Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the exceptionally helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. The cleanliness was outstanding, which I really appreciated. They also have a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using. The water was incredibly clean, and it seemed like they cleaned it constantly after each use. The pool area itself was well-maintained and beautiful. I genuinely recommend this place; it's absolutely fantastic. I would definitely come back and book a stay here again if I have the opportunity. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown. Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones.

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! We stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom. I went to the reception twice and told them. But the water heater was broken. The bed was very comfortable. The cafeteria upstairs is very convenient and they do a great job. The food was great.

I first discovered Sawasdee Village by chance while walking around in the evening, and the atmosphere absolutely amazed me. It felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of the tourist chaos, so I decided to plan my next trip around staying here. The room itself was small but cozy and very clean, although a bit old and in need of some renovation. I had read about this in reviews beforehand, so I was prepared for it and booked only one night. Honestly, if the rooms were more modern, I would have gladly stayed for a week or longer. On the positive side, everything worked well: Wi-Fi was stable, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the canopy and the ceiling with glowing stars. The view from my window overlooked the beautiful garden, and the room even had a humidifier with essential oils, which made it smell wonderful. The property is simply stunning — two pools, a spa, a restaurant, water bars, billiards and table football, as well as plenty of cozy corners to relax in. It was a delight to stroll through the lush garden, sit by the fountains, and swing on the hammocks. Breakfast was included and offered a generous buffet with many choices. In the room I also had a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, tea, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, insect repellent, cookies, and even a flashlight — such thoughtful details. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They helped with my luggage and allowed me to check in 1.5 hours earlier since my room was ready. The location is also convenient, close to the beach and shops, and I loved the little foot shower at the entrance to wash off sand before entering the hotel. As for value — it’s a bit mixed. On the one hand, the unique atmosphere and privacy are worth the price. On the other hand, I noticed that within the same hotel, villas with direct pool access were actually cheaper than the room I booked (although when I reserved my room, the pool villas were more expensive). Still, I think Sawasdee Village is a special place, perfect for a relaxing stay — even for something as romantic as a wedding photoshoot

We switched to this room on the third day, and it was much more convenient for getting around since we didn't need to change elevators. You could just open the door and walk straight to the pool. We didn't notice any bugs on the first floor, but the bathroom drain was constantly clogged, flooding the bathroom every time we showered. The hygiene and facilities for adults were quite basic. When we visited, it was just the start of peak season, and it was already costing 1000 a night, so I'd advise keeping your expectations low. It was tolerable, and the main goal was to make it easy for the kids to have fun!

Lovely Hotel with great service and location! I really love older hotels of this type, and this one did not disappoint. The room was a bit lived-in, but the high-quality furniture and fixtures maintained its charm and did not detract from the overall feel. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean with everything I needed. The air conditioning worked well and didn’t have any unpleasant odors. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. There was even a bathtub, though I didn’t use it. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. The location is good — very close to the beach, with shops and cafes nearby. Right outside the hotel, there’s a currency exchange offering excellent rates. The pool is also very pleasant. For me, there were two minor downsides: there were a lot of ants (they didn’t bite, but even leaving a cup with sugar for a few minutes attracted them), and the bed linen was synthetic; cotton would feel much nicer, especially in the humid climate. Overall, I had a wonderful stay of 5 days and absolutely do not regret it. Many thanks to the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

This hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, yet it remains pleasantly quiet, which made my stay very comfortable. The greatest strength of the property is its staff — always attentive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. While the furniture and fittings are slightly dated, the overall cleanliness was excellent, which I value the most. The hotel offers a spacious swimming pool, delicious breakfast options, and convenient room service. I ordered food to my room, and they even included a complimentary dish, which was a lovely gesture. Additional services such as excursions, taxi bookings, and an on-site currency exchange machine make the stay even more convenient. I also visited the spa, which provided a very positive and relaxing experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel with excellent service.

I had a really nice stay. I rode in the area by chance and saw the nice place. I decided to book there because I was not happy with my previous hotel (busy and poor location). The location cannot be better. Quit and surrounded by palmtreas close to the beach and protected by the nearby park and lake The rooms are generous and very well cleaned. The staff is really kind and helpful. They don’t have laundry service, however a laundry is not far from the hotel.
