediately arranged a room for us. She wasn't perfunctory at all but was completely considerate of us. She didn't just put us in a similar room or dismiss us by saying all rooms had insufficient AC. Instead, she upgraded our room type and took us to see the first room, turning on the AC for us to feel it, but it was still insufficient. She then took us to see the second room, which was also insufficient, and then the third. She accompanied us up and down the floors with a smiling service, without rushing or being opportunistic. Finally, we changed to an executive suite that we found cool and spacious. This allowed our family to spend a comfortable time in the room, which also had a washing machine and dryer service. We also enjoyed dinner at the executive lounge. Our whole family was very satisfied. We originally just wanted a similar room with AC, but we didn't expect Xiaoyu to arrange everything so thoughtfully. I want to especially thank her here. We were so lucky to have her; otherwise, I don't know how we would have stayed at this hotel. The lobby AC was also insufficient. The breakfast buffet had a rich variety of dishes but was also just decent, and the dining area's AC was insufficient as well. I hope the hotel can improve its hardware and enhance its hygiene management. I hope Hilton Haikou continues to get better.

GGuest UserOn the first day, I added Jill, our butler, on WeChat. Our first room was a bit far from the sea, so I asked the butler, and she immediately helped us switch to a much more comfortable room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, which made us feel great. The next day, when they asked about our needs, I just mentioned wanting two extra bottles of water, and when we returned to the room, there were six! We couldn't even finish them by check-out. The pool had quite a few kids playing in the afternoon, but it was well-managed. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a huge variety of dishes, but the staff managed it very orderly, always leading us to our seats. The public areas weren't large but were very clean and perfect for photos. In the evenings, there was a lively band playing on the lawn. The room balcony was very comfortable, and once the sliding door was closed, the room was super quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a fantastic time. I would definitely choose this place again. Thanks to Butler Jill for her warm service!

TTongtongchaoaiwan❤Checked in on International Women's Day, and the restaurant surprised us with a special Goddess Day cocktail and a rose – such a lovely touch! ❤️ We took the little one to the bubble pool on the day we arrived. The hotel provides swim rings, and all the blue ones belong to the hotel! We also hit the beach for some beautiful photos 🏖️ (ˆ˚ˆ✿). The sand is super fine, my child loved it, and we got some great shots! When you're traveling with kids, the main goal is just to have a relaxed and happy time. The hotel room was spacious, and the balcony view was fantastic – palm trees and the ocean right there! 🌹 I have to say, breakfast was pretty good too, haha~ Each room comes with a butler, so you can contact them if you have any questions. The local service was excellent! 👍

Bbobo20041007Atlantis Sanya was absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn't have high expectations for the service, given how many people would be there. Even the taxi driver warned me about the crowds and potential service delays, which made me regret booking such a popular hotel. But as soon as we pulled up, a young man immediately came to open our car door and help with our luggage from the trunk. I was so grateful! I thought, 'Okay, service isn't bad after all.' He didn't even let us lift a finger, pulling our two large suitcases all the way to the luggage drop-off. He thoughtfully told us to keep our luggage tag safe before heading to check-in. After check-in, the staff kindly suggested we could go explore, and they'd clean our room as quickly as possible for us to settle in. Since hotels usually have a 3 PM check-in time and we arrived at 11:30 AM, I just nodded, figuring I still had a few hours to wait. I took the kids to the waterpark first. Before I even finished changing, our butler, 'Little Crab,' added me on WeChat and enthusiastically told me to contact her directly if I needed anything. I thought, 'What could I possibly need?' Besides, based on my experience at another hotel (Yalong Bay HUALUXE), even if I had an issue, the butler there couldn't really help. Then, at precisely 12:28 PM, I received a text message: 'Dear valued guest, your room is ready. Please pick up your room key at the front desk at your convenience. Enjoy your stay.' Wow, I was genuinely touched! Let me explain why: when I stayed at the Yalong Bay HUALUXE, I asked the butler if we could check in an hour or even half an hour early so my younger daughter could rest. The staff kept saying no rooms were available or clean. There was nothing I could do because the website clearly stated 3 PM check-in, but my little one was so tired from the journey that she ended up falling asleep on me in the HUALUXE lobby. So, Atlantis Sanya's efficiency deeply impressed me. My younger daughter played at the waterpark until 2:30 PM, and it was perfect timing to go to the room for a quick nap, which completely re-energized her. Later, I didn't even have to ask, but Little Crab thoughtfully informed me that the drinks, coffee, fruit, and water in the room were all complimentary. That evening, my younger daughter wanted to take a bath, and I was worried about the cleanliness of the tub, so I asked the butler if they had any sanitizing wipes. She immediately responded, saying she could send staff up to clean it for me. Not only did they sanitize it, but they also brought a bath liner—so thoughtful! The next morning, we went to the G floor for breakfast. Because it was so crowded, the staff at the restaurant entrance suggested going to the 18th floor if we didn't want to wait. I asked if the food was the same upstairs and downstairs, and the server said there wasn't much difference. So, I went to the 18th floor, only to find a meager selection of food, nothing like what I'd seen on the first floor. I casually mentioned my regret to the butler, saying I shouldn't have come up and should have waited. To my surprise, the butler immediately had her colleague escort me from the 18th-floor restaurant back down to the first floor to dine. I was a bit embarrassed! This trip to Atlantis Sanya completely overshadowed my previous stay at Yalong Bay HUALUXE. I have to say, it was truly amazing. My kids and I loved it, and we definitely want to stay here again. A big thank you to Little Crab, our butler, for making this trip so special.

GGuest UserMy first impression of the hotel was really bad, right from when I first tried to call them. I called for two days straight during normal business hours, but no one answered or called back. I honestly thought my booking was a bust. When I finally got through, the female customer service rep was very rude and cold. She seemed completely clueless about everything and just told me to wait until I arrived at the hotel to discuss any requests, saying she couldn't answer anything at the moment. Surprisingly, once I got there, it was actually pretty good. I stayed for several days, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly meticulous and just fantastic – huge thumbs up! Many little details were very thoughtful, and the kids' activities were varied and plentiful. However, the concierge wasn't very honest; I asked for a higher floor, and she said none were available, but when I arrived, the front desk said there were. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow – definite thumbs down there! There were very few strollers available; I only managed to get one on the third day of my stay, and I had to reserve it in advance. Overall, the restaurant food was good, and the whole place felt well-managed. The service definitely needs improvement. Thumbs up for the kids' activities and room cleaning, but the hotel's phone answering service was terrible and really lowered my overall impression of the hotel.
