Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

18/12/24 -22/12/24, we stayed 4 nights at Swiss Grand hotel  Xiamen, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices 👍, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great 😊, the only set back is the aircon system, not adjustable, very cold setting for winter weather, asked house keeper to adjust but  failed, end up with additional  heater in our room 😥😥😥otherwise it would be a perfectly good hotel to stay.

Because it is very convenient to go to the beach and the beach, I stayed at this hotel again after more than ten years. However, the facilities are really too old now and they were definitely not renovated in 2020. The sound of the central air conditioner is very loud, the stains on the carpet are also very conspicuous, there are no mosquitoes, and the sea view is okay.

I brought my family to Qixing Bay. VIP Director Hua Wei added us on WeChat to understand our needs and arranged a good room for us. He was really responsive and the service was great. The hotel environment was also great. It exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it! Joyful Hui Flavor Restaurant Golden Autumn Set Meal: Good taste, high cost performance and good service. I ate several meals here. Children's Water Park Parent-Child Happy Hour: Go in the evening when the water temperature is high, the children are reluctant to leave, and there is a bubble party on weekends

The biggest issue is that when breakfast time at 8am seat is enough but food some how left 20% and could.not recover fast enough ....so not much choice of food was given 2nd the restaurant in the hotel dont operate on monday n tuesday and I dont understand why ...it's actually causes us to.run out for other places to.eat

The sea view is excellent, the location is near the beach. Hotel has a great range of local and international food for the breakfast buffet. The flower decorations are very well done as well. Hotel service is smooth and good. Special thanks to Fiona Yang who helped assisted us during our stay.

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! Thank you, nice hotel!

Had a great family vacation stay at Linghai celebrated my son’s birthday in last minute plan with hotel staff recommendation and help. Hotel located about 15 mins walk from ferry station, but definitely worth for the view. Staffs and services are professional, great overall experience including the restaurants hotel thoughtfully recommended to guests for food safety and not getting tourist scams. Highly recommend the place, and would love to go back!
