The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Central, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Getting around was easy, and ordering Grab was hassle-free. The property also offers a swimming pool and fitness, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean and comfortable. Although I encountered a small issue on my first night, I would like to give a special thanks to Khun Odd from the night reception. He was incredibly helpful in resolving the problem and kindly arranged a room change for me. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and willingness to assist, especially late at night. Despite the hour, he went above and beyond to find a suitable new room and ensure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for your outstanding service

I stayed 2 nights at HOMA Phuket Town and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean, spacious, and cozy, with a modern design surrounded by plenty of greenery that gives it a calm, relaxing vibe. I really enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Having an in-room kitchen unit was a big plus, especially for a longer stay.and I really love hair dryer so much 💕after I reached home I got a new one Laifen hair dryer same design and function as that one I use in hotel :) The location worked perfectly for me. While it’s far from the beach, it’s close to Phuket Town and centrally located for getting around locally. There are many food options and restaurants nearby, which made dining very easy. Cons: The room didn’t come with balcony so i don’t have place to hang my wet swimming suit . One downside was the TV not being a smart TV, which felt a bit disappointing considering the hotel is relatively new and modern. But it’s ok I watched YouTube through web browser on tv Overall: A great choice for travelers who prefer staying near Phuket Town rather than the beach. Clean, spacious, well-serviced, and excellent value for a comfortable long stay.

When we arrive around noon time, room is not ready, we wait for 3hrs and the receptionist said free ug to deluxe room, but after 3 hrs, we got the room with Twins bed (originally booked king bed)on the ground floor, room facing to the renovation site. Then, we change to a new room with King but without upgrade and no apologize. The ventilation of the toilet is not good. The water pressure of the showerhead is low. The housekeeping put our cloths on the lamp shade after cleaning. The room was noisy at midnight due to restaurant downstairs boardcast the music with the speaker. The people walk by the corridor also noisy. The pillows are not comfortable too.

We love Karon Beach, and the kids absolutely loved the water slides! This hotel has two fantastic slides that kept our kids (10 and 14 years old) entertained for hours. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, massage parlors, and a promenade nearby – everything you need is right at your fingertips. The hotel is a good, straightforward four-star property. The breakfast was a bit repetitive, but everyone always found enough to eat. As mentioned in previous reviews, the grounds are indeed very densely built up and furnished, but there was still plenty of space, including sun loungers. Upon check-in, the kids were given a map and had to find various locations to collect stamps. Once they returned to reception, they received a small gift. This was a brilliant idea because it immediately familiarized the kids with the hotel's layout, so they knew exactly where everything was. The rooms are a bit cramped. We booked a room with two king-size beds, but we were given one with a child's bunk bed. Our older child (14 years old) is very tall (187 cm), so the bed was too small for him. However, we decided to keep the room ourselves and didn't bother changing because our view was of the pool, while the alternative view was of a fence. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it lives up to its rating and is perfect for families with children. The staff are polite and cheerful.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel food offers great value for money. Breakfast is extensive, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! 🥰🤩♥️ It was our first trip to Phuket together, and we stayed here for almost a week. This hotel was the perfect choice - it's close to a large mall, within walking distance of Patong Beach, and near many attractions. Our room was very clean, and we loved having a bathtub. The pool was also wonderful! We slept comfortably every night. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. There was even a friendly Filipina staff member who helped me a lot—thank you so much! I also forgot my wallet, and they immediately contacted me and arranged for it to be delivered to my sister in Thailand. Amazing service! I would definitely stay here again. 10/10! 🤩❤️🥰✨

A truly perfect stay! I absolutely loved the hotel's decor – it was so neat and clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly; they helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. I also appreciated the little note and extra amenities they left, especially the animal-shaped towel art! The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to Kata Beach. My only minor suggestion would be for a more varied breakfast selection.

I had an amazing stay at Phuket Emerald Beach Resort — definitely a 5-star experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the lovely views each morning was a real highlight. The location of the resort is excellent — convenient yet peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool area is stunning and great for both adults and kids to enjoy. The facilities are well-maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The food at the restaurant was also very good, with a wide variety of choices. Breakfast, in particular, was delicious and satisfying. Overall, everything from the service to the environment exceeded expectations. It was truly a memorable stay, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I've been to Phuket at least 20 times, but this was my first solo trip staying in Rawai Beach. The hotel offered decent value for money. It's a quiet spot, despite being in a busy area, pretty standard overall. The room cleanliness was good, and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up. My only complaint is the poor soundproofing of the room's windows and doors. The Spanish-speaking guests next door sat outside their room, drinking, smoking, and chatting until 1 AM. The smoke even seeped into my room, making it really hard to sleep.
