The mini fridge was well stocked
The room was very clean and attended to a high standard
No fault could be found
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends
Excelente Hotel y personal, todo fueron facilidades y repetiremos sin dudarlo. Maravillosa situación y un desayuno excelente. Habitaciones modernas con mucho estilo y gusto, silenciosas en donde se descansa fenomenal.
The hotel is located in the surrounding area of Bilbao City. Close to the World Heritage Biss Bridge, 5 minutes walk. Be sure to spend 0.45 euro to experience the unique bridge crossing of the Biss Bridge. The castle-style hotel is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are comfortable and bright, and the bathroom is beautiful. The hotel has an underground parking lot and free parking around. The surrounding area is obviously a tourist attraction area with churches and old streets.
I stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view.
Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street.
The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25.
Highly recommend!
Very comfortable hotel. Good bed and bathroom. Location is very convenient nearby shopping centre and old Town. If you arrive by bus. Its about 10-15 minutes walking distance.
The price is high in the peak season, and the homestay is set. When I found that the homestay owner did not receive the order message, it was a platform problem. Nevertheless, the homestay owner paid for us to book a nearby four-star hotel. Super nice.

Ontbijt basic, bv. slechts 2 soorten hartig broodbeleg.
LlauraaaaaaAppreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.

GGuest UserWe stayed at apartment room, right next to the mail hotel complex. It was one bedroom suite with kitchen. Well equipped but the building itself was very old. Convenient to central and old town and everything is within the walking distance. Recommend to family who needs space and like to feel at home.
GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel with very high standards. I would have rated it excellent, but one lady at reception, I don’t know her name, she’s young, tall and wears glasses, she was not at all friendly or helpful on various occasions we spoke with her. The rest of staff we met were very nice.
Mmamamama.I was able to spend my time with very kind staff.
After 22:00, you can't enter without a card key, so you can rest assured in terms of crime prevention! Thank you.
2202653****I rarely write hotel reviews, but this time I really want to write about this seriously underrated hotel. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain on the side of Shell Bay, overlooking the entire Shell Bay. The scenery is invincible and the sunset is so beautiful. The hilltop pool is beautiful. There is a cable car up and down, 5 euros back and forth, directly to the beach, so convenient! There is also a small playground on the top of the mountain, which is slightly soiled, and the little one will like it. The hotel facilities are slightly old, and the sea view room is still invincible. Breakfast is not good, it is too simple. In short, this location is the only place to come to San Sai, and it is absolutely necessary to stay for one night!
