I booked 3 rooms for my family and kids and we really enjoyed our stay. They upgraded one of our rooms to premier and they’ve given us a complimentary late check out around 2PM.
People there are super nice and accommodating! We’ll def go back here because of the people and ofc for their food! ✅

The location is good, takes about 10-15 mins to airport. However, it is quite far from most of the attractions or city.
The staffs are kind and fast check-in & check-out process.
The cons would be the room is quite hot, its centralised air-cond is not function. Walkways is even cooler than in the room. Besides that, it should further improve its basic service, it provides only coffee but no tea packs. It should take into consideration that some travellers may not take coffee.
As an airport transit hotel, Belmont's location and convenience are absolutely perfect! From Terminal 3, it's just a 3-5 minute walk via the sky bridge on Level E. If you're coming from Terminal 2, there's a free shuttle bus, so the transportation is seamless. The hotel is clean and modern, and there's security screening at the entrance, which makes you feel very safe. What's most surprising are the amenities: downstairs, there's a McDonald's, a bubble tea shop, and a convenience store, so you don't have to worry about going hungry whether you have an early morning flight or a late-night arrival. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with good soundproofing that effectively blocks out the airport noise. If you need to spend a night in transit at Manila Airport, this is definitely a hassle-free and efficient choice. The only minor drawback was that the front desk staff looked quite tired.

Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room.
As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first.
When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest.
The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out.
Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking.
When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases.
Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains.
On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard.
I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind.
Very chique hotel, it was very clean I have no complaints at all. The shuttlebus was a big beautiful benz van. The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was bigger than I expected and very beautiful. I recommend this hotel to those who have an international flight next day in Manila.
Whenever i come home and need to stay in mnl, i typically look for places that offer amenities i haven’t tried. I’M hotel offered those amenities- a unique and good sized length lap pool as well as the Onsen Spa. I was sold.
The pool area was gorgeous especially at night with their “birdcage” cabanas. The Spa oh darling if i could use that more than was recommended, I would have! Bonus points for the massage and personalized service as well as the rooftop bar and views 😍
I want to also send a shout out to the professional , helpful and utterly amazing staff. I believe that a business has a huge chance of longevity mainly due to how wonderful the staff takes care of the guests needs. Front desk helped us navigate with checking in and out, getting our rides and helping us with other needs- be it housekeeping, dining or other tasks. Housekeeping, pool guys, food and beverage people, and security went above and beyond with their responsibilities. I have no complaints.
I also would like to point out something that I hope to be taken into consideration. While we were there for 2 days, we had limited options for drinks during breakfast. Being in a tropical country- having local flavors would be such a great addition to the buffet spread. Calamansi or Mango juices would have been very much appreciated. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
Thank you I’M hotel for making it a relaxing stay.

The location is great, since we have our event at SM MOA Arena this hotel is just a walking distance to the arena, service and cleanlines is good, but some of the amenities and equipment is not working well, one of the tv is not working, and the door handle seems like needed repair although it is still working well. One plus point is the refrigerator is working so well even the freezer is working well. Overall everything is good while we stay here.
As dusk settled, I opened the window, and the evening breeze, carrying the fragrant scent of grass and trees, wafted in. The bedding in the room had a warm, sun-kissed aroma, and the linen curtains draped gracefully. The glow from the floor lamp spread across the wooden floor, like a shallow pool of golden light. Frosted bottles stood quietly in the bathroom, and the citrus scent of the shower gel mingled with the steam. I was awoken by birdsong in the morning; pulling back the curtains, distant mountains unfolded in the mist. A white porcelain cup on the table held freshly brewed tea, its steam gently rising. There's no hustle and bustle here, only the sound of time flowing slowly. Every detail feels thoughtfully placed, like a cherished secret, finally allowing my weary feet to rest.
The service was amazing! The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel was fully booked and the breakfast buffet was packed. The pool was also full of guests. It was a bit overwhelming to see too many people. While the place was a bit crowded during the holiday season, I’ll give them a 10/10 for the service and food. I would like to come back during the off peak season. Thank you for doing a great job, Seda North!:)

GGuest UserExcellent location right in the heart of city CBD which is makati city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. If you are interested in night life it’s probably four minutes away from the hotel.. staff are there 24/7 to help you out with anything you need. Check in fast and easy. Large room and bed as compared to other hotels in the same area with the same price you get smaller room and not much in the bath room. With Berjaya you get face washer, hand towel and a soft bath towel. More plugs in the room to charge all ur devices. Cable tv, breakfast has lot to offer. my favourite staff is Mark he’s always available to render assistance.. many thanks to all the staff including the security team , restaurant staff and cleaning crews..
SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

GGuest UserThe place itself is good, but transportation is a big issue. During our 2-night stay, it was the rainy season, and getting around was very difficult. We asked the guard if they could call a taxi or help book a Grab, but they said none were available, which was not helpful at all.
We chose this place because it was advertised as being near BGC, but we couldn’t even go out during our stay due to the lack of transportation and the inability to book rides online.
The management should consider providing a shuttle service for guests, especially during bad weather, to improve the overall experience.

MMarielle29B Hotel Alabang: A Modern Sanctuary in the South
B Hotel Alabang offers a refreshing and stylish alternative to the typical corporate hotel experience in Muntinlupa. Its signature industrial-chic design—featuring exposed concrete, contemporary art, and clean lines—immediately sets it apart, creating a cool, sophisticated atmosphere from the lobby all the way up to the guest rooms.
Distinctive Design and Comfortable Rooms
The hotel successfully blends its bold aesthetic with genuine comfort. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with large windows providing ample natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We especially appreciated the modern bathroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. The overall feeling is one of quiet, minimalist luxury that feels both high-end and uniquely hip.
Excellent Service and Amenities
The service at B Hotel was consistently warm and efficient. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist, from the front desk to the dining area. While B Hotel is smaller and more boutique than some of its neighbors, it doesn't lack amenities. The pool area is a tranquil urban escape, and the fitness center is well-equipped for a good workout. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasant experience, offering a good mix of local and international dishes.
Prime Location
One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the Alabang commercial district, it provides easy access to major shopping centers like Alabang Town Center and Molito, as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers needing quick access to corporate centers and leisure guests looking to explore the South.
Final Recommendation
If you're looking for a hotel in Alabang that offers excellent value, sophisticated design, and a highly comfortable stay, B Hotel is the perfect choice. It truly feels like a boutique sanctuary amidst the hustle of the city. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay in this hotel , the breakfast has many cuisines, Japanese. Asia , Philippines, American
Selection , room is good, cleannesses well made,
Very near to airport terminal 3 by walking distance, easy to access to the expressway without any delay of traffic conditions.
MMs anonymous12I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was pleasant. However, I would like to mention one aspect that could be improved. During breakfast, I was informed that wearing slippers or very casual attire was not allowed in the dining area. While I understand that hotels may have dress codes in place to maintain a certain standard, I believe this should be clearly communicated to guests before their arrival.
Many travelers prioritize comfort, especially while on vacation, and may not pack formal or semi-formal breakfast attire unless specifically advised. A simple note about the dress code in the confirmation email or welcome message would go a long way in avoiding any confusion or discomfort.
This feedback is intended to help improve the guest experience, as everything else—from the staff to the amenities—was quite satisfactory.
