The room was very comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. In the core city, less than 100 meters away was the King's Square. The castle and the pedestrian street were all in this area. The front desk service was very good. Hotel parking is charged and parking on the side street is free.
We were three women (grandmother, daughter and granddaughter). The room was completely inconsistent with the description. We were settled not into the main building, but into new apartments across the road. On the second floor, heavy bags were to be pulled, there was no elevator. The room is not comfortable and not family. There were 4 single beds in the long room. There was nothing to need for tired travelers: no teapot, no cups, no coffee, no tea, no dishes! One chair at the table in the corner, and we three. There was no towel! The towel was brought at my request. We are disappointed and do not recommend this hostel.
We had few badlucks during our trip in Serbia and the hotel has been really accomodating and helpful. The receptionist (blonde lady) in the evening went extra mile to sort us out and find a mechanician at 10PM on Easter’s Eve.
The room design was quirky and unique.
The hotel is small and there is no elevator. But new, with a sense of design, a bit like a dormitory, next to the Nis pedestrian street, visual design and art, breakfast is OK, suitable for children.

NNEBOJSATERZICthe hotel is located next to the highway , in the rooms there is no one-time use for hygiene and the hotel does not have slippers for rooms

Rred8meThe location is really the center of the wife, downstairs is Milan I Square, connecting Nishi Castle and the pedestrian street! Attractions are within walking distance.
The key is that there are two Chinese dishes on the pedestrian street, which can be reached in minutes on foot!
Shopping downstairs is H&M, the goods are very rich, European selection is not the same as domestic!
Rich breakfast, warm service 👍
