"Great location, absolutely excellent. The room was quite good, and the sea-facing views are wonderful. The pools are beautiful, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, though the quality was average; for fruit, only strawberries and oranges were available. Otherwise, everything was very good."

"Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team."

"Good location, but the hotel's only problem is the maintenance. The air conditioning didn't work at the reception or in the elevator. The hallway to the rooms is horrible with an old carpet. Otherwise, the staff are nice. The food at the restaurant is basic, nothing more."

"The hotel is in the center of the Médina so extremely convenient. The room is acceptable, not the cleanest, my bed sheet has some stain but with this price i wont be complaining. The breakfast included is basic but included everything we needed. Extra compliment to the receptionist! Extremely helpful and kind."
