This stay experience is particularly satisfactory, you must praise it. The room was cleaned very meticulously, there was no dust in the corners, desktops, and bathrooms, the bedding was dry and tidy, and the living was particularly comfortable. The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete, toiletries, charging sockets, storage space are all available, and it is very convenient to use. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, hot dishes, noodles, porridge, fruits, drinks, the taste is online, can meet the taste of different people, breakfast is very satisfying. The staff is warm and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, the demand response is timely, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. It is convenient to park in the parking lot. You don't have to worry about parking spaces when you travel by car, and it is convenient to enter and exit. The overall price is very high, the environment is comfortable, the service is in place, whether it is a business trip or a travel is very suitable, next time you come here, you will choose to stay, recommend it to everyone.

1. Basic room type, no privacy, the window is on the adjacent balcony. It's unbearable to stay in the room unless you draw the curtains. To protect privacy, you have to accept the room having no window. 2. Hotel prices fluctuate wildly. We paid the price of a balcony room for a basic room, and were very unhappy. 3. Don't have high expectations for the hotel's complimentary lunch and dinner. We ate out ourselves, and the food was terrible—very little food, and the dishes weren't clean. 4. The hotel was very crowded. When we checked in, there was a meeting and a wedding banquet. The laundry room was full and unusable, and the parking lot was full; we circled around three times before we could find a parking spot.

Excellent Hotel, Highly Recommend! We stayed at this hotel for several nights during our trip and were extremely pleased with our choice. · Perfect Location: The location is excellent. You can easily walk to shopping malls and the main shopping street. The night market is also nearby. Taxis in the area are very affordable, costing only 7-10 yuan. · Very Clean: The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained. · Best Breakfast: They serve the absolute best breakfast we had during our entire 10-day journey! A great variety of delicious options. · Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Exceeded all my expectations of a boutique homestay with only six rooms . Ultra luxury linens and beddings , ,Panasonic view of sea clouds at the confer of your bath tub , tasteful contemporary chinese interiors , and to top it all , run by a simple humble couple who goes to ends to make your stay a comfortable one . When you stay for 3 nights or more , they cook up a storm of local delicacies for your dinner , on top of daily breakfast! Do be prepared breakfasts are local style . Bit there’s a great cafe nearby service Arabica yunna beans and it’s become one of my fave ! Def great value for money !

This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review even before checking out. Let's start with the issues: 1. I called ahead to change my afternoon tea time and to book a morning activity. The lady who answered said she would confirm and call me back, and she took my number. I never received a call back before check-in. Luckily, my request was noted on the reservation. 2. After checking in, I was told there was a tea experience available on the second floor. The bellhop who brought my luggage said there was a voucher for it, but the front desk hadn't given me one (I'm not sure if it was actually needed). After helping with my bags, he enthusiastically offered to bring the voucher to my room. I even said it was okay if I didn't get it, but he insisted he would deliver it. Well... he never came back, no voucher, and no tea experience for me. Haha. 3. And then things got even more ridiculous. I had booked a Ba Duan Jin (a type of Qigong) session for 9-9:30 AM. I asked at the restaurant and was told it was on the second floor? They told me to ask at the front desk. At the front desk, they said it was on the fifth floor of another building and that I needed a shuttle bus to get there. Once we arrived, there was nothing there. Then they said it was on the first floor or maybe even the basement of the *original* building? A man came out and offered to walk us back... I told him we'd take the shuttle. After going back, another front desk staff member said it was on the second floor? They seemed quite reluctant but eventually led us there. Finally, we found the right place, did about ten minutes of it, and it was over. It was absolutely ridiculous; they really had no idea what was going on. 4. For a suite costing over 2800, having an obstructed view deserves a bad review (see images 1 and 2 below). It also didn't seem to be 100 square meters. 5. The service doesn't match the price. Many services weren't available, and there's nothing much around the hotel. The staff's service level isn't good; their attitude is pleasant but their professionalism is lacking. 6. The concept is excellent, the decor style is nice, and the space is large and aesthetically pleasing.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a positive review for a hotel! The accommodation was excellent. They offer complimentary drinks and popsicles on the first floor. I was even upgraded to a better room for free, which I really appreciate. The room was fully equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, making everything super convenient. They also provide free late-night snacks, and the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful. When I asked for one late-night snack, they even offered to let me try a variety of options! The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation design, and in addition to regular towels, they also provide disposable towels. For rooms with bathtubs, they even include bath amenities, which is a nice touch. After checking out, I was able to store my luggage and pick it up later when I returned from my errands.

This is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.

The overall stay experience is very good! The location is super convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding food attractions are very close to travel. It is especially convenient to travel. ✨ The whole house is intelligent voice control, lighting, curtains, air conditioning one-click control, and the robot delivers goods super worry-free. The hotel is a tea coffee theme design, the environment is elegant, and the lobby can enjoy tea and coffee. The room is clean and tidy, dry and wet are separated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is very good, and the sleep is very fragrant. The service is warm and the attitude is good, and the problem is solved in time. 👏

I had two unpleasant experiences: 1. After a day out, I returned to find my room door ajar. I asked the front desk what happened, and they checked with housekeeping. Housekeeping replied that they had seen it like that since the morning. And then what? Even if I hadn't closed the door properly myself, you're just going to leave it open all day? Not contact me to confirm? Not close the door? 2. On the morning of my checkout day, while I was still asleep, I received a debit notification around 7 AM. Are you that eager to collect money?
