Lovely hotel and often stay here, however one major concern, I wanted to book the airport transfer bus with 2 hours to spare for the next flight but was told by the receptionist that you don’t need to book it that early and she booked me into a later transfer bus, the result came with us very nearly missing our flight and if it wasn’t for the wonderful staff at the airport who allowed to go to the late book in gate we would of missed it. So the moral of the story is don’t let the receptionist of the hotel book you into a late transfer bus and cause great stress to you and very nearly missing your flight.

I was worried about the accommodation conditions before checking in, but I was completely amazed once I arrived. It's a true sea-view room, offering a direct view of Gulangyu Island, and it's very clean. The disposable towels were a thoughtful touch, and the butler service was available 24/7. The location is super convenient; everything is just a short distance away. It was a very satisfying stay.

I especially want to give a shout-out and a huge thank you to 'Three Sea Dogs' for their incredibly sincere service! This was my first time in Changle, and I truly felt the kindness and friendliness of this place ☺️ I traveled to Changle with an injured left hand. Before my trip, I inquired about various things around the guesthouse, and the customer service was very patient and detailed in their replies. After comparing several places' surroundings (the beach is about a 5-minute walk away) and location (the airport is roughly a 10-minute drive), I found this guesthouse to be the most suitable. They even offer free airport shuttle service, which was a huge bonus for someone like me with some mobility issues~ Upon checking in, I was very satisfied with the room. It was spacious, clean, bright, and tidy, with a full set of disposable toiletries (toothbrush, comb, bath towel, slippers, etc.), ensuring safety and hygiene. The sea-view room offered a wide, open view, and waking up to see the ocean was wonderful! The large projection screen also made resting in the room far from boring! When it was too hot to go out, enjoying the sea view while watching a movie on the projector and ordering some local takeout was pure bliss 😎 For multi-night stays, they proactively asked if I needed room cleaning. If I was in the room when the housekeeping staff came, they would also ask if there was anything else that needed tidying up, which was very thoughtful! I particularly want to highlight how much the guesthouse helped me on my last day in Changle: The first instance was when I couldn't get a taxi. I was at my last destination, Meihua Ancient Town, and needed to get back to the guesthouse to pick up my luggage after exploring. However, there were very few ride-hailing cars around. I tried for 40 minutes and no driver accepted my order. I was so anxious, terrified of missing my flight home. When the guesthouse learned about my situation, even though it was outside their airport shuttle service area, they actively helped me contact a driver who had already finished work. Although I eventually managed to hail a taxi myself, I still want to especially thank the guesthouse and the driver for their kindness. The second instance was recovering a lost item: I left my ring by the sink in the room when checking out and only realized it after landing. I immediately contacted the guesthouse and quickly received a message that the housekeeping staff had found it and put it aside. I also want to specially thank the guesthouse and the housekeeping staff for their responsibility... Overall, although there were minor bumps in the road during my trip, thanks to the diligent, meticulous, thoughtful, and responsible service from 'Three Sea Dogs' Guesthouse, what could have been a mood-spoiling experience turned into one of my most cherished and shining memories of Changle. I highly recommend Changle to all sea-lovers, as it boasts many stunning sea views, and I even more highly recommend staying at 'Three Sea Dogs' Guesthouse. Their excellent facilities and superb service will undoubtedly enhance your travel experience 👍 I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Changle ✨

The room is very comfortable and clean, and the hygiene is very positive every day. The service is very good, the front desk and the boss who drinks tea next to you will chat with you and provide information. The shuttle service to and from the island pier: very convenient, the master is very good. The picture and the house actually match. The boss and staff are very good, the people are very simple, there will be no sales. Many places will tell you how to go, the battery car will also tell you where to rent a car, the location of the homestay is very good, the traffic, and the photo check-in are very convenient, the whole journey is great.

The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us with our travel itinerary. She even upgraded our room. The room had a great view, was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was a bit simple. It would have been even better if the variety of dishes had been expanded!

What also makes 'Green Wonderland' so enchanting is its rich human touch: the refined and charming front desk attendant, the wise and easygoing head butler, the gentle and bright auntie, and the boss, a calligraphy artist behind the scenes. From the moment you walk in, you feel a deep sense of warmth and friendliness, a blend of classic and modern, like coming home. In this autumn season, with warm sunshine, gentle breezes, birdsong, and floral scents, my short stay at 'Green Wonderland' will become a beacon in my life, warming my world. Our stay was absolutely perfect, from the front desk and guest rooms to the dining experience – every aspect was incredibly thoughtful, and it deserves high praise! Right from arrival, we were impressed by the front desk service. The staff were all smiles and checked us in swiftly and efficiently within just a couple of minutes. When they learned we were tourists, they proactively provided a printed map of local attractions, detailed recommendations for authentic local eateries, and even shared routes to avoid crowds. Their professionalism was outstanding. The room's cleanliness exceeded expectations. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I instantly felt relaxed upon lying down. The soundproofing was an even bigger surprise; we heard no outside noise at all at night, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous job daily, not only tidying up our scattered belongings but also noticing I wear glasses and thoughtfully placing lens wipes by the bedside. One day, I casually mentioned needing a softer pillow, and it was delivered very quickly. The dining experience at the hotel was completely effortless. Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, with fresh and juicy fruits. The 'mian xian hu' (vermicelli paste) was also superb, and the server even advised on how to best enjoy it – very nice! The hotel is excellent for families. The outdoor pool is large, with different areas and slides for children. The soft play area was clean and fun for them to play too. The location next to the beach was perfect and it was a short taxi ride into downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter left her teddy bear in the room when we left and they arranged to send the bear to our home address. We would stay there again!
