This oceanfront hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms offered expansive views, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the sea – absolutely stunning for watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The hotel was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and the beach was right downstairs. It was very convenient for getting around. The gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves created a truly relaxing vacation atmosphere. It was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Would you like me to give you a more poetic/concise 100-word version?
My recent stay with you from September 7 - 11 was nothing short of extraordinary. While the five-star rating is a given, I wanted to write a more personal review to highlight exactly what made our time so memorable.
Lily at the Front Desk: Her warm welcome set the tone for our entire vacation.
The Housekeeping Team: They are absolute artists of their craft. Our room was not just cleaned, but thoughtfully tidied and restocked twice daily.
You have created something truly special. The resort provides the perfect stage, but your staff are the stars of the show. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We left not just relaxed and rejuvenated, but genuinely happy.
Wonderful stay at Stone Hotel in Dhiffushi. Everything was well cared for, from the rooms to the common areas. Special thanks to Mohamad, the manager, for his respectful and helpful approach, the entire team - Krishala, Shafeeu, Tuan, Kairat, Saanih, and Lingga - for their kindness, and the chef for delicious meals. Truly memorable experience, highly recommended.
The hotel exceeded all expectations. It's an incredibly beautiful, lush, and authentic island, without feeling overly polished or brand new. It felt like being on a deserted island, yet everything was clean, and details like lighting were perfectly highlighted. The nature felt untouched.
The ocean was stunningly beautiful. The turquoise water stretched for dozens of meters from the shore (but remember to bring water shoes!).
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You didn't even have to ask for anything; they proactively offered everything. Towels were changed twice a day, and they constantly checked if we needed anything like water or coffee. The service was so good that you often don't find this level of attentiveness even in much higher-category hotels.
Breakfasts were fantastic, with everything you could need: pastries, hash browns, made-to-order omelets, eggs, waffles, and pancakes. There was always a wide selection of fruits – watermelon, papaya, two types of melon, pineapple, passion fruit, bananas, and oranges. Breakfast was truly complete.
Dinners were a little less impressive, but that's just my personal preference; I'm not a big fan of everything being in sauces. However, I could always find something to eat.
It was my friend's birthday, and at dinner, we were given a specially decorated table, the entire staff congratulated him, and there was a cake with candles. While we were enjoying dinner, our room was decorated with birthday greetings. I was impressed by how well thought out and coordinated their actions were.
We also received a free upgrade to a water villa. We spent 4 days in a beach bungalow, room 301, and then 3 days in a water villa, room 506. There's a separate restaurant for the villas, which we were also able to visit and did. That was a very pleasant bonus. Thank you. Our vacation was unforgettable, and we will definitely return.
This is simply an incredible hotel for the price.
The hotel is located 7 minutes from the airport. The hotel is superb; everything is beautiful. The furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but everything is clean. The service is excellent. Thanks to Aziz for everything. The breakfasts are good. The nature is fantastic. Snorkeling masks and fins are provided for free. There's a shallow entry perfect for kids. Lots of fish. It's really beautiful.
Now for the downsides:
It's close to the airport, so it's noisy.
There are a lot of mosquitoes. So many. So, so many.
If your dinner and lunch aren't included, be prepared for a $32 burger. Extremely expensive.
Our stay at Villa Nautica was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was our first time in the Maldives and everything exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect every day, and the island itself was stunning with crystal-clear water, white sand, and a peaceful atmosphere.
The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone greeted us so warmly and made us feel truly cared for. Dewi and Eyman at the restaurant offered seven-star service — incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Yang, our island host, was also outstanding, always making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Every team member we met, from the spa to the water sports center, was kind and helpful.
We stayed in a two-bedroom water villa, which was spacious, luxurious, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning felt like a dream. We also went kayaking, which was an unforgettable experience in the clear turquoise lagoon.
The food, service, and atmosphere across the resort were all fantastic. The spa treatments were relaxing and of very high quality. Every part of our stay felt peaceful and well cared for.
Villa Nautica delivered the perfect Maldives experience. It was the right balance of comfort, beauty, and hospitality, and we would return in a heartbeat.
The old 5 star island, the equipment feels a bit old, the most unfortunate thing is that there is only one Chinese employee on the island or dive center, it is with my parents, they are not good English, they are both on the island Nothing to say. There are many Japanese people on the island, and Japan Go is very enthusiastic about talking with Japanese guests and making people look envious. The service is just like the general, just a lot of professional smirk. At the end of the day, when the island was arranged in a mess, the housekeeper did not know when we left, and the night before, someone called to confirm the time of the island. After sitting on the speed boat, I waited for another half of the day, and a European who had a child was angry. Just... it’s gone. In addition, the fish you can see is a bit monotonous and a bit boring. Finally, at the airport, the hotel staff directly handed us over to the black tour guide? ? ?
I really had a fantastic stay at the resort. The staff were super friendly and went that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The amenities were enough to keep up entertained and the excursions weren’t too expensive either. I must mention, they had a fantastic local band on the Friday named “the Prizem”, loved em. The water surrounding the resort is beautiful and clear, however, sadly the coral was mostly dead. Also, one bit of advice. It’s definitely worth spending that little bit extra to go All inclusive, like myself. The meals and drinks are on the high side and you won’t regret going AI, trust me. Overall it’s a great little resort for a great price for what I paid.
Our vacation at Grand Park has come to an end, and I'd love to share my thoughts 🌴.
First off, this was our first time in the Maldives, and we were absolutely thrilled.
We stayed in two types of villas: lagoon and ocean water. They are completely identical and face each other.
The lagoon villa has a huge advantage: it's practically wind-free. All the ocean breeze is absorbed by the ocean villas. The lagoon side offers sunset views, while the ocean villa offers sunrise views.
The ocean villas definitely have a better view; from the lagoon, you can see several islands, including the neighboring Hilton.
The rooms are very clean and were serviced twice a day. Linens were changed upon request, towels were fresh, and all necessities were provided: slippers, a beach bag, and umbrellas.
Upon arrival, we immediately picked up masks, snorkels, and fins for the entire duration of our stay (these are complimentary). By the way, the watersports equipment rental manager speaks Russian and was very helpful and friendly.
We brought water shoes with us but never used them. We always snorkeled with fins, and when we just swam from the villa, we couldn't even reach the bottom. They might be useful if you enjoy beach holidays and swimming from the shore, as the ocean entry there is indeed full of corals and shells, but we're just not fans of sand and didn't even go there.
The reef is excellent; not quite the Philippines, of course, but there was still plenty to see. On the very first day, we spotted an eagle ray swimming right next to us – this was on the reef near the watersports rental, which I highly recommend for snorkeling as it's far less crowded than the reef near the villas.
We wanted to go on an excursion to see nurse sharks, but a 'white flag' (meaning strong winds) was declared for all the days of our stay, so all excursions and even jet skis were canceled.
We were very happy with the food. Breakfasts were quite varied, only lacking in meat (cold cuts or sausages; only pork options were available). We mostly had lunch in our villa, and it was delivered quickly. Dinner was also diverse; you definitely won't go hungry.
All the staff were incredibly friendly, very open and responsive. Everyone smiled and greeted us, and the main phrase of our trip to the Maldives was “enjoy,” which we heard constantly 🥰 and we certainly did!
The only excursion we managed to do was swimming on the floating platform, which we highly recommend. We took the package for $129, which included 4 cocktails + 3 snacks. We expected something like canapés, but they brought out full-sized dishes! It even ended up being cheaper than our usual dinner 😂. We ate our fill and enjoyed a beautiful sunset, and the photos there are amazing! You can stay there as long as you like, there’s no time limit. We recommend going at sunset around 4:30 PM or even 5:00 PM when the sun has already set to avoid the heat.
The hotel is stunning, with very well-maintained grounds. The beach was constantly being cleaned, things were being trimmed, transported, and repaired – they were busy working all day long! There are many lizards on the property, and the Maldivian heron was also frequently seen))
The vacation was 10/10, the hotel was 10/10 – simply a perfect paradise! 🩵🌴
We left feeling incredibly grateful ✨

GGuest UserThis beach villa boasts a vibrant, large-scale contrasting garden theme, featuring purple paired with yellow. The entrance greets you with a romantic purple garden archway. Inside, the room is adorned with vintage wooden airplane artwork. The pool's mosaic tiles gradient from purple to green. What's truly captivating is that the large lagoon under the wooden bridge connecting SAii and the neighboring Hard Rock island is home to schools of fish whose scales shimmer with the same purple and green gradient as the pool. It's incredibly beautiful, making you marvel at the existence of such stunning marine life. Seeing this pool instantly makes you feel like it's a mermaid's exclusive swimming spot. Swimming in it is pure bliss – a truly ingenious design. It sparkles magnificently both under the sun and at night.
There's also another small courtyard where you can shower under swaying coconut trees, enjoying the play of sunlight during the day or moonlight at night, or simply relax in a hammock. A truly delightful island experience.
After booking, Nishnatha Jayawardena, the Cluster Reservations Supervisor from the reservations department, enthusiastically communicated with me multiple times in detail about the various arrival transport arrangements. All the transportation and timing were very well-planned and reasonable. The reception staff, shuttle drivers, and those responsible for housekeeping, luggage delivery, and finally, departure transport, were all very conscientious and responsible. Everyone on the island seemed joyful, and there was a wide array of activities. There were also many restaurants and multiple public pool areas, each with its own unique design. Upon departure, there was a dedicated lounge for waiting, and the staff even raised flags and waved goodbye to guests as they left the island.

墾墾丁的海,大灣We are ********* married couple , it's ours first time to take vacation for 5 nights in Maldives, also ours first time to buy Resort with Trip.com... not from travel Agency near my home.We buy tickets direct from Airline.Every things going perfectly..First,I have to say 謝謝 trip.com .very fast response to friendly phone service to check out and confirm resort received my full payment ,we will buy trip again with trip.com. they have better price than others and reliable phone service! We usually buy from booking.com.but service with phone and fast response.trip.com.much better.
FOR Resorts. Oblu Sangeli..They have good employees.working with truly friendly to customers.big smile. treat us very nice.not because we are *********, speak Chinese , Asian or any reason treat us not same with European customers like other place.it shows Oblu Sangeli Choose nice employees.with big heart. The food in Sangeli buffet was ok.good enough.not the best.but we no need to eat or drink too much.because we choose all inclusive.we paid also for happy employee to treated us nice and employed take care resort environment. We are happy to walk down to ocean.no need to diving already can see beautiful fishes.for people like me scared of sharks or deep water.you may come to Only service hope Resort improve.. service for gifts .must improve.if resorts want some nice customers coming back.must touch their heart and needs..no need give 3 candles meals, but want give nice shoes customers alread wear.or give papper name card not good material of Resort name card to put on luggage! .. 3 candles dinner meals to us very nice.but we refused .we know more expensive but not what we want..better to give free flip flops.put flower on bath foam..No do same gifts.if Resort try to touch customers ,We gave tip for thank you.never for buy service.because we paid for service within all inclusive..However.
GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate experiences, starting from the moment we arrived. We were wrongly informed at check-in that our room had not been paid for, despite having completed full payment in advance. Rather than verifying the system, the staff member sat by as I anxiously searched my phone for proof. Ultimately, I had to show my credit card statement — something I consider private — just to resolve the matter. Her attitude was unwelcoming, which is especially disappointing in a hospitality setting. After discovering the payment had indeed been made, she gave only a brief and indifferent apology. Following this, my husband contacted the Manager, who offered a complimentary buffet dinner for two as an apology. While we appreciated the gesture, it was overshadowed by another issue: we later received a letter requesting us to check out by 7 a.m. the next day, even though our original arrangement was for a noon departure. After another call to the Manager, he once again apologised and offered a spa session for one person. Though his crisis management was swift, these issues should not have occurred — especially given the premium price we paid for our stay.
That said, there were redeeming aspects. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The room opened directly onto the beach — it felt as though we had arrived at the sea the moment we opened our door. The room was also clean and well-maintained and we appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine available.
In summary, while the scenery and room amenities were wonderful, the service and communication left much to be desired. We hope the management addresses these shortcomings so that future guests can enjoy a truly seamless stay.
GGuest UserThe water house we stayed in had a swimming pool. The room was big and there was a beautiful sea view on the balcony. From the moment we left the airport, the guy who picked us up, the guy on the speedboat, and the guy who sent us off really provided excellent service. When we arrived at the hotel pier, the management staff led the service staff to warmly welcome us on the island. When we left, they waved goodbye at the pier until they disappeared into the vast ocean... My English is not good, but I met Bonan, a girl from Baoji, China, on the island. She enthusiastically and proactively provided us with high-quality service, introduced us to information about the island, took our orders, booked boats, and delivered things to our room over and over again on hot days. When the room cleaner didn't clean for us, change towels, take out the trash, or deliver mineral water, she personally went to the room to serve us... I don't know why the room cleaner didn't serve us. I turned over the sign for room cleaning twice, but found it was turned back when I returned to the room. The room was still not cleaned. I don't know if I didn't tip the night I came. I didn't have change that day, so I went to the front desk to change change after dinner. However, there was no room service from the second to the third night. It was not until I told Bonan that the bathroom trash can was full and the mineral water was finished that Bonan came to the bathroom to watch over it, and then they started cleaning. I chose this hotel because they have a high score of 4.9. To be honest, all the services and details of the hotel are very good, but the behavior of the room boy really makes me feel that he is holding the hotel back and letting the chain down. I hope the hotel will strengthen its management so that all tourists who come to the beautiful Baros Island can return happily...

MM C of SwitzerlandOur stay at Dhawa Ihuru exceeded all expectations. We chose this destination based on its reputation as an excellent spot for snorkelling, and it truly lived up to the hype. The reef exits were clearly marked, and the abundance of colourful coral fish was mesmerising. Each snorkelling session brought encounters with new species, and we were thrilled to swim alongside blacktip sharks and a hawksbill turtle. Adding to the charm, the resident grey heron was always nearby, occasionally acting as an extra reef exit signpost. We also spotted the national bird, the white-breasted waterhen, and a black-naped tern, which added to the magical experience.
The hospitality at Dhawa Ihuru was equally impressive. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. For instance, the General Manager greeted us warmly every time we crossed paths, always inquiring about our experience at the resort. At the front desk, Elena and Hannah went above and beyond to provide flexible and insightful advice. Thanks to Elena’s help, we were able to join an unscheduled dolphin cruise, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience with the super energetic spinner dolphins. In the restaurant, Eni ensured our dining experience was seamless, while Nish at the bar offered exceptional service.
And, of course, the food was outstanding—abundant, delicious, and full of variety. Every meal was a delight, adding another layer of enjoyment to our stay.
Dhawa Ihuru comes highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!
AAndy pezLovely place and fantastic staff and food. However, on the downside, everything is overpriced, and they do try to up sell everything from food and experiences. We stayed in the water jacuzzi villas at the north of the island and ate in the adult only restaurant, which was fantastic. The food was good and the staff were lovely. Have Ali cook your complete in the morning. He's a real fun guy.
On the excursions. The good and the bad and the total miss advertising of them.
Sunset Punch Cruise is a joke. The punch is fruit punch, no alcohol. The advert gives you a sense of a party theme trip. It's not, and you just get a glass of punch at the beginning of the trip. Overpriced. Saw dolphins and a nice sunset.
Shark Snorkelling disappointing 😞 overpriced and felt like being in an aquarium and not in the wild. Spent an hour on the boat to end up at an abandoned harbour with viewing platforms, and that's where you swim. Hit and miss with sharks.
Traditional Dhoni Sailing Boat. Peaceful and lovely experience. 3 staff manned the boat, and we sat there enjoying the peace and quiet and the sun. We were very lucky and saw Sting Ray, Manta Ray, and turtles in our 1 hour experience. Excellent experience.
Adventure Snorkelling was far the best experience and worth the money, which is dependent on the number of people doing the experience. Our guide was excellent and well versed in the reefs and wildlife around. A great half day adventure.
Overall a get place to visit but expensive and overpriced in its extras.
GGuest UserWe arrived to this little piece of paradise only expecting a short visit but due to the pandemic we ended up extending. The island is stunning and as its a new resort you can see that once the plantation takes hold it will be even more beautiful. The reef is really clean, the corals considering the bleaching has been bad in the Maldives is the best we have been too in the area and there is plenty of sealife and the snorkelling very easy. The spa is wonderful and all the staff charming. You can do yoga 3 times a week and Erma the teacher was lovely. The all inc package is great and you can eat and drink as you wish throughout your stay. The bartenders and waiters so very good and make the best cocktails. Rohan the food and beverage manager is fantastic at his job and runs an excellent tight ship. There are so many people to say thank you too that the list would be too long. The three girls Devla, Bee and Sandu were so accommodating to myself and my son. You have a choice to eat A la carte or buffet and also to go to another restaurant called Keon where the stand out food was made by chef Susika. One of the waiters ‘slow:)’ made us wonderful gifts and we were basically spoilt rotten from beginning to end. The general manager is fabulous too and always went out of his way to help. Would I go recommend or go back here? Absolutely in a flash it made memories.
